Objective:To study the expression of TNFα and VCAM-1 in nasal polyps tissue and its significance.

目的：研究鼻息肉组织中肿瘤坏死因子α和血管活性细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达及其相关性，探讨二者与鼻息肉嗜酸性粒细胞浸润的关系。

Morphological changes of degeneration, necrosis, apoptosis and immunohistochemieal changes of ncNOS, caspase-3, Fas and Bax resulted by opiums abuse in neurons could be regarded as morphological markers and pathological indicators in forensic diagnosis and identification.

海洛因、吗啡、度冷丁药物滥用引起的大脑皮质、中脑导水管周围灰质和中脑腹侧被盖区神经细胞变性、坏死、凋亡等形态学改变以及ncNOS、caspase-3、Fas、Bax免疫组织化学染色变化可作为阿片类药物滥用法医学鉴定的形态学辅助指标。

Methods Blood samples of fifty-two patients who underwe n t open heart surgery with CPB were collected from right internal jugular vein at p oints as pre-CPB, rewarming, aortic declamping, 6 hours and 24 hours after CPB. Cytokines, iNOS, S-100 and NSE were assayed accurately. In addition, its corre lation between them were also analysed.

方法于 CPB前、复温即刻、主动脉开放和 CPB后 6、2 4小时采集 5 2例心脏病患者颈内静脉血，检测 S- 10 0蛋白和 NSE的浓度，并将其与炎性细胞因子白细胞介素- 6 (IL- 6 )、白细胞介素- 8(IL- 8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α和诱导型一氧化氮合成酶的浓度变化进行相关性分析。

从云南省12个县采集的258个烟草病样中分离青枯雷尔氏菌株219个，病原菌回接试验和ELISA检测结果表明文山州、保山市的烟草茎下部黑色坏死症状病害，大部分为烟草青枯病，伴随部分黑胫病。

Results: Base on the dissection, the rabbits' sciatic nerve was composed of the seventh lumbar nerve and first and second sacral nerves. The sciatic trunk descended in front of the sacroiliac joint and escaped between the sacral bone and ilium, then left the pelvis from the greater sciatic notch. The segment of sciatic trunk which ran between the sacrum and ilium was stable and feasible for localization according to the related bony structures in CT scanning, so it was selected as irradiation target. After high dose of stereotactic radiation, the degeneration and necrosis in nerve fibers could be observed under microscope.

结果：通过解剖可见坐骨神经主干由第7腰神经和第1、2荐神经组成，坐骨神经主干从荐髂关节下、荐骨和髂骨之间穿出后，跨过坐骨大切迹的一段坐骨神经主干位置恒定，且有荐骨和髂骨做定位标志，可作为CT定位的照射靶点，单次大剂量照射后镜下可见神经纤维变性坏死。
