This course focuses on the foundation for chirurgery, common surgical diseases, surgical operations, etc. The objectives of this course are 1 to help students to master the basic theories, knowledge and techniques, the causes, pathogenic mechanism and clinical manifestations of common surgical diseases, and the principles of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the diseases, 2 to help them get familiar with the indications and contraindications; and 3 to train students of the basic surgical performances outside the classroom and foster their aseptic concepts.

本课程包括外科基础、外科常见疾病、外科手术学等内容，使学生掌握外科学基础理论、基本知识、基本技能；掌握外科常见疾病的病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断、预防和治疗原则；熟悉手术的适应症和禁忌症，训练学生外科手术学基本操作和培养学生严格的无菌观念。

The main contents and achievements are summarized as following: 1. The principle of tension leveling of metal strip is described systematically using relative tension and relative curvature on the basis of plane hypothesis including the stress distribution on the section, the condition to undergo plastic longitudinal elongation, the calculation of longitudinal elongation, the change of tension along the strip etc.. 2. The tension leveling process of metal strip on a multi-roll arrangement is investigated detailed by nonlinear finite element method and many rules to guide the strain, deformation, stress and bending moment are discovered and illustrated.

本文的主要内容和成果如下： 1、以平面假设为前提，采用解析分析方法，建立了以相对张力和相对弯曲曲率为基本参数的平面应变金属带材拉伸弯曲变形基本原理较为系统的描述，描述涉及到应力分布与两个基本参数的关系、带材塑性延伸的边界条件、带材延伸率的计算、带材张力变化的计算等。

Theory; the spatial meshing theory includes comparative motion, comparative differential and conjugative curved surface; and the application of meshing theory includes gear drive and worm drive. The spatial meshing theory is the main part of the course.

This research is qualitative-research oriented, investigating into the basic situation of teachers'curriculum decision in an ordinary kindergarten by means of instrumental case study. The concept as well as the content of curriculum decision-making, together with the process and the approaches, is rendered explanative understanding and description; also, numerous factors which influence the decision-making and fundamental features in curriculum are analyzed so that the basic conclusion and suggestion should finally come into being.
