By using the Ricker wavelet and thin inter-beds model data, taking Morlet wavelet, MSW wavelet (A mother wavelet which can match seismic wavelet) and three-parameters wavelet as mother wavelet respectively, the calculated instantaneous frequency is analyzed. Results show that the instantaneous frequency analysis based on three-parameter wavelet has good anti-noise ability and higher temporal resolution.

利用Ricker子波和薄互层模型数据，分析了以Morlet小波、匹配地震子波的小波及三参数小波为基本小波计算的瞬时频率，结果表明：基于三参数小波的瞬时频率分析方法具有良好的抗噪性能及较高的时间分辨率。

The system is designed according to the mechanism of CAD Standard Part Graphies Files. SQL Server 2000 is selected as the host and construct the database of part liabrary due to characteristic parameter. STEP, viz. ISO 10303, is issued by international standardization organization, and here ,this paper gives the definition of product information model oriented part41 and part44 in STEP and six basic definienses which describe the product information to ensure the information in the product information model correct and shareable . This paper also presents method of creating and extracting product information on engineering draught and product data exchange and integration between CAD system and database manager system.

论文中采用&CAD标准件图形文件机制&，用SQL Server2000数据库建立了零件的特征参数数据库，完成了零件库的特性参数库建库工作；依据国际标准化组织的STEP标准即ISO 10303中的Part41，Part44两部分内容以及STEP标准中描述产品信息的六个基本的类库定义，提出了一种产品信息模型，保证了产品信息模型中信息的正确性和共享性，实现了工程图样中产品管理信息的建立和提取以及数据库系统与图形文件中的管理信息交换与集成。

To improve the performance of TD-SCDMA network significantly, the optimization on baton handover is necessary, and the research on optimization can provide technical support for its impelling in the commercial stage. In this paper, the processes and the algorithms of baton handover are introduced and the parameters which affect the handover performance are analyzed (such as filter coefficient, the hysteresis of baton handover, cell individual offset) in detail firstly.

首先 介绍了风洞试验及试验数据处理的基本概况；然后在阐述经典Gumbel极值理论的基础上，根据观察极值的相互独立性推导了短时距下极值分布参数和长时距下极值分布参数的关系式，给出了一种由短时距样本推算长时距下的极值估算方法；最后基于风洞试验数据，将常用极值估算方法(峰值因子法、改进峰值因子法和Sadek-Simiu法)和该方法的计算结果进行了比较。
