A quick DNA extraction technique which was fitting for maize variety identification and establishing DNA fingerprinting pool was explored ,and the technique was well applied in the following tissues for DNA extraction : embryo, endosperm; radicel, coleoptile , hypocotyl from germinated 1～3 days material .

本实验探索了适用于玉米品种鉴定及DNA指纹库构建的玉米品种DNA快速煮沸法，用快速煮沸法提取了玉米种子胚、胚乳；水培初生根、侧根；种子出苗后的初生根、侧根、胚芽鞘、胚轴、叶片等组织DNA，结果表明，种子胚、胚乳组织；水培2～4d水培初生根、侧根组织；出苗1～5d的胚芽鞘、胚轴组织用快速煮沸法提取DNA效果较好。

The results showed that there was a negative relationship between H2O2 content and CAT activity, thus H2O2 content was low when CAT activity was high. There was a close relationship between H2O2 content and differentiation process. H2O2 could be an important signal transduction factor during bud differentiation. IAA oxidase activity was decreased firstly, and then increased, which affected IAA oxidase and degradation pathway and regulate ratio of cytokinin and auxin. With differentiation process continuing, PPO activity was increased, which could cause browning or vitrifaction of seedling, or even malformation.

研究结果表明，鹅掌楸组培再生过程中，过氧化氢酶活性与H2O2含量变化呈负相关，CAT活性较高时，H2O2含量则较低。H2O2含量与鹅掌楸组培苗分化进程密切相关，H2O2可能作为信号因子在芽分化过程中发挥重要作用；IAA氧化酶活性呈现先下降后增加的变化规律，从而影响IAA氧化降解途径，调控细胞分裂素与生长素含量的比值，影响鹅掌楸芽的再生；PPO活性随培养时间的增加而升高，引起组培苗的褐变或玻璃化，甚至生长畸形。

Fluorescent instruments.the colonies of the specimens yielding growth were identified by the vitek32 instruments and kb method was used for the drug sensitivity tests.results three hundred and thirtyone bacteria strains were isolated from a total of 3104 blood culture specimens,with a positive rate of 10.7%.of the identified bacteria,g+ cocci accounted for 50.3%,g-bacilli accounted for 44.7%,fungi accounted for 3.0%,and anaerobian accounted for 1.1%.the susceptibility rates of g-bacilli to imipenem,amikacin and cefoperazone/sulbactam were high.the susceptibility rate of g+ cocci to vancomycin and imipenem were also high.conclusion g+ cocci prevail over g-bacilli in the blood specimens.the staphylococci are the chief bacteria in the childrens blood specimens.both g+ cocci and g-bacilli are sensitive to imipenem.

结果 在3 104份血液培养标本中分离出病原菌331株，阳性检出率为10.7%。病原菌以革兰阳性需氧球菌居首位（50.3%），革兰阴性需氧杆菌次之（44.7%），真菌占3.0%，厌氧菌占1.1%。血液培养中的g+球菌对万古霉素和亚胺培南较为敏感，g-杆菌对亚胺培南、舒普深、丁胺卡那较为敏感。结论血液培养病原菌以g+球菌为主，g-杆菌次之；儿童血液培养病原菌以葡萄球菌属为主；亚胺培南对g+球菌和g-杆菌均具有较高的敏感率。

The incidence of nausea and vomiting, dizziness in aripiprazole group were significantly different form risperidone group (x2=20.397,p.001; x2=10.557,p.01), but that of menoxenia, eps and increasing in weight in aripiprazole group were lower than in risperidone (x2=11.81-102.29,p.05), the other side effects were not significantly different.conclusions: aripiprazole difference from risperidone is in side effects, but not in therapeutic effects.
