This course includes the basic structures and functions of Human's reproductive organs ; human fertilization ; development ; women's breeding ; sex development and differentiation. Also the adolescent age's biology and physiology, and human's heritable disease, sex hygiene, sex transmitting diseases will be introduced. Through this course students will understand themselves deeply.

从生物学、生理学的角度，在讲述这门课开设的意义、性分化的生物学意义和人类生殖模式的基础上，简要讲述人类性行为的特点和进化，进而讲解男女生殖器官的基本结构与机能、性机能的生物学和生理学基础及其调节控制、人类受精、胚胎发育、生育、性的发育与分化以及青春期的生物学、生理学知识和问题，并讲述人类遗传病、性卫生、性传播疾病包括艾滋病的预防和控制等基本知识。

The main study areas are as follows: 1 The landscape classification system of the urban-rural ecotone is set up based on the studying on land-use type of urban area and rural area, and then it is used to establish a regional landscape data warehouse for deposition, modification and management; 2 A group of landscape structure and pattern indices and patch area spectrum analysis methods are used to describe the structural and heterogeneous characters of all the landscape elements from different aspects; 3 The temporal and spatial difference of the landscape pattern of main road belts of the research area are also analyzed with the same method. Their basic process and regularity of urban axial expanding of the southwestward of Shanghai City are initially knewn well; 4 According to the traits of the ecotone, the principles and basis of vegetation classification, the ecotone vegetation classification system is set up, its species constitute, community patch characters, the relationship between vegetation types and landscape categories are analyzed, meanwhile, the vegetation sample maps are made; 5 Based on above studies, some landscape ecological stratedies within the research area were discussed. 城乡交错带地区的景观分类，在对城市地区和农村地区的土地利用类型研究的基础上建立了城乡交错带的分类体系，并在此基础上用ARC＼INFO软件分时段、分区、分要素建立研究区的景观图形数据库，对数据进行存储、修改和管理；2）利用多种景观结构、格局指数和斑块面积谱分析方法，从不同的侧面对各种景观组分的结构以及区域的景观格局特征进行了分析，并对其成因进行了探讨；3）利用相同的分析方法，分析了城乡交错带中的城市干道两侧的景观格局特征的空间和时间分异情况，初步掌握上海城市西南轴向扩张的基本过程和规律；4）对城乡交错带中非独立的景观要素-植被，研究其遥感图象信息的基本特征，建立适合区域特点的植被分类体系，并在样区中建立了植被图形数据库和计算机制图，分析了植被景观种类组成、斑块等级等特征以及与不同景观的相互关系；5）在上述研究的基础上，对研究区内的景观生态对策进行了研究。

Firstly this paper probes for the conception and the basic theory about brand assets by pointing out that brand is a kind of assets and is subordinate to category of assets, so brand assets assessment certainly applies for general theory in assessing assets and is restricted by basic assessment theory, the correct assessment of brand asset will inevitably be also helpful for development and the completeness of the entire assessment profession;Meanwhile, brand assets is a special intangible assets after all, therefore its assessment differs from that of common assets.

文章首先探讨了品牌资产的相关概念及基本理论，指出品牌是一种资产，隶属于资产的范畴，品牌资产评估也必然适用于一般的资产评估理论，受基本评估理论的制约，而品牌资产的正确评估也必然有利于整个资产评估行业的健全与发展；同时，品牌资产毕竟是一种特殊的无形资产，它不同于商标，也不同于商誉，有着自己独到的特点，所以其评估与一般的资产评估又有所区别，要正确评估它的价值必须正确辨析这一组概念。

There are three key points of innovation in this paper. 1.After analyzing Japanese corporate culture by Hofstede's theory of cultural dimensions, the paper analyzes the characteristics of communication in Japanese corporate. And by the background of the current Chinese situation and human nature, it further discusses the new needs of internal communication in Japanese companies in China. 2.According to the needs, the paper gives some new practical solutions such as to build the channels for communication on the"per-department"basis. Also, it testifies the necessity and feasibility of these solutions by a questionnaire. 3.The author uses the concrete analysis of K Co., one of her research projects, to draw implications for building the efficient internal communication.

本文在现有研究成果的基础上主要有三个创新点：一是通过霍夫斯塔德的文化维度理论分析了日本企业文化特点，指出了相应的日本企业内部沟通上的独特性，并基于中国现阶段人性特点，提出了在华日企不同于传统日本企业的沟通上的新要求；二是针对这些要求提出了建立以部门为基本单位的沟通渠道等一系列新建议，并用调查问卷的方式对这些建议和措施进行了必要性和可行性验证；三是将本文得出的研究成果应用于笔者所在的工作单位K企业，运用本文观点进行了具体的案例分析，并参与制定了加强和完善K企业内部沟通的策略和措施。

With a clear understanding of theory and large numbers of facts, this article analysis the following problems by the view and method called materialist dialectics. First, the concept of information ethics is established when the moment people's life style begins to change in Information Age, with understanding of both the basic principle of moral life and moral problems existing in our society and have knowledge scope range from social practice to abstract theory. Second, the essence and forming rules of information ethics is revealed with the help of studying some basic questions and debating some characteristics from the philosophy point of view. Third, the further analysis of the system formula and social function is founded on debating the theory, which forms the system from the ethics point of view.

本文在梳理理论文献和掌握大量实证材料的基础上，以唯物辩证法的观点和方法为指导，对以下问题进行了分析和讨论：一、从信息时代人们生存方式的变迁入手，明确社会道德生活的基本要求，在认清信息社会存在的道德问题的基础上，从社会实践到理论抽象，确立了信息伦理观念；二、从哲学的角度出发，研究信息伦理生成的基本理论问题，在厘定相关概念的基础上，讨论了信息伦理的特点，揭示了信息伦理的本质及其生成规律；三、从伦理学的角度出发，在讨论构建信息伦理体系的理论依据的基础上，进一步分析了信息伦理的体系结构和社会功能；四、从社会实践的角度出发，研究信息伦理在信息传播过程中的应用问题，从理论回到实践，提出了较为系统的信息伦理原则和信息道德规范。
