PAL activity, chitinase activity, total Polyphenol content and total Flavonoids content in soybean leaves induced by the same crude toxin and race were similar, it stated that the crude toxin is an important factor which can induce resistant substances, but the induced speed and the induced intensity by the crude toxin and conidium were different. Firstly, the induced speed of crude toxin which induced PAL activity and total Flavonoids content of resistant soybean varieties was faster than speed of C.

同一生理小种的粗毒素与灰斑病菌对大豆叶片内PAL活性、总多酚类含量、总黄酮含量以及几丁质酶活性等几种生化指标均表现出相似的诱导作用，由此可推断粗毒素是诱导大豆叶片内的PAL活性、总多酚含量、总黄酮含量以及几丁质酶活性产生变化的主要生物因子，只是二者在对抗性不同的大豆品种的诱导速度及强度上存在一定的差异。

The absorption of root system was the main sources of nitrogen in the plant.The effects of matrix ventilation on the abaorption,transportion and metabolism of nitrogen in the root system of cucmber were discussed deeply.The results showed that contents of ammonium,nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein in cucumber roots were higher in G1 treatment.Contents of ammonium,nitrate and free amino acids in cucumber roots were the trend of the dropping after the first rising in F1 treatment,but contents of soluble protein was lower11.03%than that of the control.

根系吸收是植物体内氮素的主要来源，本研究深入探讨了基质通气状况对黄瓜根系氮素吸收、运输和氮代谢的影响，结果表明G1通气处理根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较高；非通气处理(F1处理)根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，而可溶性蛋白含量始终较低，比对照降低11.03%。G1处理根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均较高；而F1处理的酶活性在处理末期显著降低，其中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性比对照降低33.33%。

Rat glioma cell C6 was infected by the deficiency recombinant retrovirus (named C6TK). The sensitivity of C6TK cells to GCV or ACV increased 450 or 10 times than that of C6 cells respectively. Rat C6 glioma model was successfully built, and SD rats inoculated intracerebrally C6TK cells had normal gliomas. The average survival periods of the rats were about 15 days. However, after treated with ACV, the growth of C6TK tumors obviously regressed, and the survival periods extended to 57.8±8.1 days, especially in rats injected with mixed PA317TK and C6 cells or in situ PA317TK cells, which the tumors nearly disappeared after ACV administration and the survival periods extended to over 120 or 71.4±36.1 days respectively, P＜0.001.

结果：构建了带有HSV-tk基因的反转录病毒载体GINaTK，应用脂质体转移方法将GINaTK导入反转录病毒包装细胞PA317，成为产病毒细胞PA317TK，用带有HSV-tk基因的复制缺陷型反转录病毒感染C6细胞，命名为C6TK细胞，对GCV和ACV的敏感性分别高于亲本450倍和10倍；成功地建立了大鼠脑胶质瘤模型，并证实转染细胞C6TK的成瘤效应未改变，存活期约为15天；而经ACV治疗后，含有C6TK细胞的肿瘤生长明显被抑制，大鼠生存期延长为57.8±8.07天，尤其是采用PA317TK细胞混和治疗组和原位治疗组，肿瘤基本消失，大鼠生存期显著延长，混和治疗组存活120天以上，原位治疗组存活至71.4±36.1天。t检验，P值均小于0.001。

In this paper, purification of growth hormone receptor from ovine liver and identification of its biochemical character have been done.Firstly, by homogenizing, triturating, high-speed centrifuging, hypervelocity centrifuging and sucrose density grade centrifuging cell membrane of ovine liver was separated and its electron microscope slice wasprotein was disL~olved with TritonX-100,amL-thebinding activity between cell membrane or membrane protein and ~I-hGH using RRAwas measured, perfect saturated curve wasgained. Thirdly, specific binding of GILR protein was measured ,by SDSPAGE, its molecular weight is about 1 19KD.

Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out for the analyte under the multiple reaction monitoring mode after the chromatographic separation on a Waters Atlantis T3 column (150 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm). The quantitation was performed with deuterated N-nitrosodiethanolamine as internal standard. The limit of quantitation for N-nitrosodiethanolamine was 50 μg/kg. The mean recoveries were 89.1%-98.2% at the spiked levels of 50-250 μg/kg, with the intra-day precision less than 9% and the inter-day precision less than 11%.

Results SDF-1/CXCR4 was present in the basal epithelial cells of normal conjunctiva. Of 20 pterygia cases, 17 expressed SDF-1/CXCR4 in the full thickness of the epithelium and CXCR4 was also found in the inflamed cells and vascular endothelial cells in the tissues; 3 primary pterygium cases showed the same staining pattern as that in normal conjunctiva.
