To counter the problems reflected from the teaching reform,such as the students' main body lacking,benthamism teaching value tropism,the evaluation method only by examination,the students' standard value,the researchers pay their attentions to analyzing the teaching value and the teaching existence,the function、the kind、the regulation、the realizing、the evaluation of the teaching value,and the teaching culture.

对于教学价值论的研究，人们一直处于"教学具有怎样的价值"、"教学应该有怎样的价值"等困惑之中，针对当前教学改革中存在的诸多问题，研究者们着重从分析教学价值的基本方面入手，在构建新型师生关系的基础上，完善教学价值理论内容，适应教学改革的发展要求，以期教学能够更加生动地反映生活。

本文在笔者多年的教学实践的基础上，借鉴国内外对教学差异中差异因素的研究成果，结合我国的具体特点，试图逐步完善班级授课制下差异因素的研究，并在教学设计领域中针对教学策略和教学模式进行微观具体的研究，从而阐发自己的一些观点并提出一种具有实效性、可行性的"差异教学"模式及"差异教学"策略。

Based philosophically on the role theory of sociology, especially the Symbolic Interaction Theory, namely Role Play by Miller, Impression Management and Drama-imitating Theory by Erving Goffman, as well as the author's long-time teaching expriences and observation through the method of cross-disciplinary research on the previous foreign and domestic research results, the thesis demonstrates and analyzes pedagogically, psychologically and administratively the main roles of teachers' in teaching and the regulation of their behaviors

Part One is an introduction focusing on the background,the significance and the purpose of the present study.Part two provides a brief overview of a theoretical review on the nature of reading process,a brief review of 3 traditional methods of teaching in reading and research on TBLT in china and abroad.Part three introduces Constructivism,Krashen"s "Input and Interactionist Hypothesis" and The affective filter hypothesis,which construct a theoretical frame for the study.Part four provides the application of TBLT to teaching reading in senior middle school,mainly including fundamental principles,types of the reading task design and finally introducing the design of TBLT models in senior high school according to Willis"task-implementing model in teaching.Part five elaborates the experiment itself,mainly including the hypothesis of the present study,the procedures of the experiments and questionnaires.Part six is data collection and analyses.The result of the experiment shows that TBLT is more effective than traditional method in senior middle school English reading.Part seven draws a conclusion to the study.Implications as well as limitations are discussed here.

陈述了目前研究的背景，意义和目的；第二部分为文献综述，介绍三种阅读模式，以往阅读课所用的传统教法及其局限性；任务的定义，国内外对任务型教学的研究；第三部分为任务型教学的理论基础，介绍了构建主义理论，克拉申的输入假设理论，情感过滤假设；第四部分探讨了任务型教学在高中英语阅读教学的具体应用，包括阅读课设计的原则，类型，以及根据Willis的教学模式所设计的高中英语阅读教学模式；第五部分为实验部分，包括本研究的假设、实验方法、实验过程、测量工具等；第六部分数据收集和分析，结果表明：任务型教学提高英语阅读教学成绩比传统的教法有效；第七部分是本研究的结论，本研究对外语阅读教学的启示及本研究的局限性。

Through the study of the relevant documents and learning from her own experiences, the author completely analyzes research at home and abroad, the teaching theoretic bases, and the basic characteristics and types of the teaching of collaboration-based study in the network environment , and discusses the essential factors、 ways、 appraisement、 practice of the collaboration-study teaching in network environment. Furthermore, the author, by referring to her own teaching experiences, advances the collaboration-study teaching model and teachings appraisable target system in the network environment .

本人通过对相关文献的研究和自身教学实践过程中的体会，从基于网络环境下的协作学习教学的国内外发展现状、协作学习的教学理论基础、基本特征和基本方式等几方面对网络环境下协作学习的教学进行了分析，并阐述了网络环境下协作学习教学的要素、教学形式、网络协作学习教学的评价和实施。

This thesis is based on how to bring the initiative of both the teacher and the students into full play in the process of foreign language teaching and puts forward the theory of tricombination of pedagogy, foreign language teaching methodology and psychology to put equal emphasis on the nonintellectual factors, such as motives, interest, emotions, determinations, classroom atmosphere and personality as well as the intellectual factors like senses, memorization, thinking and imaginations.

本论文以充分发挥外语课堂教学中教师与学生的主体性为出发点，改变传统外语教学的理论基础&二结合&，提出教育学、外语教学论和心理学的&三结合&，把外语知识、技能的教学纳入符合教学心理规律的轨道，既重视外语教学中的智力因素（感知、记忆、思维、想象等），也不忽视教学中的非智力因素（动机、兴趣、情感、意志力、课堂气氛、个性特点等）。

Chapter four, based on the analysis the current status of middle school reading teaching and the misunderstanding of individuation reading,bring up author's strategy of the individuation reading implement: make students the principal part in reading, study the philologic express,teacher should take lead in the individuation reading.

第四章针对目前初中阅读教学的现状及其对个性化阅读教学误区的分析，提出自己在初中语文教学中实施个性化阅读教学的策略：个性化阅读教学应确立学生的阅读主体地位；个性化阅读教学要以对文本语言表达的探究为基础；教师是个性化阅读教学中智慧的引领者。

The author tries to review the individualized composition teaching guidedby the new curriculum based on current research and the author's seventeen years of experience in teaching Chinese, carries on historical introspection into the long lost "individualization" of composition teaching, tries to probe into the concept of composition teaching deeply, and explains the unique understanding of the individualized composition teaching, thecharacteristics of individualized composition teaching, the view of teaching and viewofrelationshipbetweenteachers and students in individualized composition teaching as well asthe requisition for Chinese teacher's accomplishments so as to probe into the way ofimplementing individualized composition teaching and the procedure of training, and tries toavoid the tendency of generalized and formularized traditional composition teaching.

In the fourth part ,on the basis of profound understanding about the two enterprise theorise, combining the fact of postgraduate teaching management in our country, I put forward my own opinions on building our postgraduate teaching quality management system, and expatiate the principles, approaches and the frame content which includes four parts: teaching decisionmaking, teaching resource management, teaching process management and the supervision and feedback of teaching quality.
