The evaporation of some oils and their emulsifies was modeled with pan evaporation method, and the characteristics of the evaporation in different states was inspected. The equations of evaporation rate and the factors of inhibitory action of emulsification on evaporation have been obtained. The dynamics mechanism of emulsification has been discussed based on the observation and analysis of the characteristics of oil and water motion. The processes of spilt oils weathering have been integrated by the composition and states of oils in this prediction model.

本文主要是从目前研究的薄弱环节作为研究突破口，用浅盘蒸发法对原油及其乳化物的蒸发进行模拟，考察不同原油在不同阶段和乳化状态下的蒸发特征，得出蒸发速率方程及乳化对蒸发抑制作用因子；观测和分析油水运动规律，分析乳化动力学过程；以组成和状态是决定风化特征的主要因素和联系各风化过程的纽带这一思想为基础建立溢油风化预测模型。

萨北油田位于大庆长垣萨尔图油田纯油区内，随着油田的开发，特别是二、三次加密调整井及过渡带扩边井，油水界面不同于基础井网；应用井壁取心分析资料总结了萨北油田水淹层与原始油水同层的评价方法；统计萨北油田30口井，其中4口过渡带井，其余为二、三次加密调整井，应用井壁取心分析资料区分该区油水界面位置附近不同水洗程度、原始油水同层及原始水层，应用效果较好。

ASP compound flooding is another tertiary oil recovery technology which is based on A/S, A/P and S/P compound floodings. Using the cooperation of displacement agents, it not only upraises the efficiency of displacement oil but also enlarges displacement volume, whereby the percent recovery of raw oil gears up considerably.

ASP三元复合驱是在二元复合驱的基础上发展起来的三次采油技术，它利用各驱油剂间的协同作用，不但提高洗油效率，而且扩大了驱替相的波及体积，从而大幅度提高原油的采收率。

Firstly, headspace solid-phase microextraction was established to determine AITC by orthogonal design. Extraction temperature, stir speed, extraction time, and desorption time were set at 40℃, 900r/min, 30min, and 5min, respectively. Under these optimal conditions, volatile flavor compounds in mustard oil, wasabi, and 'Chongcai'leaf mustard product were identified by SPME/GC/MS. In these three samples, 6,12,17 constituents were identified respectively; Allyl isothiocyanate was the main flavor compound, which accounted for 73.45%, 64.25%, 32.74% of total volatile compounds, respectively. Carbon disulfide, a hydrolysis product of AITC, accounted for 14.37% 25.40%, 51.67% of total volatile compounds respectively. There were some other isothiocycannates, such as butane, 1-isothiocyanato-, isobutyl isothiocyanate, 1-benzene, 4-isothiocyanato-, benzene (2-isothiocyanatoethyl)-, etc.

首先采用正交实验设计优化固相微萃取技术的前处理条件，结果表明，以萃取温度40℃、搅拌速度900r／min、萃取时间30min、解吸时间5min为最佳条件；在此最优条件基础上，利用SPME／GC／MS联用技术分析芥末油、青芥辣、冲菜的挥发性风味成分，分别检出6、12、17种化合物，主要风味物质均为AITC，相对丰度分别为73.45％、64.25％、32.74％；AITC的水解产物二硫化碳的相对丰度分别为14.37％、25.40％、51.67％；还检测到了其它几种异硫氰酸酯，如异硫氰酸丁酯、异硫氰酸异丁酯、异硫氰酸丁烯酯、2-苯乙基异硫氰酸酯等。
