Language skills and autonomous learning. this paper, on the basis of about two-year testing, has presented the experiment and analyzed the result in order to promote transformation from the teacher-centered teaching model to a student-centered one, which is pluralized, individualized and initialized.

在历经近两年实践的基础之上，本文总结和分析了试点的结果，以期推进大学英语教学由传统的以教师为中心的单一模式向以学生为中心的多元化、个性化、自主化教学模式方向发展。

The author studied some cases which are derived from the junior middle school and primary school, and talked with teachers, then analyzed the causes. The reasons are mainly that (1) there are still questions in value orientation to the instructional objectives. And teachers overly regard behavior objective but turn a blind eye to generation objective.(2) during presupposing instructional objectives, many problems are excessively consider in the view point of mathematical course, and teachers nearly think how students can accept easily.

本文在对一些案例(这些案例均来自于初中和小学)进行研究并对教师进行访谈的基础上分析了其中的原因，主要是：①教师在对教学目标的价值取向上存在着问题，过于重视行为目标，而对生成性目标去视而不见；②在预设教学目标时，过多地从数学学科的角度考虑问题，很少从学生的角度想应该怎样能让学生更容易接受。

Through comparing relevant assessable theories, finding out some questions existing in the current index system, and putting forward the basic opinion of sectionalized teaching evaluation, on the basis of actual investigation, the framework of the teaching evaluation index system which is suitable for the undergraduate colleges newly upgraded can be established.

论文从新升本科院校的现行评估指标体系的分析入手，通过比照有关评估理论，找出现行指标体系中存在的问题，提出细分化教学评估的基本思路，并在实际调查的基础上，构建适合新升本科院校特点的教学工作水平评估指标体系框架。

To eliminate the temporized policy of teachers?culture so as to promote the matter-of-fact spirit in the teachers?culture; 2. To establish the learning organizations based on various fields to strengthen the establishment of coordination teaching culture; 3. Theme teaching is valued only in the significant meaning in education but not in the play of words.

本研究也提出几项建议以供参考：第一，破除「上有政策、下有对策」的教师文化，将「实事求是」的精神导入教师文化之中；第二，建立以领域为基础的学习型组织，加强协同教学文化的建立；第三，主题教学贵在达成教育的实质意义而非沦为形式的文字游戏。

Learning-theory has an apparent improving effect on students" learning the basic skill of table-tennis. In the comparison between tested group and compared group, an obvious difference appears; it also has a positive effect on students" learning interest, for it can make students keep more interest in learning; using learning-theory is able to improve students learning method of table-tennis. Based on the similar initial learning level of tested group and compared group, and through a one-term teaching experiment, apparent difference of learning method between tested group and compared group arrears, and the learning method of tested group is better than that of compared group.

学习理论对学生学习乒乓球的基本技术有明显的促进作用，在实验组与对照组的比较中表现出显著性差异；对学生的乒乓球学习兴趣也存在积极的影响，可以使学生保持较高的学习兴趣；学习理论应用到乒乓球教学中还可以提高和改善学生的乒乓球学习方法，在实验组与对照组学习方法基线水平无显著性差异的基础上，通过一学期的教学实验发现，实验组与对照组在学习方法上出现显著性差异，实验组的学习方法好于对照组。
