Then, this dissertation will put forward thedesign method concerning application of traditional folk houses" elements to modern housing, andthen try to change current drawbacks of municipal housing such as lack of expression and neglectof sensation, so that it is possible to explore another development path for people"s betterinhabitancy as well as to provide a new way of thought for forming resident architecture theorywith Chinese characteristic.
