本发明提供了一种无糖培养菊花的方法，采用二氧化碳作为碳源，替代传统的糖，控制释放浓度为2000～3000ppm，采用透光性好、透气不透水的氟乙烯树脂膜为容器，在此种培养条件下，不同品种的菊花组培苗和组培后移栽苗在株高、叶数、根数、最大根长、茎叶部分和根部部分的干鲜重最大，出苗率高，污染率最低。

This paper studied on domestication of plantlets in tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium loddigesii Rolfe which dealed with the different medium composed of gravel, rotten soil, perlite, turves, sawdust and china clay, in the different light intensity and temperature. The results showed that the best selection of medium on the domestication was 10cm gravel in bottom, rotten soil + sawdust + perlite,(5:1:1) in the middle part ,5cm greenness bryophyte on the surface.the best selection of medium on the transplantaion of plantlets in vitro of bramble,and light intensity was employed harf overshadow by adumbral net,temperature confined 14℃－28℃.

本文研究了环草石斛组培苗炼苗的影响因素如光照强度，温度以及基质等，初步获得环草石斛组培苗炼苗生产技术：能进行人工光、温、水控制的如塑料薄膜大棚内进行环草石斛组培苗炼苗，光照强度的要求是使用遮阳网半遮阴；温度控制在14℃－28℃；出瓶苗要求株高2～5cm，叶片4～7，根数3～8；组培苗炼苗基质为底层是约10cm厚的碎石，在碎石上面是腐殖土+锯末+珍珠岩(5：1：1)，最上面是一层5cm厚的新鲜苔藓。

At last, the authors emphasized that it was necessary to research the interactions between arbuscular mycorrhzas, environmental control and physiological status and quality of micropropagated plantlet, also indicated that the integration of two methods was effective approach to solve that problems.

The results showed that in the growth period of R. glutinosa, soil ferulic acid, vanillic acid, and vanillin contents had a persistent increase, while β-hydroxybenzoic acid content increased first but decreased then. The addition of ferulic acid (8 μg·ml-1), vanillic acid (08 μg·ml-1), vanillin (12 μg·ml-1), and β-hydroxybenzoic acid (30 μg·ml-1) in water culture had stronger inhibitory effects on R. glutinosa root length, root mass, fresh plant mass, and plant height. Treating with test phenolic acids except β-hydroxybenzoic acid increased leaf chlorophyll content significantly, compared with the control. After treated with test phenolic acids, plant SOD and POD activities decreased after an initial increase, and plant malondialdehyde content increased. In the treatment of ferulic acid, root SOD and POD activities were the lowest, and roots were rotted and dead.

结果表明：阿魏酸、香草酸和香草醛含量在地黄生长期表现为持续增加，而对羟基苯甲酸含量先升高后降低；外加阿魏酸（8 μg·ml-1）、香草酸（0.8 μg·ml-1）、香草醛（1.2 μg·ml-1）和对羟基苯甲酸（3.0 μg·ml-1）对水培地黄根长、根质量、全株鲜质量和株高有较强的抑制作用；酚酸处理使地黄叶片叶绿素含量降低，除对羟基苯甲酸外差异性极显著；经过酚酸处理的地黄幼苗SOD和POD活性为先升高后下降，丙二醛含量升高，其中阿魏酸的处理使根中酶活性降至最低，根部腐烂死亡。

Result The results showed that tissue culture seedlings cultured with disinfection seeds and fresh fruit seeds had higher survival rates, which could reached above 75.0%. Taken Pingguoli and Xiangshuili for cions, Shanli without root for rootstock, the survival rate of graft seedlings had obvious difference. And Xiangshuili for cions had higher survival rates. Taken Xiangshuili for cions, Shanli and Xiangshuili for rootstock, the survival rate of graft seedlings with root had higher survival rates than that without root. Added hormone to the media could improve the survival rate of micro-grafting plants, in the medium of MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L, the survival rate reached 86.7%.

结果］种子消毒处理及鲜果取种组培苗的成活率均较高，达75.0%以上；以香水梨和苹果梨为接穗，无根山梨为砧木时的嫁接苗成活率有显著差异，其中以香水梨为接穗的成活率较高；以香水梨为接穗，山梨和香水梨为砧木时，带根的材料嫁接时的成活率都显著高于无根嫁接苗的成活率；此外，添加植物生长调节物质可以有效提高嫁接成活率，在培养基MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L中嫁接苗的成活率最高，达86.7%。

The shoot formation rate of IBA induced PLBs was high, no matter they were cultured on yam bean or potato homogenate containing media. The 1/4 diluted MS basal salt medium had the best root induction and growth rate. Root cutting affected plantlet height and the number of shoot. However it had no significant influence on root length and number of root.

发根试验中探讨培养基中MS基本盐浓及继代培养时进根处对小苗发根生长之影响，结果显示含有1/4MS基本盐浓之培养基发根最高，而继代时之根处，会影响组培苗地上部之苗长及定芽，但对地下部之根长及根影响并显著。
