RESULTS: Compared with control group, the activity of the LDH/ACP/Arg in the AMФ or PMФ and in the culture fluid of the AMФ or PMФ were significantly increased (P.05 or P.01), and the ability devouring neutral red and stimulating index in the PMФ were strengthened (P.01), the ergastoplasm was hyperplasia and the amount of lysosome was manifold in the spleen macrophages of old rats induced by paecilomyces cicadidae total polysaccharides.

结果：蝉拟青霉总多糖使老龄大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞胞内和细胞培养上清液内ACP、LDH、arginase活力显著高于对照组（P.05或P.01）；使PMФ的吞噬功能及其刺激指数显著高于对照组（均P.01）；使老龄大鼠脾脏细胞胞质粗面内质网和溶酶体数量多于对照组。

The isoform hMAM cDNA consisting of 270 bp, was different from the wild type one of 279 bp due to nine continuous base pair missing. Therefore the translational product of the isoform was seen to be lack of three continuous amino acid (-79~-81, VFM) compared with that of the wild type. The homology of the wild type and the isoform are testified to be 96% in both DNA and amino acid sequences.

乳腺癌组织和乳腺癌细胞株中发现两种hMAM cDNA亚型：hMAM和hMAM，长度分别为279和270bp，二者相差9个连续碱基，其翻译产物相差3个连续氨基酸残基(-79～-81，VFM)，二者基因和氨基酸序列匹配度均为96%。cDNA片段分别插入原核表达质粒pGEX-KG，构建的质粒命名为pGEX-KG/hMAM和pGEX-KG/hMAM。

The characters of geochemistry are rich alkali. And at the same time the content of calcium is high. They are rich in alkali, high in Potassium, enriched in LILE, LREE and Pb, depleted in HFSE and have a small Sr, Nd, Pb isotope range. Their source is probably a kind of even metasomatic mantle. This is consistent with the fact that there is kimberlite containing flogopite in the deep-source enclosure of Cenozoic super-K alkali lava in the southern part of this rock zone.

In the gas-liquid phase reaction of catalytic oxidation of mesitylene by air to synthesize trimesic acid and the related process,an analysis method of reaction components was proposed,which includes chromatographic analysis,mass spectral analysis,IR spectrum,atomic absorption spectrophotometer and chemical titration for the purpose of analyzing reaction groups.

针对均三甲苯气液相催化空气氧化合成均苯三甲酸的反应及相关的工艺过程中，反应产物均苯三甲酸的分析问题，提出以色谱分析、质谱分析、红外光谱分析、原子吸收光谱分析及化学滴定为主要分析手段对反应组分进行分析，重点研究并建立了相关的分析方法。
