Inorganic nano-particles we studied concerning TiO2、SiO2、Fe3O4、ZnO、ZnS、Ag and black carbon. Also we studied the morphology and capability of the hybrid materials.

The experiments for determining the reaction kinetics of Daqing atmospheric residue were performed in a continuous flow, expanded bed rector. Four-lumped reaction kinetic model was developed to account for various feed and product fractions of Daqing atmospheric residue (gases, gas oil, residue and coke). The amounts of olefins and alkyls in the gas products were further analyzed to determine reaction kinetics of gas product distributions. Hence, a combined five-lumped reaction kinetic model was obtained for catalytic pyrolysis of Daqing atmospheric residue. The kinetic constants both in four-lump model and five-lump model were evaluated. A simulator for catalytic pyrolysis process was developed by incorporating the five-lumped kinetic model into the hydrodynamic flow model.

The digital simulation of thedynamic processes under step load input and supply oil pressure fluctuation were carried on by MATLAB. Analysis of the dynamic characteristics was done with the changes of the supply pressure, load, structural parameters of spherical hydrostatic bearing and the effective bulk modulus of oil. The conclusions show that structural parameters of the spherical bearing and the effect bulk modulus of oil have significant influence to dynamic characteristics, but the elasticity deformation of interior supporting collet has very small influences on the output response characteristics of the suspension system. The collets deformation can be neglected on the project.
