To provide effective and efficient solutions to the scheduling problems in discrete job shop with multiple cells each having flexible process routings, this dissertation presents a Holon-based autonomic and coordinated intelligent scheduling technique, which is integrated with reinforcement-learning-based contract net protocol and modified filtered-beam-search algorithms, based on the recent researches in Agent or Holon-based decentrated production scheduling. The proposed intelligent scheduling technique is studied based on the key techniques of Agent or Holon-based autonomic and coordinated scheduling, i.e., encapsulation of entities, the control architectures, coordinated mechanism and core autonomic algorithms.

本论文在充分吸收近十余年间基于Agent或Holon的非集中式生产调度最新研究成果基础上,以具有生产加工柔性的、多单元、离散作业型制造车间为研究对象,围绕基于Holon的协商与自治调度关键技术(实体封装、控制体系结构、协商机制和核心算法)展开研究,提出了基于Holon概念模型的、集成强化学习机制的合同网协议和改进过滤定向搜索算法的自治与协商智能调度技术,以提供实用有效的求解方法、改善柔性制造车间适应内部动态环境和外部市场快速变化的能力。

On the design of algorithms, a novel exact hierarchical delay analysis method for general circuits is proposed; based on the sensitization theorem for sequential circuits, an exact minimizing clocking method is proposed; based on Boolean process, a waveform simulation method considering interconnecting delay for logic circuit and a parallel waveform simulation method are proposed; a new method that transforms bit-level waveform polynomial to word-level polynomial model is proposed; a multiple valued synthesis algorithm based on multiple valued Boolean process and a wire-centered delay synthesis policy are proposed, in which timing planning, floorplanning, wire planning and optimal clock skew in early design are considered; a two-layers channel routing method for minimizing crosstalk under grid mode is proposed; based on the transition numbers theorems for waveform polynomial, a new method for generation of test with noise effects is proposed.

Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm can achieve similar performance to that of the ITS using natural binary bit mapping and has about 1dB gap with the ITS using Gray bit mapping. In the high SNR region, the complexity of the proposed bit-level ITS is about 6%~40% of the symbol-level ITS.

Secondly, the dependability of error models is demonstrated based on matching relationship among the accuracy indexes of key payloads. Finally, the accuracy of global gravitational field up to degree and order 120 is effectively and rapidly estimated from GRACE Level 1B measured observation errors of the year 2006 publicized by the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in the USA, and the cumulative geoid height error is 18.368 cm at degree 120, which preferably accords with the Earth's gravitational field model EIGEN-GRACE02S provided by the GeoForschungsZentrum Potsdam in Germany.
