Palatal fistulae were repaired by this method, 4 pedicled superior-anteriorly and 14 pedicled posteriorly, 7 of which got velopharyngeal incompetence correction at the same time. Results All of the patients got satisfactory fistula closure except 3 complications. One flap got partly necrosis and two got fistulae at the hard palate. However, the fistula sizes were reduced greatly and one has been re-repaired well by the transferred buccinator musculomucosal flap one year later.

结果：共修复腭瘘患者18例；其中15例腭部瘘孔获得关闭，颊肌黏膜瓣成活良好，无感染、腮腺导管损伤或阻塞、面神经损伤，无张口受限、瘢痕挛缩及咀嚼障碍；2例因岛状颊肌粘膜瓣远端愈合不良再次出现硬腭前端瘘口，但面积较原来明显减小，其中1例再发腭瘘应用已转移到腭部的颊肌粘膜瓣组织行二次手术修复后愈合；1例岛状颊肌粘膜瓣部分坏死。

Results At 29 day,total mark of treatment group averages 84.87±7.88,improvement rate is 73.33%;Control group averages 71.78±11.73,improvement rate is 33.33%;After 16.63±4.54 month follow-up,prognosis of fracture is good,without occurrence of radius capitulum necrosis and ectopic ossification.

结果 第29天，治疗组总分平均84.87±7.88，优良率73.33%；对照组总分平均71.78±11.73，优良率33.33%；经16.63±4.54个月随访，骨折愈后良好，无桡骨小头坏死以及异位骨化的发生。

Methods:A rabbit model was developed with scald complicated with artificial infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Studies were carried out by using the combat trauma spray group and the solution group.At day1,2,4,7,14,post experiments,rabbit serum was collected,the body temperatures of animals were taken,and such inflammatory factors as white cell count,serum levels of NO 2-/NO 3-,serum levels of tumor necrosis factor,serum superoxide anion,as well as GPT,AKP,aspartate carbamyl transferase,urea nitrogen were also collected to measure the functions of both the kidney and liver.

Results Punctiform erosion, hemorrhage were observed by nake eyes in each groups. The erosion became severe with the successive stimulate of ethanol. There is no difference between distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats in Guth in 7th day, but Guth in distillate spirit rats was higher than that in sodium chloride rats in 30th day. PGE2, TGF-α contents in gastric mucosa of treated group increased significangly compared with control group. PGE2 showed no difference between each group in 7th and 30th day; TGF-α in gastric mucosa of distillate spirit and sodium chloride rats decreased after 1 month.

结果 茅台组、乙醇组、生理盐水组胃黏膜均肉眼可见程度不同的点状糜烂、出血；光镜下黏膜部分上皮坏死脱落，固有层以中性粒细胞为主炎性细胞浸润，腺体结构基本完整，病变随时间延长有所加重，Guth积分1周茅台组与生理盐水组差异无统计学意义，1月两者相比差异有统计学意义；茅台组、乙醇组胃黏膜组织内PGE2水平与生理盐水组相比明显增高，同时TGF-α表达增强；但PGE2水平各组间1周与1月相比差异无统计学意义；TGF-α表达强度在茅台组、生理盐水组1月后逐渐降低，差异有统计学意义。

结果：1 mA， 210 s的损伤电流，可在脊髓后索造成神经组织坏死，形成空腔，使双侧皮质脊髓束纤维受损；术后1周、2周、3周观察，电损毁组大鼠运动功能显著低于假手术组，表现为后肢运动评分下降，Ashworth 肌张力评分增大，斜板实验角度下降；电损毁组运动皮质标记神经元计数也显著低于假手术组。

Results 12 cases presented the minification of the rectal tumor to different extent,and the changes like degeneration or necrosis of the cancer cells in pathohistology could be seen.

结果 经术前放疗后12例病人直肠肿块有不同程度的缩小，病理组织学上有癌细胞变性、坏死等。14例手术进行顺利，术后无严重并发症。
