The patients of control group(n=68) were treated by Famotidine, PAMBA and/or Pituitrin iv drip or iv and received circulative volume effectively. The patients of treatment group (n=68) were received to thrombin 1000～2000 u added to normal salt 10～20 ml, P.

对照组68例仅补充有效血容量及静注法莫替丁、止血芳酸和/或垂体后叶素，治疗组68例在对照组治疗的基础上应用凝血酶1000～2000 u溶在温生理盐水10～20 ml中，口服或灌注，每1～3小时1次，每日连用3～4次，连续2～3日。

结果表明：(1)GH缺乏、伴多饮多尿症状的生长落后儿童均为ADH严重缺乏；(2)GH缺乏、无多次多尿症状的生长落后儿童11例中7例为潜在性ADH缺乏；(3)GH正常、伴多饮多尿症状的生长落后儿童都为ADH部分缺乏；(4)GH正常、无多饮多尿症状的生长落后儿童的下丘脑-垂体后叶功能基本正常。

Methods 56 patients in esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were allocated randomly into the control group and the treatment group. All patients were given basic treatment, the CG patients received pituitrin (0.2U/min) though micro infusion pump,octreotide 0.1mg were injected in the TG patients and infused continuously at a rate of 25 礸/h. The efficient hemostasis, rebleeding, the average bleeding time and blood volume were recorded. Adverse reactions such as the queasiness, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, palpitaition and hypertension were observed.

将经胃镜证实的食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者56例随机分成对照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=28)，两组在给予基础治疗的同时，对照组使用垂体后叶素0.2U/min微泵持续静脉滴注；治疗组使用奥曲肽，首次0.1mg静注，再以25μg/h微泵持续静脉滴注止血治疗，比较两组在止血有效率、再出血率、平均止血时间、平均输血量等止血效果及恶心、腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、心悸、胸闷、血压升高等不良反应上的差异，并进行统计学分析。

After 7 days except control group, myocardial ischemia models were established by ranine vein of hypophysin in other four groups. The changes of lactate dehydrogenase,α-Hydroxybutyrate Dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, creatine kinase MB and ECG were recorded in each groups.

正常组和模型组予0.9%氯化钠注射液，复方丹参滴丸对照组予0.75%复方丹参滴丸水溶液，心痛治滴丸高剂量组、心痛治滴丸低剂量组分别给予3.6%、1.8%的心痛治滴丸水溶液，各组均10 mL/kg，每日1次灌胃。7日后除正常组外，其余4组均采用垂体后叶素0.5 U/kg舌下静脉注射制备大鼠急性心肌缺血模型，并检测各组乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸酶、磷酸肌酸激酶及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶和心电图的改变。
