Chapter two, the theoretical basic of the metacongnition in Physics, stating that the theory of Autobus instructive study and the theory of architectural study, Piaget basic constructional learning theory and Vygotsky Social Construction are the psychological base of the metacongnition in Physics teaching, while Lifelong Education Theory and the Theoretical Research of the Subjectivity Education are the pedagogy basic of the metacongnition in Physics teaching.

第二章是元认知物理教学的理论基础。阐明了元认知的基本理论，奥苏伯尔的有意义学习理论、以及皮亚杰的建构主义学习理论和维果斯基社会建构理论是元认知物理教学的心理学基础，终身教育理论、主体教育理论是元认知物理教学的教育学基础。

Secondly, the combination in concept and problem teaching can enhance profound comprehension of Exclusive Events and Independent Events. Finally, because Distribution is basic knowledge in teaching probability, meanwhile, the calculation for Expected Value and Variance also are based on Distribution. Thus, Distribution is the most important in teaching them, it needs to give more emphasis.

其中计算机模拟手段在概率的频率定义教学中效果明显，并且直观模型在古典概型教学中的作用也相当明显；其次，通过概念教学与解题教学的结合可以帮助学生深刻理解互斥事件与独立事件；最后，随机变量的分布列作为概率基础知识，期望以及方差的计算都是以分布列为基础的，因而，强化分布列的教学是这部分内容的重中之重。

The first part introduces MPA's historical development in America and its particular characteristics. This partmainly focuses on 5 main characteristics, namely,(1) the development of practical skills as the highest priority in their educational formation,(2) the experience-oriented enrollment system;(3) the perfected curriculum setting,(4) the effective and flexible teaching methods, and (5) the highly trained faculty. The second part analyzes the background and key problems of Chinese MPA's education. It includes a lack of specialized educational aims, an overly grade-conscious enrolment system, a need for a more flexible curriculum, a shortage of "case-oriented" teaching methods and the dearth of a highly trained faculty. The third part proposes a theoretical framework based on the MPA educational model.

本文首先阐述了美国MPA教育的发展历程，并在追溯历史的基础上总结了美国MPA教育的主要特点，即：能力为先的培养目标、注重经历的招生办法、完善多样的课程设置、灵活有效的教学方式以及专兼结合的师资队伍五个方面；然后分析了我国MPA教育产生与发展的宏观背景与学科背景，并从MPA教育微观层面对我国目前存在的主要问题进行剖析，这些问题包括培养目标缺乏个性、招生录取偏重分数、课程设置弹性不足、案例教学较为薄弱、队伍建设有待加强；再从MPA教育的学科性质、培养目标、学科基础、课程设置、馨糕孺教学方法等方面构筑了MPA教育的基本理论框架：最后，提出了我国MPA教育改革与发展的基本思路与主要对策，思路着眼于MPA教育的长远发展，对策主要针对目前我国MPA教育存在的主要问题，包括：适时调整宏观政策、加大教学创新力度、强化师资队伍建设、加强硬件环境建设以及构建开放教育网络五个方面。

It is advanced firstly that trilingual education is based upon the multicultural education pedagogically and upon the development of bilingual education theoretically and practically. In addition, the research into trilingual code-witching becomes all the more important and significant due to the fact that trilingual education is a newly-developed research subject. The present study is of considerable significance in that it not only enriches the research of code-switching both in general setting and in classroom context, fosters conceptualization and implementation of trilingual education, but provides the implications for the EFL education for ethnic minority learners.

本章首先指出多元文化教育思想是三语教学的教育学基础，双语教育的蓬勃发展是三语教学的理论和现实基础，而三语教学研究的前沿性和创新性则为三语环境下教师课堂语码转换研究提供了广阔的生长空间和全新的研究意义；就研究意义而言，本研究在丰富和发展语码转换和课堂语码转换研究，对三语教学理论构想和实施，以及对民族外语教育的启示等方面都有重要理论和现实意义；本研究的特色与创新表现在对三语环境下教师课堂语码转换的影响模式及生成机制的构建，对三语教学的文化生态分析，对三语教师话语特征的解读，对三语环境下外语教育的课程特征、语言价值和文化追求的阐释，以及研究设计的特色与创新上。

This study follows "analyzing theory-developing tool-investigation andstatistics-displaying relationship-proving hypothesis", defines the connotation ofteaching aesthetic ability by methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation and factor analysis, explores the structure of teaching aesthetic ability which comprises perceptibility, design ability, operation ability, apprehension ability and evaluation ability by exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses; And develops "Teacher"s teaching aesthetic ability appraisal scale in primary and middle school" and "Teacher"s aesthetic conception and consciousness questionnaire", analyses the developmental characteristics of teachers

本研究遵循"理论分析——研制工具——调查统计——揭示关系——验证假设"的思路，采用文献研究、问卷调查、因素分析等方法，界定了教学审美能力的内涵，通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析，探索出了教学审美能力是由教学审美感知能力、教学审美设计能力、教学审美操作能力、教学审美理解能力、教学审美体验能力和教学审美评价能力六个因素构成的整体结构；并在此基础上编制了"中小学教师教学审美能力评价量表"，解决了中小学教师教学审美能力测量工具缺乏的问题，具有科学性和实用性。

本文针对口语交际的特点，结合教育学、心理学、社交学等有关理论，在把握口语交际的原则、口语交际教学的原则的基础上，立足于口语交际教学的实践，摸索培养学生口语交际能力的方法和途径，即对"口语交际教学的前提：教师转变教学观念与角色：口语交际教学的基础：教师优化自身教学语言；口语交际教学的目标：培养学生的口语交际能力；口语交际教学的策略：课堂教学与课外活动相结合；口语交际教学的有效手段：对学生进行鼓励性评价"进行探索，旨在抛砖引玉，以期使这一工作得到进一步的充实和完善。

These five years saw an increase in graduates from sports colleges,and student disposable employment rate in teaching profession declined.The highest rate of sports majors in secondary and higher schools ranks like follows:Sports Education,Social Physical Cultural and Ethnic Traditional Sports;2.Employing units have unsatisfied evaluation on professional dedication in the process of evaluating morality of gradates from our university;also not satisfied with the fact that these graduates are not strict with themselves and be models for students,indicating that there being needs and room left for strengthening and improving students' ideological quality.3.Employing units' evaluations on knowledge structure of graduates from our college:an unanimous affirm of the solid professional skills,and professional skills should not be neglected but strengthened and it needs improvement and creativity;there is polarization in using computers,so we need to think about how to teach computer courses in future teaching process;units are not very satisfied with graduates' foreign language proficiency,the university should lay emphasis on this.4.Employing units' evaluations on graduates ranging from strong to weak:dissatisfaction on organizing and management ability,conducting teaching and training and solving emergent events,and also on demonstrating and explaining and scientific research,to be specific, gradates' acts and skills are not standard,their explanatiens don't seize the key points, demonstrating and explaining ability of athletic training majors are better than that of other majors,and the overall scientific research ability of our graduates are not high enough to meet the employing units' demands and there is still a gap between them.5.Graduate needs from the grass-roots level unitsThe most welcome sport of the grass-roots level includes football,basketball,track and field and aerobics;basic requirements for middle school in new era PE teachers in include finn professional skills,proficiency of computer and foreign language,profound knowledge of humanities and arts and relevant knowledge comprehensive quality of new era teachers is the guarantee whether quality-oriented education of middle schools can be undergone.

从事教学工作专业由高到低依次为：体育教育、运动训练、社会体育和民族传统体育。2用人单位对我院毕业生道德品质方面的评价的总体评价是较好的，其中对敬业精神的评价存在不满意的现象；严于律己，为人师表方面存在不满意的现象，说明对学生思想素质的培养方面仍有加强和提高的空间与必要。3用人单位对我院毕业生知识结构的评价为：毕业生的专业基础掌握比较好，得到了用人单位的一致肯定，学院对毕业生专业基础知识的教育不能掉以轻心，需再接再厉，不断创新；计算机的学习上出现了两级分化，所以在今后的教学过程中，对计算机知识这门课如何开展是我们需要解决的实际问题；外语知识的掌握满意度不是很高，需要学校方面引起一定重视。4用人单位对我院毕业生能力的评价：对组织管理能力，指导教学与训练能力和突发事件处理能力比较满意，然而在示范与讲解能力和科研能力上存在着不满意的现象，主要表现在动作技能不规范，讲解抓不住关键要素，通过调查显示往往运动训练专业毕业的学生在示范讲解这方面要好于其他专业，科研能力整体评价不算很高，与用人单位的需求存在一定的差距。5基层对毕业生的需求对专项的需求足球、篮球、田径、健美操是基层中学较受欢迎的项目；新世纪具备综合素质的教师受到用人单位欢迎，这是素质教育能否有效开展的保证，也是体育教师开展体育创新教学工作的基础。

Therefore, reviewing theory base on nationality ideas of Kodaly Zoltan, Karl orff and Emile Jaques-Dalcroze these three music education systems as a cut-in point, firstly use psychology, sociology and philosophy as basic theory to process macrocosmic comparative argumentation to three system music education ideas, then process microcosmic theoretic logic discursion to a few basic fields which influence sight singing and ear training course teaching aim, teaching content, teaching implementation and teaching valuation to confirm most correlative and effective information sources of teaching practice based on nation musicality of sight singing and ear training; once more describe actuality of teaching practice based on nation musicality of sight singing and ear training in our country and demonstrate these basic subjects (psychology, sociology and philosophy) with sight singing and ear training teaching relations and actual meanings of music teaching to further propose development direction and actual problems faced with teaching practice based on nation musicality of sight singing and era training in our country.

由于音乐学科教育学研究与哲学、美学、社会学、心理学、教育学、物理学、历史学、民族学等多种学科有着密切的联系和交叉，因此，从考察柯达伊、奥尔夫、达尔克罗兹(Emile Jaques-Dalcroze)三个音乐教育体系民族性理念的理论基础作为切入点，首先从宏观上对三个体系的音乐教育理念进行以心理学、社会学和哲学为基础理论的比较论证；继而从微观上对影响以视唱练耳课民族性教学的目标、教学内容、教学实施、教学评价的一些基本领域进行理论上的逻辑推理，确定与视唱练耳民族音感教学实践最相关的和最有效的信息来源；再对我国视唱练耳民族音感教学实践现状进行描述，论证这些基础学科与视唱练耳教学的种种关系及对音乐教学的实际含义，进一步提出我国视唱练耳民族音感教学实践所面临的具体问题和发展方向。
