At present, much attention had been paid to the study of the surfactants with four coordinate boron oxygen heterocycles structure, however, the main work was focused on the synthesis of the surfactants containing boron with short-carbon chain alkyls and their basic properties.

目前研究的方向主要是含四配位硼氧杂环结构的表面活性剂，但都是对一些含短链烷基的合成和基本性质研究，对含长碳链的还极少见文献报道。

The microenvironment of the enterprise is analyses, which includes the survey .advantage and disadvantage analysis of Tengen company. The strength of the company and the market of Tengen electrical apparatus are analyses by utilizing GE model. And the marketing situation in the future is forecast. The structure of Tengen electrical products is analysed and the situations of various kinds of products in market are analyses by means of Bostons matrix method. The marketing target of Tengen is presented by using subdivision principles to analyses the market of Tengen. The weak links of the company in the marketing are found through comprehensive analysis of the marketing situation of Tengen company. The counter meashres and advice in marketing are presented for Tengen company.

本论文共分六章：在第一章引言部分中对本论文的研究背景及意义，研究宗旨、目标及范围做了说明；第二章中对一些营销的基本理论做了总结回顾：第三章从企业的外部环境入手对低压电器市场的市场竞争、用户情况、国内外差距、政策问题、技术发展趋势做了分析；第四章对企业的内部条件做了分析，主要运用了SWOT分析法，另外运用波士顿矩阵法、GE模型对产品结构及公司在市场竞争中的实力情况做了分析；第五章根据前面的分析得出了企业应该制定歧异性的集聚战略；在战略的指导下，作者提出天正公司应该采取的几种竞争策略，如渠道策略、直接营销策略、关系营销策略、综合促销策略等；第六章中对论文做了简要总结。

This article focuses on research of prediction of rock-burst happened in Cangling extreme long-tunnel engineering, comparison of tunnel carving details in the performing stage and prevention measures.

通过对苍岭特长隧道岩爆问题的预测研究和施工阶段洞身开挖情况对比，以及针对本工程的岩爆防治措施研究，探讨了岩爆预测判据对苍岭隧道工程的适用性，揭示了苍岭隧道围岩的岩性特征和初始应力场，掌握了苍岭隧道岩爆发生的烈度和基本分布规律，提出了对岩爆问题的工程防治措施，另外，根据工程区地质条件和岩石物理力学性能参数，建立了相应的地质力学模型，采用有限元法建模反演分析，其结果与通过钻孔水压致裂试验测得的地应力结果比较，显得较为吻合，并得到施工阶段通过洞壁应力恢复法分析结果的验证，验证表明理论模型和有限元模型的适用性及分析应力场是较为准确和合理的，并在此基础上对苍岭隧道岩爆进行分段预测和采取了较有成效的工程防治措施，具有较高的工程应用价值。

During Catholicism was spreaded in Shanxi the roles that the foreign missionaries,Chinese clergies and its believers played were important parts of Shanxi Catholic history.They respectively played important roles during the Catholicism incultured in Shanxi.Up to now,the behef of the Catholics,their rituals and their basic conditions such as their age,sex,status and economic situation were shortages of Chinese Catholic research field.Studying the policies and attitudes that Shanxi local officials towards the Catholicism and the relationship between the believers and non-believers can provide experiences and lessons for Shanxi temporary government and people,now they are building up harmonious society,these experiences and lessons can help them treat the Catholics properly.

天主教在山西传播过程中外国传教士、国籍神父及本地教徒各自充当的角色、发挥的作用是山西天主教史重要的组成部分，他们分别为天主教在山西的本土化发挥了各自的作用；教徒的信仰内容、各种礼仪以及身份、年龄、性别、经济状况等基本情况是目前为止中国天主教史研究领域的短缺部分；对自天主教传入山西以来山西地方官对天主教的政策、态度以及民教关系的研究，则能于当前构建和谐社会的过程中，为政府、民众正确对待山西天主教徒，处理好和他们的关系，提供历史经验借鉴。

The first chapter chiefly tells of the relationship of Wang Dangs life and his creation of this book; tells of the substance, edition and studying status quo of the book; in order to make a comparative analysis between the vocabulary of Tang Yu Lin and that of original books , I made a choice from the materials of the books. And I chose the content from Tang Yu Lin which is in accord with 17 kinds of original books that have complete records as my object of study, which takes up 2/3 of the book, and can reflect the look of the whole vocabulary of the book.

在首章中简单分析了作者王谠的生平与创作《唐语林》的关系，介绍了该书的内容、版本及研究现状，此外，为便于进行《唐语林》与原书词汇的对照分析，对《唐语林》中的语料进行了选择，将与17种内容保存较完整的原书相对应的《唐语林》中的内容作为本论文的研究对象，这些内容占全书的2／3，基本能够反映《唐语林》中词汇的全貌。

For frequency information fluid identification technology:the basic theory of fluid identification based on frequency information has been introduced,for inner and external factor affecting frequency,some steps have been proposed to attain reserved amplitude and frequency analysis data with high resolution,high S/N ratio;through the comparison of time-frequency analysis method, the high accuracy time-frequency analysis method has been selected to extract time-frequency attributes;the analysis method flow of common single frequency fluid identification has been proposed,according to the data of full frequency band,several anomaly zone modes of common single frequency attribute have segregated; incorporating converted wave and compression wave,fluid identification method based on PS wave combined time-frequency analysis has been proposed;the AVO property of various fluid type in frequency domain has been studied;the generalized fourier analysis method,Proni absorption filter has been introduced,and researched for anti-noise and for the seismic processing interpretation flow.The above technology have been applied to fluid identification of organic reef in WBT area in the east of Sichuan and fluid identification of clastic rock in GUANGAN area in the middle of Sichuan,the results show that the above methods are effective.
