主要阐述研究的背景，目的和意义，以及研究方法和论文框架；第二部分为纳税人税收遵从分析。首先介绍税收遵从的基本理论，然后运用经济学和管理心理学原理和方法分析纳税人税收遵从或不遵从行为；第三部分为我国税收遵从现状和典型案例分析。

Robbins who attempted to narrowly define the nature and the scope of economics, the neoclassical economics that sets up rational economics man as the fundamental assumption of behavior, Milton Friedman who maintained the notorious argument of irrelevancy of assumption, the professional economists who are obsessed in the self-help mathematical game in the name of the seemingly right positive studies, all of these efforts have so far never plausibly proved that the positive economics is built upon a solid foundation of methodology.

In this paper, the action mode of NMA in the traditional polyacrylate emulsions was studied by extracting the traditional self-curable PA latex film before curing and comparing the properties of two kinds of model latices A and B. Where model A was prepared according to the traditional self-curable PA latex and the model B was a blend of polyacrylates emulsion and an aqueous solution of poly-NMA. The total proportions of the ingredients were adjusted just the same as of model A. The influences of monomers, the dosages of crosslinking monomer A and emulsifier etc.

文中通过构造&共聚&和共混两个胶乳模型，研究了常规&自交联&PA胶乳中N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺的作用模式；分析讨论低温水性PA胶乳的聚合工艺及影响因素；通过分析胶膜的溶失率、吸水率、力学性质和Tg，及用扫描探针显微镜观察薄膜的微观表面形态和粗糙度的测试，研究水性PA胶乳的成膜性能、稳定性及基本性能；测试并分析胶乳作为涂料印花粘合剂和织物涂层剂的使用性能；通过核壳聚合技术对无甲醛胶乳产品进行性能优化。

Flotation of the three pure sulfide minerals (named amesonite, marmatite and pyrrhppite) used different regeants, is discussed as to know how the useful part is separated from the ore. The flotation behavior of the three minerals is that in low pH value they have good buoyancy,while in high pH value they have bad buoyancy.

This thesis attempts to innovate at two points, as follows:Theoretically, it endeavors to explore the value of SA from the aspect of index error. It analyzes the source of indices\' error, uses its theoretical meaning and economical significance to put forwards some methodic suggestions to some index-related issues, such as calculation of weights in index, evaluation of index formulas, structure analysis of layered issues, and etc.Practically, this thesis quests for the settlements of some difficulties in China\'s compilation of macroeconomic price index by the means of SA. Besides, it tries to make an innovative use of SA to Regional Economics. Improving on Theil\'s index with SA, it makes an empirical study on China\'s regional disparities since reform-policy was adopted.

本文尝试在以下两方面有所创新：理论研究方面，从指数误差的角度挖掘随机指数的理论价值，并围绕误差来源及其本身的理论内涵和经济意义，探讨了诸如指数权数确定、公式选择、分层指数的结构分析和可信度检验等疑难问题；实践应用方面，就价格指数编制实践中的一些具体问题(如基本价格指数的公式选择、高层汇总的权数确定等)提出了随机指数方法的改进方案，并将该方法首次拓展到区域经济学，通过随机方法下泰尔指数及其分解分析的运用，对改革开放以后中国区域经济差距的问题进行了实证研究。

对墨家逻辑学的研究：梁启超提出校注《墨经》文本的&牒经标题&体例，而且开创了三种逻辑比较研究的新方法，运用西方逻辑和印度因明的逻辑原理对《墨经》中的有关条文进行参照解释，较为充分地揭示出《墨经》中许多基本概念和命题的逻辑意义。

Beijing environmental problems hold severe, and atmospheric and water pollute, soil and water loss, hot island and yawp are leading problems,and take on territorial characteristic. Based on research on relativity between urban forest and these environmental problems, urban forest can effective improve environmental quality in Beijing. And for the aim of improve environmental quality, Beijing forest overlay should attain 35% at least in citywide range, and local-areas being severe environmental problem should be provided with higher forest overlay.5. Through the study on urban forest needed capacity, Beijing's forest coverage is up to par in citywide range, but montanic forest coverage, plain covered with trees and average forest area are lacking, and CO2 and O2 balance is incapable;form the point of heat and balance CO2 and O2 balance,urban forest the city zone and suburb is lack. There is urban forest developmental potential space,but the city zone and suburb area need be compensated form urban forest in circumjacent region.6. On the based of the above results and ecological network system, the author drived whole region into city area, plain and mountain area are needed at the point of planning thoughts of running-through forests and water .

根据城市森林与北京市主要环境问题的相关性分析，城市森林在改善这些环境问题中具有重要的作用，为有效改善这些环境问题，整个北京市域范围内森林覆盖率至少达到35%，并且分布比较均匀，环境问题严重的局部区域需要不同程度增加森林覆盖率。5、通过对北京市城市森林需求量研究发现，虽然在市域范围内北京森林覆盖率达到了国家标准，但是山区森林覆盖率、平原林木覆盖率、城区人均森林面积不足；从区域热平衡和碳氧平衡角度分析，城区和郊区不能满足本区域的城市森林需求量，虽然北京市城市森林具有一定的发展潜力，整体上基本可以满足城市需要，但是这些区域需要依靠周边区域城市森林的补偿。6、根据以上的研究结果，以中国森林生态网络体系建设的点、线、面布局理念为指导，以&林网化——水网化&作为优化理念，将北京市整个市域划分为城区近郊区及其辐射区域，平原区和山区三大区域，依据三大区域特点进行城市森林布局优化。

Till now, Studies on Sorangium have mainly been carried out on its intriguing, novel and diverse bioactive metabolites and the genes for synthesis of these metabolites. However, to our knowledge no studies on the cellulolytic activity, the unique and basic property of Sorangium among myxobacteria have been reported yet.
