Based on experience of other hospitals on clinical subject evaluation , and index system was upbuilt,in order to strengthen the clinical discipline construction of hospital and enhance the level of therapy,which was not only fit for our hospital but also propitious to ubiquity.This system including politics,research team,medical treatment,teaching,scientific research and so on.

为了进一步加强临床学科的建设、提高专科特色水平，在参考其他大医院学科评估经验做法的基础上，结合自身特点，建立了一套既适合医院实际、又能与全国接轨的临床学科评估指标体系，内容包括思想政治、人才梯队、医疗工作、教学工作以及科研工作，囊括了学科整体建设的各个方面。

My paper, on the base of the recent management mode,is designed to realize electronic performance and management system with nearly all-including functions by employing the B/S frame and the ASP active page technology under the support of the Window 2003 and Access Database Platform and combing with the real situation in current learning and teaching.

By means of the 3Ds Max and Flash software ,this system reappeared the structure of various automobile parts and their working principle and moving mode,which made the teaching more vividly and lively; Using Goldwave and LAME MP3 Encoder audio-frequency software effectively compressed the system audio media document, so it could reduce the overall system possessive amount; Many kinds of alternately responsible types such as the button,hot spot,text entry and so on,and the function of jumps transfers and link including the hypertext link,goto sentence, navigation icon had been used ingeniously and comprehensivly,which was more helpful to complete successfuly in the interactive design .In order to realize the network publishing of the course soft,source program was optimized on the base of facing to the CD-ROM package.

在系统设计过程中，利用3Ds Max和Flash等动画设计软件虚拟再现了汽车各部件的结构、工作原理和运动方式，使教学更加生动、活泼；利用Goldwave、Lame图形界面Mp3压缩器等音频处理软件有效压缩了系统中的音频媒体文件，进而减少了整个系统的磁盘占有量；巧妙而综合地利用了按钮、热区域、文本框等多种交互响应类型和超文本链接、goto语句、导航图标等跳转链接功能，成功的完成了本系统的交互设计；在面向CD-ROM打包发布的基础上，对源程序进行优化处理，实现了课件的网络发布。
