The professionals of the city are like chess players who lose to computers. A perverse automatic pilot constantly outwits all attempts at capturing the city, exhausts all ambitions of its definition, ridicules the most passionate assertions of its present failure and future impossibility, steers it implacably further on its flight forward. Each disaster foretold is somehow absorbed under the infinite blanketing of the urban.

"城市专家"们就像是输给了电脑的国际象棋手，眼看一种非正统的无意识机制智胜了所有对城市的觊觎，粉碎了所有权威的野心，它以今日的胜利告知所有激情洋溢的辩解以未来的失败，它正晃晃悠悠的飞行在前往必然未来的航程上，在其中几乎所有被预言的危险性都被它无边无际的城市覆盖物所吸收了。

The tranquil country life has not attracted me, I has lived in the countryside, long in city at small time had not thought that the city and the countryside have anything to be different, instead also thought that the countryside must be better than some city, the countryside has the friendly farmer, the crystallization air, draws close to the nature environment and leisurely and carefree rhythm of life, and firmly believed that before dawn rooster's first sounds, daybreak the bird chirp grasps happy calls, raises slowly the Chaoyang incarnadine trees, the farmland, the beautiful scene is this time unequalled.

宁静的乡村生活从来没有吸引过我，我生在农村，长在城市在小的时候没有觉得城市和农村有什么不同，反而还觉得农村要比城市好一些，农村有友好的农民，结晶的空气，贴近大自然的的环境和悠闲的生活节奏，并且坚持认为，凌晨雄鸡的第一声鸣叫，黎明时分小鸟叽喳欢叫，冉冉升起的朝阳染红树木，农田，此番美景无与伦比。

CCDI's portfolio shows a history of working for the progress of the public. in pearl river delta region,water environmental contamination featured big amount and mixed types and centralization of pollutant discharge with latent combined pollutants,striding boundary pollution,severe municipal pollution,the trend of regional pollution being extended from cities to rural area,infall of salty tide in recent years.as a result,the unwatered complexion was hastened due to bad water quality.the factors of water environmental contamination were analyzed as the natural factors including especial hydrographic net distributed pattern,water body runoff characteristic,water resource distributive regional difference,infall of ocean tide,and so forth; the artificial factors as inconsequence of economic development mode and distribution of industry and cities planning,lagging environmental infrastructure,indifferency of environmental consciousness,dissonance of economic development and environmental protection.

珠江三角洲地区水环境污染特点表现为：污染物排放量大、类型杂且集中，潜在复合污染出现，跨界污染突出，城市污染依然严重，并呈现出从城市向农村蔓延的区域性污染趋势，加上近几年咸潮入侵加剧，使区域水质型缺水的局面更趋紧张。造成这种污染局面的因素：一方面受控于区域内特殊的河网分布格局，水体径流特征、水资源分配的地区性差异以及海潮入侵等自然因素；另一方面也反映了区域经济发展模式，工业布局和城市规划不尽合理，环境基础设施滞后，环境意识淡薄，经济发展与环境保护不协调等人为因素所致。

The change from city control to city operation can not be completed overnight. Many problems exist in the process, such as the competitive consciousness lacking of the government, the inelasticity of management measures and so on.

由传统的城市管制到城市经营的转变不是一朝一夕可以完成的，在推行城市经营过程中存在很多问题：政府缺乏竞争意识，经营思路缺乏弹性等等。

As a special community, there exist problems on planning, architecture, management and security. The generally speaking, on the present developing time, village in the city promotes Chinese urbanization and stabilizes society by providing inhabitancy and living environment for those moving population with low incoming.

作为一种特殊的城市社区，虽然城中村在规划、建筑、管理和治安方面存在许多问题，但总的来说，在中国城市发展的现阶段，城中村通过向广大的低收入流动人口提供城市居住和生存的环境，起到了加快中国城市化进程的助推器和稳定器作用。

Cities are the consequences of productivity development. The swift and violent development of productivity has continuously enlarged their scope, density of population and economic intensiveness, thus produce more factors in causing urban disaster and result to more and more losses.

城市是生产力发展到一定阶段的产物，生产力的迅猛发展促进了城市规模的不断扩大，人口的密集性和经济的密集程度愈来愈高，形成和引起灾害的因素增多，造成了城市灾害的损失也愈来愈大。

进入20世纪90年代后，经济的高速发展对石油能源的需求掩盖了油矿城市存在的各种问题，油矿城市的精力主要花在对石油资源的超强度开发上，由此加速了油矿城市发展的步伐，并引发了一系列的环境与社会经济问题，这些问题随着国家经济结构与产业结构调整以及体制改革的推进而逐步暴露出来。

Therefore, we have to do research on their relationship of coincidence, interaction and interlacement.

分析了城市在地理空间、网络空间上存在的相互依赖关系以及这二者之间复杂作用关系，说明网络空间并非地理上城市空间功能的简单延伸，也并非现实空间的简单镜像；信息社会的城市空间是一种地理空间与网络空间相互依存、相互交织的复合式空间。
