综述了海洋底栖生物生态学和生物多样性研究的过去和现状，阐述了海洋底栖生物生态学和生物多样性学说的基本原理，剖析了我国海洋底栖生物生态学和生物多样性研究存在的不足及与国际研究的差距，提出了海洋底栖生物研究的前景和方向。

Then, the relation between vibration and sound, the acoustic holography method, the indeterminacy and identifiability of BSS, the BSS algorithm are discussed in detail. Based on above researches, the dissertation is divided in following four sections. The first section investigates the BSS algorithm suitable to acoustic feature separation. The algorithm of the joint approximate diagonalization of eigen-matrices is proposed. The spectra or the time-frequency distributions of source signals are the interesting features in ABD and they are separated from mixing signals by JADE algorithm. Then, the convolutive mixing model is transformed into a high-dimension instantaneous mixing model, and the deconvolution of source signals is achieved by the joint approximate block diagonalization of eigen-matrices. The proposed algorithm has a global minimum, and it is unsensitive to noise interference.

论文首先概述国内外声学诊断研究进展与盲分离研究进展，给出机器噪声声场与盲分离的数学描述，讨论了声振辐射、声全息、盲分离模型、盲分离可解性、盲分离结果不确定性、分离算法等基本问题，在此基础上，论文的研究工作分为以下四个部分：第一部分研究适用于声学特征分离的盲分离算法，提出基于特征提取的联合近似对角化盲分离算法，该算法以频谱特征或时频特征作为分离目标，从混合信号中分离源信号频谱特征或时频特征，最大限度地保留了与声学特征提取有关的频谱特征或时频特征，采用模型变换把卷积混合模型变换为一个高维瞬时混合模型，通过联合近似分块对角化算法实现源信号频谱特征与时频特征的盲反卷积。

从技术文化批判理论发展脉络的视角探讨技术哲学经验转向所面临的问题，即通过对海德格尔存在论现象学立场与他在技术哲学研究方面采用的解释学方法论的矛盾的解析，讨论了技术文化批判经典理论存在的问题；以此为出发点，讨论了当下技术的文化研究在经验方法上的不彻底性，从而阐明了技术文化研究走向&切身化&经验方法的必要性；讨论了对技术展开&切身化&研究的基本思路，以此作为深化技术哲学经验转向的途径。

ABSTRACT This dissertation, based on the theories of geography, ecology, economics, sociology and environmental sciences, has analyzed the impact of transition between cultivation and pasture animal husbandry on the mechanism of desertification in Kerqin Sandy Region, of which behavior mechanism of local people was emphasized. The changing direction of integrated land desertification control strategy in semi-arid regions was discussed after having explored the primary reasons of estrepement, overgrazing and excessive firewood gathering. Followings are the main research works having been done.

本文选取科尔沁沙地作为研究区域，以两种最主要的土地利用方式、也是两种最主要的生产方式——农、牧业作为研究对象，依据地理学、生态学、经济学、社会学与环境科学的基本理论与方法，基于现有研究资料的系统整合，结合野外调查的结果，从更加综合的角度，来研究农、牧业选择变化对沙漠化过程的影响机理，从农、牧业选择变化的角度来揭示&滥垦、滥牧、滥樵&的本质，进而寻求中国北方半干旱地区生态环境综合整治的对策。

Firstly, the thesis analyzes the content of behavior consistency of C~4ISR system requirement, researches the theory of behavior consistency validation based on executable model. Secondly, it analyzes the extense form of basic state chart, researches the grammar rules and formal description method of the transition-oriented state chart. Lastly, it brings forward the method for transforming TO_StateChart to Object Petri Net model, and based on executable model, researches the method of validation for behavior consistency between the state chart and sequence diagram.

论文首先对C~4ISR系统需求行为一致性验证的内容进行了分析，研究了基于可执行模型进行行为一致性验证的原理；其次分析了基本状态图的扩展形式，研究了面向转移的状态图(简称为TO_StateChart)的语法规则及其形式化描述方法；最后研究了TO_StateChart转换为对象Petri网模型的方法，并以此为基础，深入研究了基于可执行模型进行状态图和时序图之间行为一致性验证的方法。

The text was divided into five parts: The basic conception of narratology applicability of narrative theory in television advertisiment research was explained in the first chapter; television advertisiment was researched on four aspects: the entity of narratory、the display mode of storied advertisiment、the analysis of live broadcast and word of narrative advertisiment in the second chapter; narrative research on the symbol mode of television advertisiment such as montages and voices et cetera was made in the third chapter; television advertisiment was analyzed by signifier and signified of advertisiment as well as narrative technique in desire and implementation in the fourth chapter; the relationship of narrative prototype and adoption in television advertisiment was discussed on several aspects such as circumstances prototype、ideological prototype and person prototype et cetera in the fifth chapter.

本文正文共分五个部分展开：第一章阐释叙事学的基本概念以及叙事理论对电视广告研究的适用性；第二章从叙事的本质、广告故事化的表现形式、广告叙事的时况和话语分析四个方面研究电视广告并尝试建构一个电视广告叙事学的研究模式；第三章对电视广告中的画面和声音等符号形式进行叙事学研究；第四章从广告中的能指和所指、愿望和实现的叙事技巧对电视广告进行分析；第五章从情节原型、意识形态原型、人物原型等方面探讨电视广告中叙事原型与叙事接受的关系，同时探讨电视广告的陌生化表达方式。

Also, Petrologic features, diagenesis and pore evolution features, and reservoir feature were worked and evaluated. The study direction of Neopaleozoic reservoir geology in this area was pointed out too.4. Based on the time-space structure of source rock, reservoir rock and cap rock in petroleum system of Neopaleozoic in south of North China Basin, play and pool-forming unit of Neopaleozoic was divided. The matching relation between trap formation period and peak period of source rock hydrocarbon generation and expulsion was analyzed, which pointed out the future direction of hydrocarbon targets exploration in this area.

同时，对区内砂岩储层的岩石学特征、成岩作用及孔隙演化特征和储集特征方面等进行了综合研究和客观评价，并分析讨论了今后该区上古生界油气储层地质的研究方向。4、根据华北盆地南部上古生界含油气系统中烃源岩、储集岩和盖层的时空结构，进行了上古生界成藏组合和基本成藏单元的划分研究；通过对圈闭形成期与烃源岩生排烃高峰期匹配关系的分析研究，指明了今后该区油气勘探目标的选择方向
