In this article, the domain structure of LBD genes, classes of LBD genes in model plants of monocotyledon or dicot, expression model, mutation phenotypes from loss of function or gain of function, and its relationship to other gene families were reviewed. Furthermore, the redundancy character of LBD genes, basic candidate function shared by LOB domain, and potential molecular mechanism of LBD genes interacting with other genes also were discussed.

本文对LBD基因的结构域特征、在单／双子叶模式植物中的分类、表达特点、己克隆LBD基因的功能及与其它基因或基因家族间的相互作用关系进行了综述，并对LBD基因在高等植物中的功能冗余特性、LOB结构域可能所具有的基本功能和LBD基因与其它基因相互作用的分子机制进行了探讨。

In this study,we have identified C2H2 ZFP genes in the silkworm,and acquired the basic information for these genes,such as gene distribution on chromosome,gene family information and expression information.This information will be useful for further functional studies on these genes.

综上所述，本研究对家蚕基因组中的C2H2型锌指蛋白基因进行了鉴定，并通过分析获得了这些基因的基本信息，即染色体分布、基因家族信息和基因表达信息等，这些信息为进一步对家蚕C2H2型锌指蛋白基因进行功能研究打下了基础。

结果 同源性分析表明， 4株湖南街毒p和m基因核苷酸同源性分别为97.3%～99.4%和98.4%～99.8%；与其它i型狂犬病病毒和疫苗株核苷酸同源性比较，p基因分别为78.4%～90.2%和81.8%～86.8%；m基因的分别为81.8%～92.1%和84.7%～90.6%。4株野毒p和m基因氨基酸同源性分别为98.0%～99.3%和98.5%～99.0%。

Methods The NGF, BDNF, and NT3 genes of rats were cloned, the eukaryote expression vectors were established, the three kind of recombinant vectors were used to transfect astrocytes, the positive cloned cells were cultured dilatedly after G418 sifting; using supernates of culture liquid of astrocytes modified by gene to culture PC12 or TrkB-PC12, the expression and its level of gene target cells aimed genes were measured by Western blotting or immunohistochemical method.

Bioinformatics Analysis of Silkworm Development-Related Genes According to sequence homology, homologous genes for 86 genes participating in embryonic development genetic hierarchy of Drosaphila were searched in silkworm genome, including 43 maternal genes, 12 gap genes, 9 pair rule genes, 13 segment polarity genes and 9 homeotic genes. Results show that all but 6 maternal genes have the homologues in silkworm genome and some of them have high similarity.

家蚕发育相关基因的生物信息学分析基于序列的相似性，在家蚕基因组数据中检索参与果蝇胚胎发育调控级联的86个重要基因的同源基因，结果表明，除6个母性基因在家蚕中没有找出同源基因外，其余基因在家蚕中均存在同源基因，并且其中一部分具有相当高的相似性。

In the present paper, the Sox gene expression analysis of different tissues from the Trionyx sinensis was studied by using RTPCR, and Sox gene fragments of expression from the testicle, brain and spleen were cloned using RTPCR products. The results show that Sox gene has specific expression in the testicle, brain, spleen, cardiac muscle and kindney and hasn't expression in muscle, liver and ovary. The results of clone reveal that the Sox genes of expression in the testicle are TSSox1 and TSSox 4, and those are TSSox2 and TSSox4 in the brain, and that is TSSox4 in the spleen. This suggests that the Sox gene act important role not only on the sex determination, but also on the development of neural system, immunocyte system and the differentiattion of male germ cell.

本文采用RT—PCR技术，研究了中华鳖不同组织Sox基因的表达，并通过PCR直接克隆法，分析了来自睾丸、脑和脾组织中的Sox基因序列结果表明在中华鳖的成体组织中，Sox基因在脑、心肌、肾、脾和雄性的睾丸组织中均有不同程度的表达，而在肌肉、肝脏和雌性的卵巢中则无表达，显示该基因具有组织表达特异性克隆分析显示，在睾丸组织中表达的是TSSox1和TSSox4基因，而在脑组织中表达的是TSSox2和TSSox4基因，脾组织中表达的是TSSox4基因此结果表明Sox基因不仅在性别决定中起作用，还可能在神经系统、免疫系统多种组织中起重要作用

Methods The method of PCR- RFLP was conducted to examine the genotype of 3 cPLA2 genes ( PLA2G4A, PLA2G4B and PLA2G4C genes) in 263 subjects, including 121 cases of T2DM and 142 controls. The conditional test was used to test the combined effect of distinct loci on the T2DM by conditioning on allele or by conditioning on genotype with UNPHASED analysis platform. Results The genotypic frequencies of the 3 genes did not deviate from Hardy-weinberg equilibrium in both case and control groups.
