In order to master the technical characteristic of soft contact EMCC, and to certain the optimum electromagnetic processing parameters of soft contact EMCC, the combination of theoretical study and experimental study of 100mm×100mm billet casting processing by imposing 20kHz high frequency electromagnetic field were investigated.

为了掌握软接触电磁连铸的技术特征，确定方坯软接触电磁连铸所需最佳电磁工艺参数，本文采用理论和实验研究相结合的方法，对高频磁场（20kHz）方坯（100mm×100mm）软接触电磁工艺进行研究。

Considering the problems of spurgear precise plastic forming, such as high deformation resistance, poor flowability and especial hardness to fill cant of gear, technological plan was developed based on precise plastic forming technique, successive control principle and consecutive local deformation theory. Moreover, structures of the rolling preform die and the die with up and down wellrounded forcer for stamping-extrusion and bulge-extrusion combining forming were designed too.

因此本文的主要研究内容和结果如下：本文以某种直齿轮：模数m＝2，齿数z＝20，压力角α＝200，变位系数x＝0为对象，针对直齿轮精密塑性成形变形抗力大，流动性差，特别是成形中齿轮角隅部分更加难以充满问题，基于精密塑性成形技术、逐次控制原理以及连续局部变形原理提出了"直齿轮滚轧制坯－镦挤、胀挤复合精成形"的工艺方案，设计了滚轧制坯的模具结构和上下冲头带圆角的镦挤、胀挤复合精成形的模具结构。

While carrying out simulative program design for hobbing machining,the most difficult point is the description and modelling on the relationship between the cutter and gear blank both in space and in motion,especially the modelling of motion relation between cutter and gear blank in case there exists factors of error.

The results show that the quantity of duplex impurity in CSP thin slab is minute. The size of crystal grain of the steel strip side along the width direction during continuous casting and continuous rolling,cold rolling and annealing is finer than that of the steel strip center and the phenomenon is more obvious duing continuous casting and continuous rolling than during other processes.

结果表明：包钢CSP薄板坯中复合夹杂的数量极少，在CSP连铸连轧及后续的冷轧薄板生产过程中，铸坯、热轧板、冷硬板和退火薄板沿宽向边部的组织均较中部的组织细小，且铸坯和热轧状态下较为明显。

Silk is woven as the raw material into white greige, which is dip-dyed with juice of Shoulang Yam (a herbal medicine exclusively produced in Guangdong). The dip-dyed white greige is spread on lawn before sunrise. The cloth is daubed with unpolluted mud of small pond, so that the juice of Shoulang Yam and the mud will penetrate into each other under the evaporating effect of dew. This procedure must be finished before day break.

Found that the constitution of the absorbent could affect the debinding efficiency greatly; for the liquid phase debinding temperature extent, the mechanism of the absorbent is capillary action, 100~200 screen mesh alumina powder had the best debinding efficiency at 130℃; for the gas phase debinding temperature extent, adding some active carbon to the absorbent could control the formation of the hyperoxide barrier lay, accelerate the mass transfer rate, also enhance the debinding efficiency; studied the relationship between the debinding efficiency and the shape of the green part and the solid load; furthermore, did trial study on the solvent debinding.

发现吸附剂的组成对脱脂效率有较大影响；在液相脱脂温度段，吸附剂的作用机制为毛细管作用，100~200目的氧化铝粉末在130℃时具有最高的脱脂效率；在气相脱脂阶段，在吸附剂中引入活性碳可以抑制不利于脱脂的过氧化物阻挡层的形成，加快气相在坯体中的传质速率，进而提高脱脂效率；研究了坯体形状尺寸和装载量等因素与脱脂效率的关系；还对溶剂脱脂进行了试探性研究。

In the practical production it's proved that the level of central segregation of the slab is prominently lowered and the central porosity removed and thus the internal quality of the slab improved and the quality rate of the post rolled slab raised and the problem of central lamellation of the sample occurring after drawing solved and the satisfactory results achieved.

通过在实际生产中的应用使得铸坯的中心偏析级别明显降低，中心疏松消除，内部质量得到改善；铸坯轧后性能检验合格率得到提高，试样拉伸后产生的中心分层问题得到解决，取得了满意效果。
