The wound tissue necrosis rate of the trial group and the control group ＜25% in two weeks were 32(96.9%) and 8(27.59%) respectively, and wound complete debridement rates were 90.91% and 6.70%. Wound area reduction rates were 47.42% and 20.21%.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05～0.01). It suggests that collagenase can promote granulation form and epithelization.

结果表明，治疗组和对照组两周内创面组织坏死率＜25%的例数分别为32(96.9%)和8例(27.59%)；创面完全清创率分别为90.91%和6.70%；创面面积分别缩小47.43%和20.21%，均具有明显差异(P＜0.05～0.01)，同时也表明，胶原酶对创面肉芽的形成和上皮化具有明显的促进作用。

The effects of BMP-2, TNF-α and they two synergism in different concentration were also detected. The mRNA expression of cbfal, OC, H-ras, BMPR-IA, type Ⅰ and typy Ⅱ collagen of ligamental fibroblast under the co-stimulation of BMP-2 and TNF-α were detected using RT-PCR technique.

Of the 5 patients with available follow-up, 3 were free of disease at 1, 5, and 8 years after orchiectomy (2 necrotic seminomas and 1 germ cell tumor, unclassified). One patient with yolk sac tumor (age 63 y) developed widespread metastases after 15 months and died of disease.

The mean ADC value of lymphomatous, metastatic and benign lymph nodes was (0.874±0.17)×10~(-3)mm~2/s,(0.98±0.09)×10~(-3)mm~2/s and (1.20±0.10)×10~(-3)mm~2/s. There was statistically different between benign lymph nodes and other groups (P=0.00). When an ADC value of 1.085×10~(-3)mm~2/s was used as a threshold value for differentiating malignant from benign lymph nodes, the best results were obtained with an sensitivity of 87.8% and specificity of 91.3%. 16 of 18 cases (88.9%) were accurately staged in accordance with clinical staging. For 24 patients after chemotheraphy or radiotheraphy, 4 cases were complete remission and WB-DWI was negative. WB-DWI was positive in 14 of 17 cases with recurrent or remnant tumor. For 3 patients with suspected partial remission, WB-DWI indicated necrosis in 2 cases and inactive in 1 case. Repeated WB-DWI examination was performed in 13 cases, tumors were eradicated in 6 cases, improved in 4, expanded in 2. A new colon carcinoma besides its primary lesion was found in 1 case. The results of WB-DWI were all concordant with other clinical tests.

以ADC值1.085×10~(-3)mm~2／s作为诊断恶性淋巴结病变的临界值，敏感性及特异性分别为87.8％和91.3％。88.9％(16／18)患者WB-DWI检查后分期与临床分期一致。24例淋巴瘤患者放化疗后行WB-DWI检查，4例临床疗效为完全缓解，WB-DWI检查均为阴性，17例临床确认有肿瘤复发及明显残留，WB-DWI显示为阳性的14例，另外3例常规影像评价为部分缓解的患者，WB-DWI检查提示2例病灶以坏死液化为主，1例病灶无明显活性。13例淋巴瘤患者行多次WB-DWI检查，发现6例治疗后病灶消失，4例缓解，1例原发病灶缓解，新出现结肠癌，2例淋巴瘤进展，皆与临床相符。

Results The bletilla colloid was a homogenous viscous colloid whose relative viscosity was 2324.6 mm2/s. It was easily injected through 4-F catheter and hyperattenuating under fluoroscopy, meanwhile, with good histocompatibility and hemo-compatibility, without pyrogenetic response and toxicity. In vitro, the mixture of bletilla colloid and MMC did not produce separation and suspention phenomena but released 50%of MMC at 1.8h and 100%at 3.4h. The bletilla colloid mainly embolized peripheral arteries, maintaining occlusion for 5 weeks and without formation of collateral circulation. The injuries of normal hepatic tissues were slight, without hepatic cytonecrosis.

结果 (1)白芨胶为一种均质的胶状物，有一定粘滞性，相对粘度2 324.6 mm2/s，不透X线，易经4F导管注射；(2)白芨胶具有良好的血液相容性和组织相容性，无致热原性及毒性作用；(3)白芨胶-丝裂霉素C体外混合后，无分层及悬浮现象，释放MMC 50%约需1.8小时，100%需3.4小时；(4)白芨胶主要栓塞末梢小动脉，栓塞牢靠，维持时间可达5周，不易形成侧支循环；(5)白芨胶栓塞对正常肝组织损伤轻微，未出现肝细胞坏死。

Results:(1) The 90Y activity was higher while the contumination of 90Sr was less than 0.0031%;(2) The efficiency of 90Y-labeled antibodies was over 90%,the activity of labeled antibody maintained 82.3%;(3) Tumor size of all 90Y-antibody-treated model was significantly less than that of all 90Y-Cl3-treated model, the average survival time of the mice of the 90Y-antibody-treated group was significantly longer than that of the 90Y-Cl3-treated group;(4) In the tissue sections extensive necrosis was observed in all 90Y-antibody-treated tumor, the living tumor cells were immunohistochemically stainable with PcNA.

结果：(1)EDTA淋洗法制备90Y纯度高，其相对含量可达99.997％；(2)单克隆抗体的90Y标记率达90％以上，抗体蛋白活性保持82.3％；(3)治疗结果表明治疗组肿瘤明显小于对照组，原肿瘤的指数生长规律遭到破坏，治疗组生存期明显长于对照组；(4)组织学切片显示治疗组肿瘤有广泛坏死，PcNA免疫组化显示治疗组肿瘤细胞增殖受到明显抑制。

Results A middle age woman had a history of leiomyoma of uterus incision and CT scan shows several nodes in lung. Two gray-whitish nodes were found in the removal specimen, 6 cm、12 cm in respectively diameter, and well demarked from the around tissue. The neoplasia is plenty of tumor cells, some lumenoid structure lined with epithelium in the tumor tissue. Tumor cells is well differentiated and look like smooth muscle cells without the necrosis and karyo-kinesis. The pattern of tumor is similar to the original tumor.

结果 中年女性患者，有子宫平滑肌瘤手术史，胸部CT示右肺多发性结节切除标本见2个灰白色结节，直径分别为6 cm、12 cm，边界清楚，镜下见肿瘤细胞较丰富，并见上皮衬覆的管腔样结构，未见坏死及核分裂象，与原发子宫平滑肌瘤形态相似免疫组化证实为平滑肌源性，且表达雌激素受体。

Rusults: It was observed that C-CM membrane had no toxic effects on surrounding tissue and was slowly degraded after implanted into rat leg muscular porch ; The results of hemostatic experiment showed that C-CM film adhered well to incisions.

结果：C-CM膜植入动物肌肉中，周围组织无明显炎症，未发现组织变性和坏死，可在组织内缓慢降解，具有良好的组织相容性，6周后反应接近外科缝合丝线组；止血实验结果发现：C-CM膜组和纱布组的出血时间分别为83.5±9.333s和117±15.9275s，血红蛋白光度吸收值为0.9204±0.7559和1.9764±0.7205，二组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，说明C-CM膜有一定的止血作用；促进创面愈合实验结果显示：不同时间段C-CM膜组肉芽组织较对照组厚，其中胶原纤维含量亦较多，C-CM膜组的创面愈合时间早于空白对照组，伤口愈合较快；抑菌实验显示C-CM膜对三种菌产生接触性抑制。
