At the same time, the ectogenesis fat tissue entranced blood circulation. As the result of hemodynamics alteration, there were blood platelet and erythrocyte and leucocytes and lipid granules collecting on the surface of these lipid droplets. The volumes of these lipid droplets were enlargement. These lipid droplets were changed to fat embolus by the promotion of coagulation and fibrin deposition intra-blood vessel.

现代医学理论认为，外伤后组织存留的血清状态的脂肪组织受到动员，同时，损伤部位的血管外源性脂肪进入血循环，而创伤引起的机体反应使血液动力学发生改变，血小板、红细胞、白细胞及血脂乳化不稳定所析出的脂质颗粒等，均可聚集于以上脂滴的表面，使之体积增大，加之组织凝血活化酶的释放，促使血管内凝血，纤维蛋白沉积的发生，从而形成脂肪栓子，导致脂肪栓塞。

The chemical constituents of Huperzia serrata Trev. are mainly flavonoids, triterpenoids and alkaloids. In order to get further comprehension of lycopodium alkaloids, we studied the low-polar section of the alkaloids extraction of Huperzia serrata and 19 alkaloids were isolated by ways of silica gel, RP-18 and Sephadex LH-20 etc. All of their structures, including five new compounds and two known ones that were firstly found from this genus, were elucidated with the help of Mass, IR, NMR spectra and so on. The five new alkaloids (HS-07, HS-08, HS-09, HS-10 and HS-11) are belonged to lycopodine class. The other two ones that were new to this genus (HS-18 and HS-19) are belonged to miscellaneous group.

蛇足石杉的主要化学成分为黄酮，三萜和生物碱，为进一步了解该植物的生物碱成分，我们研究了蛇足石杉氯仿总碱低极性部位的生物碱成分，运用正相硅胶、反相RP-18、凝胶LH-20等方法分得了19个生物碱，并通过质谱、红外、核磁共振等波谱鉴定了它们的结构，其中5个为新化合物，2个为首次从该属植物中分离得到的化合物，所分得的新化合物：HS-07、HS-08、HS-09、HS-10和HS-11均为lycopodine类石松生物碱，首次从该属植物中分得的化合物为miscellaneous类：HS-18和HS-19。

As investigated, the shape of the fruit was mainly rotundity, and the color of the fruit were red, black, yellow, mauve. Variation coefficient of mineral elements, which revealed wider variation range and rich genetic diversity. Among them, Fe, the content and the variation coefficient of which was the highest(2.12 mg·100g-1 and 26.99％), it has large potential for futher selection. Ripe fruit of 12 wild myrobalan plum seedlings were analyzed using head space-solid phase microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed considerable genetic variations in these aspects: The total content of volatile components, the classes and contents of each compounds classes, the segregation ratio, and content of main components. There were 83 compounds in total belonging to 6 classes detected in 12 wild myrobalan plum seedlings, including esters, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, heterocycle and Hydrocarbons. Among them, Formic acid, hexyl ester, the content of which was the highest(4.33 μg·g-1),was important character impact odors.

结果表明，①新疆野生樱桃李实生株系的果实形状主要为圆形，少数为椭圆形、卵圆形、卵形和宽卵形，果实颜色有黄色、红色、紫红色和黑色等4种类型，野生樱桃李果实纵径、横径、单果重、果形指数以及可溶性固形物含量均存在一定程度的变异，遗传多样性较为丰富，其中以单果重的变异系数最大(9.13 %)；②新疆野生樱桃李实生株系果肉组织的Zn、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe及Cu等6种矿质元素含量变异丰富，其中以Fe元素的含量（平均值为2.12 mg·100g-1）和变异系数（26.99％）最高，进一步筛选高铁性状单株的潜力很大；③从新疆野生樱桃李12个实生株系中共鉴定出醇类、醛类、酯类、酮类、烃类及杂环类等6类83种挥发性化合物，各实生株系挥发性化合物总含量、挥发性化合物种类及其含量以及主要挥发性化合物分离比率与含量等存在广泛的遗传变异，遗传多样性较为丰富，其中以甲酸己酯含量最高（平均值为4.33 μg·g-1），是野生樱桃李果实香气形成的重要特征性化合物。

Additionally, the growth of the pathogen was obviously affected by cultural media. The morphological characters such as colony color and diameter, and production of fruit body of the fungus growing on PDA, 10% V8, apple leaves dextrose agar and apple leaves extraction dextrose agar media were different. The fungus formed colonies of about 8mm in diameter and did not produce fruit bodies and aerial hyphae in 1 month incubation on PDA. However it formed the similar size colonies as on PDA and produced fruit bodies and aerial hyphae on 10% V8 and LDA media in the same incubation period. Very small colonies (2mm in diameter) and fruit bodies were found on LEDA media in the same incubation condition. These results indicated that successful isolation of M. coronaria from apple leaves depended on suitable isolation method and cultural media as well as fresh samples.

不同培养基上菌落形态、大小和产孢情况差异也很大，培养1个月（25℃）后PDA上菌落黑褐色隆起，表面蚯蚓粪状，无气生菌丝，无子实体和基内菌丝；10% V8培养基上菌落中央隆起，黑褐色，表面生少量气生菌丝，边缘放射状，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落平坦，黄褐色，表面生茂密的金黄色气生菌丝，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片煎汁葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落有明显的不规则隆起，黄褐色至黑褐色，表面生少许气生菌丝，菌落生长缓慢，无基内菌丝，分生孢子盘菌落表面生，菌落直径仅2mm左右，而在其他培养基上的菌落直径可达6－8mm，说明培养基质、分离方法均对苹果盘二孢的分离培养和生长发育有明显的影响。

Cell lines were co-tranfected with bi-plasmids and cultured at 1% O〓 condition, luciferase assay demonstrated that all of the expression systems with different domains could be hypoxia-activated. GAL-CAD achieved more than 100-fold induction in A549 cell and more than 40-fold in HepG2; expression level of the system markedly increased after addition of glycin arm, almost 10-fold enhancement in HepG2 cell. Applied with test of potted plant and measurement absorbency for study physiological response of activity of cell defense enzymes and lipid peroxidation of slash pine's half-sib under water stress. There are 7 families comparison with general slash pine. The contents of superoxide dismutase, catalase, antioxidant, malondialdehyde and the rate of superoxide anion(-O2) generating are mensurated under normal water condition while soil water content is 70% and light water stress while soil water content is 55% to 60% and medium water stress while soil water content is 35% to 40% and heavy water stress while soil water content is 20% to 25%. The test result indicate that either water grads or families of contents of SOD,CAT,AsA,MDA are mighty notable difference. The rate of -O2 generating is notable difference within families. The rate of -O2 generating is mighty notable difference within water grades.

为研究湿地松优良半同胞家系保护酶及脂质过氧化作用对水分逆境的生理响应，采用盆栽试验和吸光度测定结合的方法，以普通湿地松种子为对照，测定了七个湿地松半同胞家系在正常水分状态（土壤相对含水量为70%）、弱度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为55%~60%）、中度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为35%~40%）和强度水分胁迫（土壤相对含水量为20%~25%）条件下的SOD、CAT、AsA、MDA的含量和-O2产生速率，研究结果表明：无论是不同水分梯度还是不同家系水平，SOD、CAT、AsA活性和MDA含量的差异均达极显著水平，不同家系水平间-O2产生速率有显著差异，不同水分梯度间-O2产生速率差异达极显著水平。
