The teaching aims,teaching characteristics and the varieties of students in modern distance education require a new teaching mode and service support system which are suitable for self-learning.Only all these are based on an open course platform,can it meet the needs of learners and educators.

现代远程教育的教学目标、教学特点以及学生的多样性特点等，都要求建立一种适应学生自主学习的支持服务体系和教学新模式，而只有建立在一个开放的课程平台基础上，才能满足学习者和教育者的需要。

In view of technological development and intellectual requirement of scientific quality in 21st Century, for the innovation of physics experimental teaching, a sort of new teaching system must be set up to suit contemporary development of science and technology in favor of fostering intellectuals of high-quality with a solid elementary knowledge and creative ability, The experimental teaching must be altered from "Closing" to "Opening".

从面向21世纪科技发展和人才科学素质需求的角度来考虑，物理实验教学的改革，必须建立一种适合当代科技发展、有利于培养具有扎实基础知识和创新能力的高素质人才的教学新体系，实验教学应该由"封闭型"向"开放型"转变。

论文共分六大部分，第一部分为前言，介绍本论文研究的背景、意义；第二部分为文献综述和研究目的、内容和方法；第三部分对有效教学及教学模式的内涵、理论基础、发展、现代教学模式的特点等几方面做了详细的理论上的阐述。
