The main collagens in skin are type I and III. In this research, total collagens were separated from rat skin by enzymatic digest and acetum methods. The collagens were denatured at 60℃ and digested with trypsin. Characteristic peptides typical for collagen type I and III were identified with high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry.

哺乳动物皮肤真皮中胶原蛋白含量约为70%，主要为是I型、III型胶原蛋白，本实验利用稀酸溶解和酶法提取了大鼠皮肤中的总胶原蛋白，将胶原蛋白粗提品在60℃变性后用胰蛋白酶进行降解，液相色谱/质谱联用法分析了两种胶原蛋白的特征多肽，利用特征多肽比较了不同生长期大鼠皮肤中I型和III型胶原蛋白相对含量。

The genesis and origin of the garnet is very complicated. The garnets are main almandine with high Fe and Mg content and were proposed their souce rocks are mostly regional mid-degree-metamorphic rocks.

2研究锆石和石榴石的形貌标型、物性标型、内部结构标型以及成分标型特征和锆石U-Pb同位素测年结果表明，锆石除少数几个为岩浆锆石外，绝大多数是变质锆石，且中间多有形成于燕山-印支期的基性岩岩浆锆石残核；石榴石的成因及来源是比较复杂的，以铁铝榴石为主，且铁铝榴石中Fe、Mg的含量较高，推测其源区母岩主要以中级区域变质岩为主。

The content of mineral elements in ripe fruits of M.sieversii from 78 seedings at Mohe Town,Gongliu Country were analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.The results indicated that M.sieversii seedings presented considerable genetic variations in content of mineral elements with the range of variation coefficients from 24.2% to 54.0%.So it has large potential for further selection.Four elite seedlings were selected,namely large fruit type,high Ca content type,high Zn content type and high damascenone content.As the predominant component of Ily wild fruit tree forest,Malus sieversii had occupied an area of 9300ha.But the inherent reproduction system of M.sieversii and genetic diversity of the species were destructed in different degrees,as a result of farming assart,over grazing and damage by Agrilus mali.

上述结果支持"新疆野苹果可能是栽培苹果祖先种"的结论；②对巩留县莫舍乡的新疆野苹果78个实生株系果肉组织Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn6种矿质营养元素进行测定的结果表明，每种矿质元素含量单株间差异显著，变异系数在24.2％～54.0％，遗传多样性丰富，进一步选择的潜力很大；③根据新疆野苹果果实形态、香味物质和矿质元素含量等的测定结果，初步筛选出了大果型、高钙型、高锌型和大马酮型等4个特异性状单株；④调查发现，由于农田开垦、过度放牧以及苹果小吉丁虫的蔓延危害，目前伊犁野果林面积逐年减少，野苹果固有的繁育体系和遗传多样性受到不同程度的破坏。

结果表明：制得的Ti-Si复合氧化物具有很高的比表面积，在TiO_2含量为10％时达到681.5m~2／g，Ti原子进入Si-O四面体结构中，形成Si-O-Ti键，复合氧化物的稳定性好，当TiO_2含量低于60 wt％时，以无定型形式存在；当含量为80％时，出现锐钛矿型TiO_2，但与纯TiO_2相比晶型不完整：醋酸对Ti-Si复合氧化物的比表面积、晶型都有很大的影响；TiO_2含量为20％的20TiSi经1100℃高温焙烧后，仍有较高的比表面积(11m~2／g)，稳定性好，在较宽的温度范围内焙烧，没有引起Ti-O-Si键的断裂，分散度高，没有出现晶型TiO_2。
