For its outstanding area in the regional space, central city has evident superiority in the regional ecnomic development, and has echelon between central city and its periphery scennic spots, which is the inducement mechanism of tourism industry's arranging, developing and advancing step by step. For the law of diminishing marginal utility and the theory of equilibrium, the max utility equilibrium of tourism consumption be at the point of tangency of undiscrepancy curve and the cost budget curve.

中心城市居民巨大的出游力是拉动其周边旅游地发展重要的内在驱动力；由于地缘关系，区域规模经济与地域分割并存，是旅游产业运动的一个基本特征，为此必须对区域旅游经济进行系统化布局，突出中心城市的产业中心性；因其区位条件独特，中心城市在区域经济发展中居于明显的优势，与周边城乡部位存在经济发展上的梯次性，这种梯次性是区域旅游生产力布局、产业发展梯次传动，最终整体联动的经济诱导机制；根据边际效用递减规律和旅游者最大效用均衡理论，旅游消费效用最大化的均衡在无差异曲线与开支预算线的切点(即旅游目的地选择的最佳位置)上，且随着边际效用递减，目的地选择的最佳位置向远离中心城市方向移动，这就是中心城市与周边旅游地互动关系的经济学解释。

The main achievements could be summarized as follows.1. The basic stress-strain characteristics and related physical mechanisms for sands under cyclic rotation of principal stress axes were investigated based on three kinds of drained tests including fixed principal stress axes, cyclic rotation of principal stress axes with magnitudes of principal stresses kept constant, and cyclic changes of principal stresses in both their axes and magnitudes. The main deformation behavior of sands with inherent anisotropy under cyclic rotation of principal stress axes with magnitudes of principal stresses kept constant was obtained in the following.

本文从试验研究、规律分析、数学建模和工程应用四个方面，对应力主轴循环旋转条件下砂土的变形特性进行了较为深入的研究，取得了如下主要研究成果：(1)基于对饱和砂土进行的主轴固定单调剪切、纯应力主轴循环旋转以及主应力幅值与应力主轴耦合循环变化的三类完全排水试验成果，分析和揭示了应力主轴循环旋转条件下砂土的基本变形规律，并探讨了其受力变形的内在机理。

Some key part is ameliorated to meet the demands of working. This thesis mainly includes:(1) Analysing the working principle of the spring operateing mechanism, expatiating the character of the mechanism;(2) With the design aim of the spring operating mechanism, accomplishing the design of ZW□-12/630-20 outdoor HV vacuum breaker based on the systemic design theory of the spring operating mechanism, which includes spring mechanism of open-close switch; cam mechanism based on the principle of power balance; buckle-off mechanism with force-minished device; ratchet wheel mechanism with number-increased detent;(3) In the design on the spring operating mechanism for the outdoor vacuum breaker, using the air cushion device with speed controller to ensure the steady working of the spring operating mechanism;(4) Accoding the problem of daily maintenance for HV circuitbreaker, giving some effective steps of daily maintenance.

论文工作主要包括以下几个方面：(1)从真空断路器弹簧操动机构的功能原理出发，详细分析了该机构的工作原理，阐述了机构工作的基本特性；(2)根据工程实际提出了真空断路器弹簧操动机构的设计目标，在系统分析弹簧操动机构设计理论的基础上，完成了ZW□-12/630-20型户外真空断路器弹簧操动机构的设计工作，其中包括真空断路器弹簧操动机构的分合闸弹簧机构的设计；以输出力特性曲线设计机构理论演化出的功率平衡原则为基础的凸轮机构的设计；带有减力机构的滚动摩擦扣结方式的脱扣机构设计；根据实际情况增加了棘爪数量的棘轮机构设计；(3)在真空断路器弹簧操动机构的设计中，引入了速度控制模式空气缓冲器，对惯性负载起到了良好的自动缓冲效果，从而保证了真空断路器弹簧操动机构稳定、有效地运行，保证了真空断路器的动作质量；(4)针对目前真空断路器运行过程中存在的问题，提出了有效的日常维护措施。

We designed and made a circular loom of Fayolle-Ancet type with electro-magnetically operated shuttles, replacing rectilinear motion of plain looms by circular and continuous motion with several shuttles running simultaneously.

Then brief the basic situation of the finite element analysis method and the spectrum tube design situation.

接着介绍了有限元分析方法的基本情况和光谱简的设计情况；论述了如何用有限元方法对系统进行静力分析，如何进行前处理和定义作业参数，如何用计算出的结果对设计进行评估：并对光谱筒系统中的导轨板、桥和下平台进行了有限元分析。

Simulation results show that vertical dynamic contact force is some two times of static wheel load F0, which agrees well with the present spot test result.
