We have done some research on the several artists we discovered, and conducted some basis analyses on their shared characteristics: they are clear-minded whose works are tinged with distinct personality and times; they are all professors from China Academy of Art and Central Academy of Fine Arts, two top institutes of art in China; they have explicit academic pursuit and profound specialized research.

我们为我们寻得的这几位艺术家作了一点研究，就他们的共性作了一点基本分析：他们内心清明，其作品都具有鲜明的个性和时代的特征；他们均是中央美术学院和中国美术学院，中国两所最高艺术学府的教授；他们都有明确的学术追求和专业研究的深度。

Therefore, it will help to resolve the water pollution discordance. On the basis of assessing economic loss due to water pollution, this paper employed water environment model to describe the spatial impact of pollutant discharge in rivers. In consideration of the environmental and economic effects of pollutant discharge, a theoretical model for water pollution compensation in rivers was proposed, with its basic characteristics, processing methods and application conditions discussed in the paper.

There are mainly four parts in this dissertation. In chapter one,the basic concepts of gauge field theory was introduced in brief and the study of nonperturbative field theory was reviewed.Then we described the idea of decomposition of gauge potential,which is the start point of our work.

本文将以在珠三角地区的家具企业为研究例子，立足于当前珠三角地区家具产业的发展状况和所存在的问题，阐述变革的意义；再着重对企业在变革中所遇到的人力资源阻力进行分析，进一步探讨人力资源阻力产生的原因以及其构成要素、种类等，理清人力资源阻力与变革的关系；借鉴现在社会上如何消除人力资源阻力的研究，结合珠三角家具企业实际情况，探讨该如何有效的消除人力资源阻力，希望能够为推动变革的实现，实现企业的可持续发展提一些基本的参考对策。

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.

目前，我国对PTT染色性能方面研究报道还少，本文用傅立叶红外光谱、差热分析、临界溶解时间等分析方法研究了热定型和染色对PTT纤维结构的影响，探讨了热定型对PTT纤维可染性的影响，同时进行了多项PTT纤维的基本染色性能试验，探讨了不同染色温度对上染百分率及表观色深值的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性、不同染料的移染性能和染深性能以及PTT和PET纤维同浴染色时染色温度对它们的染色深度的影响。
