基本研究

To solve the problems in present hydraulic calculations of gas pipe network such as numerous data-inputting, unprecise output and a lack of hydraulic calculation methods to keep consistent with steady flow and non-steady flow in real working conditions of gas pipe network, in the paper the author has set up a mathematical model of heat transfer process of gas in pipes on the basis of thermodynamic basic theories and obtained more accurate calculation methods of gas storage quantity in long conveying pipes and urban pipe network of high pressure. This research achievement has been applied to real pipe network.

本文研究目的是解决目前燃气管网水力计算中存在的诸如输入数据繁琐、计算精度不高、缺乏符合实际燃气管网工况的稳定流及不稳定流管网水力计算方法等问题，试图根据热力学基本理论建立燃气在管道中传热过程数学模型，给出较为精确的长输管线及城市高压管网储气量的计算方法，并将研究成果应用于实际管网运行中。

This paper has the opinions that the criminal's state of mind can be deliberate intention or unpremeditation, the term "victim" should be strictly interpreted as the property holder or someone has special relationship with the property holder, the relation between robbery and "serious wounds and death" should be direct relation, the judicial interpretion released by the Suprem Court is also analyzed in this paper but it's believed that it's not reasonable and scientific, the ceasing state of "serious wounds and death caused by robbery" should take the criminal's state of mind and other factors into consideration.

本文认为行为人对于"重伤、死亡"结果的主观方面可以是故意，也可以是过失；"人"的范围应该严格限定，主要是指财物持有人以及和财物持有人具有利益关系的其他人；对于抢劫行为与"重伤、死亡"之间的因果关系本文采纳直接因果关系说；在"抢劫致人重伤、死亡"这个问题上，本文结合最高人民法院的相关司法解释作了详细的阐述，认为该解释有不科学、不合理的地方；在"抢劫致人重伤、死亡"犯罪停止形态研究方面，本文认为应该从严格区分基本行为既遂、未遂以及行为人主观方面来具体研究，不能一概而论。

At last , this paper discusses reservoir characteristics in development period and suggests some theoretical ideas as well as techniques, major works is follow :(1) The combines of sequence stratigraphy , the flatten techniques of 3D seismic interpretation with 3D visualization , the paleotopography and river system in studied area are reconstructed and its controlling to developing of karst fracture and vug carbonate is analyzed , the affects of different paleo-domain unit on developing degree of reservoir storage space are presented .
