The strategy and controller are coming from combined analysis of combustion mechanism, generation mechanism of pollutants, influential elements, present application status of PID control method in combustion, as well as sum-up of controlling experience and contradistinctive researches of control strategies. It is shown that this method, when applied to furnace temperature controlling and activated-sludge process, is able to ensure controlling objects tracking in the presence of varying operation conditions, as verified via computer simulation. 本论文由以下章节组成：第1章对研究课题作了综述，提出了研究的子课题；第2章分析探讨污染物生成机理及二次污染物产生的条件，研究了控制污染的工程控制策略；第3章分析研究了仿人智能控制基本理论及其优越性；第4章通过仿真实验验证了仿人智能控制算法在炉膛温度控制中的有效性；第5章分析研究了有效防止二次污染的烟气处理方法；第6章通过仿真实验验证了仿人智能控制算法在废水生化处理中的可靠性和有效性；第7章总结了全文研究工作并对今后的工作作了展望。

The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1) According to involved theories of ferromagnetics, the microscopic mechanism of domain structure is analyzed systematically; through the movement variation of domain structure, that is the movement of domain wall and rotation of magnetic moment, the magnetization process is illustrated in an applied magnetic field. Meanwhile, by the use of energy methods, a study is performed on influencing factors of domain movement including stress, dope, scattering field, etc. The influence of various energies is dealt with on the magnetic behavior and parameters of ferromagnetic material; the corresponding theories of the spontaneous magnetization and technical magnetization are also discussed.

本文以此为研究背景，通过理论分析和模型试验，系统地研究了钢结构全磁通应力无损检测技术的基本理论和应用方法，主要研究工作如下：(1)根据铁磁学的相关理论，分析了铁磁材料磁畴结构产生的微观机理，并通过对磁畴结构运动变化规律，即磁畴壁移动和磁矩转动规律的研究，分析了外磁场作用下铁磁材料的磁化过程与一般规律，同时采用能量分析方法，研究了影响铁磁材料磁畴运动的主要因素，包括应力、掺杂和弥散磁场等，探讨了各种能量对铁磁材料磁行为和磁参量的影响，研究了相应的自发磁化理论和技术磁化理论等。

本文以物探研究中心的信息化建设为出发点，以物探研究中心ERP建设为研究对象，在分析物探研究中心ERP建设现状和存在问题的基础上，借鉴国内外企业ERP建设的成功经验，提出了物探研究中心实施ERP的基本条件和必要条件，进一步提出了物探研究中心ERP建设的对策，包括目标、原则、步骤和策略。

It emphasizes some ordinances with more disputes but faultiness or losing in legislation, and make relevant suggestion: that the insurer exercising the right of subrogation should justify paying the insurance compensation; the insurance compensation of inadequate insurance should be distributed by proportion ,according to the proportion of insurance subject matter assumed by the insurer and the insured; the definite items of the staple of the insured"s synergic obligation , the cost of exercising the synergic obligation should be stipulated by the law; and if the insured doesn"t exercise synergic obligation, he or she should liable for relevant legal responsibility etc.

本文以我国保险代位权的立法现状为出发点，以民商法基本理论为立足点，结合海内外的最新研究成果，将理论研究与实践相结合，运用历史分析、比较分析与实证分析的研究方法，从法学、社会学角度进行分析研究，并取得了以下研究成果：论文构筑了一个对保险代位权研究的综合分析框架；指出保险立法不完善及某些方面冲突等原因，导致保险代位权在实践中未充分发挥作用；提出保险代位权的本质是法律给予保险人减少风险损失的手段，是对社会资源加以公平配置的方式；损害赔偿金在保险人和被保险人之间的分配原则：按照他们各自对保险标的承担的风险比例进行分配；指出在人身保险中不适用代位权以及保险人有权对公法人行使代位权等观点。

The details of the research include: By studying the structure of the natural bamboo fiber, make the basic morphological structure and the degree of crystallization clear; By studying the mechanical property of the fiber, make the feature of mechanical property of the natural bamboo fiber clear; By studying the mechanical property of the pure yarn and its blends, make the feature of mechanical property of the yarn clear; and we also study the mechanical property changes of the pure yarn and its blends in the hygrometric state different temperature state and after mercerization and alkali shrinkage.

It includes seven parts: PartⅠ, as a preface, includes the start-point, purpose, significance of this research and summarizes the relatable study in domestic and foreign; PartⅡ, the design elements, mainly including describes the research method, content, ideas, creativity, feasibility of this research, and the basic characteristics of the sample and related concepts defined and operation.

本研究主要分为六个部分：第一部分为绪论，主要阐述了本研究的出发点、目的、意义以及国内外相关研究的进展情况；第二部分主要是本研究设计内容，包括研究方法、研究内容和思路，研究的创新性和可行性，以及样本基本特征和相关概念的界定和操作化的阐述；第三部分至第五部分是论文主体。

The first chapter introduces background、pursers and meaning、method、content and structure of this paper and the present conditions of current research. Some basic concepts are also defined in the first chapter; the second chapter systematically reviews the international market development theory, internationalization theory for enterprises based on technology, international risk prevention theory and other relevant theory. The third chapter introduces the current international operation condition of Chinese high-tech enterprises and analyzes the international operation character and motivation of these enterprises. Based on the analysis of the character of Chinese high-tech enterprises and the main elementary which will affect the entry-mode, the fourth chapter discusses the international strategy and the relevant entry-mode from the perception of resource. After selecting the suitable entry-mode, the fifth chapter discusses the problem of international risk. This discussion focuses on Chinese high-tech enterprises and establishes the risk prevention system, with the analysis of specific case. The last chapter summarizes the whole research content and brings forward the guidance for the deeper research.

第一章为绪论，介绍了论文的研究背景、目的与意义、研究方法、内容、框架以及研究的现状，还对本文的一些基本概念进行了界定；第二章系统回顾了开拓国际市场的理论、基于技术的发展中国家企业国际化理论以及国际风险理论等与本文相关的理论知识；第三章介绍了我国高新技术企业国际化经营的现状，并对其国际化经营的特征及动因进行了较为详细的分析；第四章在对我国高新技术企业的特点及影响其进入模式选择的主要因素分析的基础上，从资源角度探讨了其国际化战略及战略指导下的进入模式选择；第五章研究在选择了合适的进入模式之后，即将面对的国际风险问题，对我国高新技术企业的国际风险进行了聚焦，并构建了风险防范体系，还结合具体案例进行了探讨；第六章对研究的内容进行了总结，并指出了本研究的不足之处和进一步的研究方向。
