The following conclusions can be obtained through above studies:(1) High density of different species algae are accumulated on the surface of savageness and artificialness filling in the city riverway. The activity of charcoal filling biofilm were much high than the biofilm of plastic filling and plants root of floating carriers.

本发明公开了一种降解邻硝基酚的产碱杆菌菌株及制备方法，产碱杆菌为Alcaligenes sp。，CCTCC No.M206121。其制备步骤是：首先是配制无机盐培养基，成分为磷酸氢二钠、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锰、硫酸亚铁、硫酸镁、氯化钙、硫酸铜、硫酸锌和双蒸水，调pH值高压灭菌；其次是菌种的富集，从污泥中取样，将土样与无机盐培养基配制成悬浮液，将悬浮液以一定体积接种量接种到含邻硝基酚的新鲜无机盐培养基中，恒温，摇床培养，获富集培养物；第三是将富集培养物在LB固体培养基中分离和纯化。
