Methods Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A acted as the control group without CPB; group B and group C were subjected to cardiopulmonary bypass and crossclamping the aorta for 90 min. MP or saline was injected intravenously before surgery. Plasma levels of IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 and IL-10 were measured at the following time points: before MP or saline were administered, aortic declamping, 30 min and 90 min, after aortic declamping. Immediately after the animals was killed, pulmonary arterial rings were obtained and mounted in organ chamber for assessment of endothelial function with endothelium-dependent or non-endothelium-dependent studies.

健康家犬15只，随机分为3组，A组：不进行CPB，作为非体外对照组；B组：麻醉后注射生理盐水10mL，常规全麻和CPB，主动脉阻断90min；C组：麻醉后静脉给予甲泼尼龙5mg/kg，其余处理同B组。B、C组分别在手术前及主动脉开放前、开放后30min和90min 4个时间点采动脉血，放免法测定血浆白介素－1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子－α、白介素－6(IL-6)、白介素－8(IL-8)和白介素－10(IL-10)水平；手术结束时，A、B、C 3组均取右肺动脉段，固定于张力传感器，测定血管环内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性扩张能力的变化。

We also have observed some organs pathological changes of juvenile Jian Carp, such as pancreas acinous gland and zymogen granules of acinous gland cell disappearing, intercellular substance hyperplasia and inflammatory cells soakage, hepatatrophia, liver cell granular or vacuolar degeneration and necrosis, karyolysis or pyknosis, glycogen granules decreasing, metanephros atrophy, metanephric canaliculus epithelium granular or vacuolar degeneration and necrosis, mitochondrion swelling and mitochondrion cristae disappearing, karyolysis, distal convolutal tubule microvilli desquamating, spleen marrow cell degeneration and necrosis, intercellular substance of spleen hyperplasia, spleen atresia, blood corpuscle disappearing.

The median weight loss was 18 lb (range, 0–47 lb). Eight patients (16%) deeloped aspiration pneumonia during and after treatment. Fie patients (10%) died of aspiration (2 during and 3 post treatment). Four patients (8%) deeloped esophageal strictures requiring repeated dilatations post treatment. Two patients had radionecrosis (1 soft tissue and 1 bone) requiring hyperbaric oxygen. 结果：缺血30 min，坏死神经元首先大量出现在缺血侧基底节区，以后逐渐扩展到皮层，至缺血24 h后，缺血中心逐步出现凝固性坏死，缺血时间依赖性病理变化完全符合剂量反应曲线的S-形分布。

The histopathological changes of inoculated duckling were observed.The result showed that the death peak was in 24-48 h with the mortality of 80%.The histopathological changes were hemorrhagic necrotic hepatitis,necrotic splenitis,pancreas limitation coagulation necrosis and heterophil infiltrating into renal leaflet,respectively.

结果表明，接毒后 2 4～ 48h为感染鸭死亡高峰，试验发病的死亡率为 80 %；感染雏鸭肝、脾、胰、肾的组织病理变化分别表现为出血性、坏死性肝炎，坏死性脾炎，胰局灶性坏死及肾小叶的异嗜性粒细胞浸润。

Results: The brain fabric was normal without edema, hemorrhage and necrosis in groupⅠ. The brain parenchyma were loose, perivascular canal became widen, some neurocytes bulk and degenerate in groupⅡ. In groupⅢ, the brain injury aggravateed accompanying the lapse of survival time with extreme cerebral edema at 24 h, and colliquative necrosis in the brain parenchyma aparted at 40 h.

结果：Ⅰ组脑组织结构清晰，无水肿、出血、坏死病灶；Ⅱ组脑实质疏松，小血管周隙增宽，部分神经细胞体积增大变性；Ⅲ组随溺水后存活时间的推移，脑损伤程度逐渐加重，其中24h脑水肿最重，40h个别脑实质小灶性液化性坏死。

Results none flap necrosis and 2 cases of subcutaneous fluidify in removal group (n=42) and 7 cases of flap necrosis and 36 cases of subcutaneous fluidify in persistent group (n=131) were cured in the short period by appropriate treatment.

One week after operation, tissues in the infarction zone were liquescent with many monocaryons and lymphocytes infiltrating around them in control group.

术后48 h神经细胞大片消失，胶质细胞变性，自体骨髓干细胞移植组有大量单个核细胞浸润，对照组相对较少。1周后对照组梗死区脑组织液化变软，坏死灶周围可见较多的单核和淋巴细胞浸润；自体骨髓干细胞移植组大鼠部分坏死灶被新生毛细血管和胶质细胞增生修复，炎性细胞浸润不明显。
