The increased amount of non--exchangeable NH4^＋-N during the incubation indicated as the following tendency, namely, Eum-Orthic Anthrosols 〉 Los - Orthic Entisols 〉 Hap-Ustic Isohumisols 〉 Ust-Sandiic Entisols. Organic material influenced significantly the increased amount of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N （P was 0.0002, 0.0004 and 0.0003 when incubated at 20 d, 50 d and 60 d, respectively）. NH4^＋-N increased remarkably when Stlpa bungeana and Medicago sativa were added compared with no addition. The contents of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N increased significantly when added （NH4）2SO4 compared without addition at 20 d, 40 d and 60d of incubation and P was 0.0037, 0.0033 and 0.0027, respectively. It was the result that the NH4^＋-N from （NH4）2 SO4 was fixed within the soil. The increased amount of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N increased significantly for different soils, on which different vegetation types grew before the collection of soil samples, when incubated at 20 d （P=0.0434）, but not significantly at 40 d and 60d （P=0.7378 and 0.5375）. The increased amount of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N in the soil, on which crop straw and nitrogen fertilizer had been incorporated for a long-term period, was larger than that of no addition, but it was not significantly different among these two fertilization models. Soil clay, total N and organic matter were positively correlated remarkably with the contents of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N, the increased amount of non-exchangeable NH4^＋-N had no correlation with soil clay, whereas it had significantly positive correlation with total N and organic matter.

Results: Of all the semen samples, 8 were HCMV positive, 4 HSV-Ⅱ positive, but none were both HCMV and HSV-Ⅱ positive. HCMV late antigens were positively and HCMV early antigens negatively expressed in the spermatogenic cells of the 8 HCMV positive cases. In the 4 HSV-Ⅱ positive cases, 3 were positively and 1 weakly positively expressed. In the semen of the 12 positive cases were found large numbers of immature spermatogenic cells, with different manifestations of apoptosis, such as chromatin pycnosis, vacuoles, damaged nuclear membrane, and apoptotic bodies, but without virus infection-induced specific morphological alteration.

结果：83例精液样本PCR检测HCMV阳性8例，HSV-Ⅱ阳性4例，未发现2种病毒同时阳性病例。8例HCMV阳性病例ICC标记生精细胞HCMV晚期抗原均见阳性表达，HCMV早期抗原均为阴性表达；4例HSV-Ⅱ阳性病例ICC标记生精细胞3例阳性表达，1例弱阳性。12例病毒阳性病例均发现较多未成熟生精细胞，并有不同程度的核染色质固缩、出现空泡、核膜破损、核崩解、凋亡小体等凋亡现象，但未能找到病毒感染的特异性形态学改变。

Chromatic plastic film and light conversion film has been applied in protected cultivation, and plastic films with different light quality may serve as a non-chemical approach regulating growth and thermoperiodic responses of plants. A few studies showed that light quality affected growth and yield of strawberry, but little is known about its effects on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence in strawberry leaves, and fruit quality. So it is beneficial to scientific regulating growth and fruiting for strawberry protected cultivation to study on those effects and the interactions between CO2 and N supply on photosynthesis.

It can increase the activity and survival rate and protein content in conditioned medium.(3) It can strengthen the ability of BDNF, GDNF, bFGF, HSP and IL-6expression in damaged astrocytes.(4) It can also strengthen obviously the expressions of NSE, bFGF-receptor and bc1-2, lower the expression of bax and caspase-3.(5) It can indirectly protect and restore the damaged neurons by astrocytes. Because the effect of ACMK (ACM interfered by Kangdai Ⅰ) is stronger than ACM+K (ACM associated with Kangdai Ⅰ).

Results Brucine and its liposome had significant inhibiting effect on transplanted tumor growth in mice. Inhibitory rates of brucine on Heps were 35.05% [1.61mg/], 43.70% [3.23mg/], and 46.09% [6.46mg/], while of its liposome on Reps was 45.41% 1.61mg/1 and 58.19% [3.23 mg/, respectively. The inhibitory rate of brucine on S180 was 37.59% [1.61 mg/], 36.13% 3.23mg/, and 38.87% [6.46 mg/, while of its liposome on S180 was 53.00% [1.61mg/] and 48.37% [3.23mg/], respectively. However, both of them had no distinct effect on prolonging the life of mice with transplanted tumor.

In order to elucidate the regulation mechanism of RU5 region to BFV gene expression, BFV3026 provirus DNA was used to construct the plasmids containing different deletion of R region, which were cotransfected with luc report gene locatied behind the IP promoter to BL12 cells, and luciferase activities was assayed, confirming that U5 region could repress the initiation function of LTR as well as IP. The BFV structure genes with different deletion of R region were cloned closely behind to heterogenous CMV promoter, then transfected to 293T cells, RT activity was performed, testifying the R region was required for BFV pol gene expression, and also the function domain was identified within the 100n.t. sequence at the 5′end.
