The polymorphisms of chicken heart type fatty acid binding protein gene and extracellular fatty acid binding protein gene were detected by PCR-SSCP method with different pairs of primers among 228 chickens from 8 populations (including 5 pure lines and 3 crossbreds developed by Sichuan Animal Science Academy and Dahen Poultry Breeding Company).

结果发现无论是以融合形式存在，还是以非融合形式存在，人的P68 cDNA基因在E.coli细胞中都未能获得高效表达：在不同表达载体中，不同启动子对P68 cDNA基因的表达没有显著差异；利用合成Adapter的方法删除5'UTR，及利用PCR技术删除3'UTR和信号肽序列对表达没有明显改善；分别表达被分割的P68 cDNA5'端编码区、中央编码区和3'端编码区均未见有明显表达；当P68 3'端编码区与高效表达蛋白PAI-Ⅰ基因3'末端融合时，仅见有PAI-Ⅰ以截断形式高效表达出来。

Theresults show that the tempreture changes can affect the growth of the transgenic cotton and theexpression of the Bt insecticidal gene and therefore affect the timing and the onsetting of thetransgene silencing. The time of the occurrence of silencing is more earlier after hightemperature treatment.
