The experiment results were as following:All cytoplast recipients derived from oocytes of rabbit, bovine and goat can support early development of cloned embryo, the fusion rate of reconstructed embryos of goat-bovine and goat-rabbit were 59.91% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 57.48% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 9.59% and18.06% respectively, and the fusion of reconstructed embryos of goat-rabbit and goat-goat were 60.01% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 56.68% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 11.76% and18.06% respectively.

试验获得了如下结果：1。以山羊耳成纤维细胞为供体，以牛、羊、兔卵母细胞做为胞质受体构建重构胚，并经体外培养，发现不同的胞质受体均能支持重构胚的早期发育，但受体胞质对重构卵的重构胚早期发育速度和卵裂率均有显著影响。

RESULTS: ADMSCs at passage 3 were positive for CD13, CD59 and CD44, but negative for CD34 and HLA-DR. Chromosomal morphous, structure and number were normal, showing diplont structure. Under the microscope, there were complete Golgi complex, plenty of rough endoplasmic reticulum, and some glycogen granules in cytoplasm.

结果：第3代脂肪间充质干细胞CD13，CD44，CD59均呈阳性表达，而造血干细胞表面标志CD34及成纤维细胞表面标志HLA-DR均呈阴性表达；染色体的形态、结构和数目均未见异常，呈二倍体结构；镜下可见完整的高尔基复合体，数量较多的粗面内质网，部分糖元颗粒分布在胞浆中。

Silicalites, predominated by pelitic silicalite, occur in collisional zones and back-arc basins. In the collisional zones, they occur as rock sheet as an important part ofophiolitic mé lange, belonging to ophiolitic mélange type silicalite. In the back-arc or interarc basin, they occur as pelitic silicalite intercalation varying in thickness, characteristic of "silica merl",and belonging to abyssal back-arc basin type or carbonate type silicalite. In the magmatic arc, they occur as intercalation related to volcanic hydrotherm or volcalic exhalation, belonging to volcanic arc type silicalite.

在硅质岩方面：冈底斯构造带侏罗系硅质岩主要属泥质硅质岩，在各个碰撞结合带和弧后盆地中均有产出，主要的产出状态有：①在碰撞结合带中呈岩块产出，构成蛇绿混杂岩的重要组成部分，属蛇绿混杂岩型硅质岩；②在弧后或弧间盆地中呈厚度不等的泥质硅质岩夹层产出，常具"硅灰泥"特征，属弧后深水盆地型硅质岩；③呈夹层状产于弧火山岩系中，属火山热液或火山喷气型硅质岩。

METHODS: 384 healthy Han people were selected from Beijing, Changchun in Jilin provence, Tangshan in Hebei province and Chengwu in Shandong province between April 2001 and September 2002. All subjects did not have the history of organic disease or evidence of organic disease in all clinical and biochemical examinations; they were Han people without sibship, and informed consent about the study.

于2001-04/2002-09选取北京市、吉林省长春市、河北省唐山市和山东省成武县的健康体检者384例，均通过问诊没有任何器质性疾病史，临床和生化检查未发现有器质性疾病证据；均为汉族，没有任何血缘关系。

Recombinant plasmid pSVH 7 DNA of avian influenza virus H7 subtype heamagglutinin gene was encapsulated with DC-chol/DOPE liposomes and PC/chol/SA liposomes separately. Two-week old SPF chickens were intramuscularly inoculated with 50 μ g/0.2ml of the liposome entrapped PSVH 7 DNA. Four-weeks later, each chicken was challenged with 0.1ml 〓 AIV . One week after the challenge, the secretion of the cloacas was collected and transfected to chicken embryos to isolate the virus. The virus was isolated from 6/6 of the control group, 1/6 of the naked DNA group, 1/6 of the PC/chol/SA entrapped DNA group and 0/6 of the DC-chol/DOPE liposome entrapped group. The HI antibody titers (log2) of the four groups were 6. 83±0.98, 7. 0±1. 26, 7. 83±1. 17 and 8. 00±0.89 respectively 1-week after challenge, and 8. 5±0.55, 8. 17±0.82, 8. 68±0.45 and 9. 33±0.54 respectively 2-week after challenge. The results showed that inoculation of liposome entrapped DNA significantly enhanced resistance to virosis in animals.

将含禽流感病毒H7亚型血凝素基因的重组质粒pSVH7用DC-chol阳离子脂质体和胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹，免疫2周龄SPF鸡，4周后用同型禽流感病毒进行人工感染，1周后采集泄殖腔分泌物分离病毒，结果未免疫组6／6分离到病毒，裸质粒DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒，DC-chol脂质体DNA免疫组没有分离到病毒（0／6）：人工感染后1周各组的HI抗体（Log2）分别为6.38±0.98，7.00±1.26，7.83±1.17，8.00±0.89，2周后为8.50±0.55，8.67±0.82，8.68±0.45，9.33±0.52，脂质体包裹组在同期均高于未免疫组和裸DNA免疫组，表明脂质体包裹质粒DNA免疫动物后，能增加动物对病毒感染的抵抗力和反应能力。

RESULT: 1.Ouabain act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane discontinuous,epithelium cells clustered,occluding zonule seperated,lens fiber layers fractured.Under the EM,cells totally hollowed,mitochondria swelling,myelin figure appeared.RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.2.Digoxin act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens cell oedema,linkage distructed,extensive exfoliation.Under the EM,plasma appeared little half-transparant hollow region,mitochondria swelling and ridge disappeared. RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.3.Amphotericin B act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens epithelium cells linked tightly,arranged in-line,lens fiber layers arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,abbundant cellular organes,exuberant cells function indicated. RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1 and α3-isoform are increased significantly,demonstrated isoform-specific action.4D-thyroxine act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens plasmalemma integrated,cells arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,nucleus fission appeared,desmosome half-desmosome and tensile microfilaments linked the cells. RT-PCR examine,α2 and α3-isoform are increased, also demonstrated isoform-specific action.5.Vitamin E act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane continuous and smooth,epithelium cells tightly linked,lens fiber layers appearede hollow region occasionally.Under the EM,lateral membrane high density belt appeared,abundant nucleolus. RT-PCR examine,onlyα1-isoform are increased, demonstrated significantly isoform-specific action.6.DMSO act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane slightly thicker,cells linkage partly distructed.Under the EM,plasmalemma denaturation,mitochondria swelling.RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all altered slightly and haven't significant meanning.

结果：1、哇巴因作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜断裂、上皮细胞聚积、闭合连接分离、纤维板层裂隙，电镜下全层细胞空泡化、线粒体肿胀出现髓样结构，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。2、地高辛作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体细胞水肿、细胞连接破坏、广泛剥离，电镜下胞质见少许半透明空化区、线粒体肿胀嵴消失，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。3、两性霉素B作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体上皮细胞紧密连接、线状排列、纤维板层紧密规整，电镜下细胞器丰富、细胞功能旺盛，RT-PCR法检测α1及α3表达显著增强、具有一定的重整异构作用特异性。4、D甲状腺素作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体质膜完整、细胞排列紧密规整，电镜下胞核见分裂像、细胞间有桥粒、半桥粒及张力微丝，RT-PCR法检测α2及α3表达均增强、亦有一定的重整异构作用特异性。5、维生素E作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜连续光滑、上皮细胞紧密连接、纤维板层偶见空化，电镜下囊侧膜内有高电子密度带、细胞核仁丰富，RT-PCR法检测仅有α1的表达显著增强、具有极强的重整异构作用特异性。6、二甲基亚砜作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜轻度增厚、细胞连接部分破坏，电镜下质膜变性、线粒体肿胀，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达无显著改变。

The expression of NSE was detected in cortex of adrenal cortical hyperplasia, cortical adenomas and pheochromoeyte carcinoma, hut not in that of pheochromocytoma and normal adrenal. The expression of SYN was detected in cortex of corticohyperplassia, cortical adenomas, medull neoplasm, chromophile tumor and pheochromocyte carcinoma, but not in that of cortical adenocarcinoma and normal adrenal. The expressions of CgA, NSE and SIN were detected in the medulla of all cases. Conclusion The characteristic of CgA, SYN and NSE in cortex and medulla of adrenal are useful in the differential diagnosis of tumor and hyperplasia in the adrenal.

结果 肾上腺皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中均可见CgA染色阳性细胞，皮质增生、髓质增生和正常肾上腺病例皮质CgA染色阴性；肾上腺皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、髓质增生和嗜铬细胞癌NSE染色呈阳性，嗜铬细胞瘤和正常肾上腺皮质NSE染色呈阴性；皮质增生、皮质腺瘤、髓质增生、嗜铬细胞瘤和嗜铬细胞癌的皮质中SYN染色呈阳性，皮质腺癌和正常肾上腺皮质SYN染色呈阴性；所有病例髓质CgA、NSE和SYN染色均呈强阳性。

Results compared with model control group,dongbao gantai group, the level of body weight,liver index, tc ,tg, alt,ast in serum in tiaozhi hugan decoction group were lower significantly .the level of hld-c was higher.,the level of mda in tiaozhi hugan decoction was lower significantly, the level of sod was higher significantly（in all group p＜0.01）conclusion it suggests that the pharmacodynamics mechanisms of tiaozhi hugan decoction to fatty liver induced by high fatty diet are lowering body weight and liver index, adjusting lipometabolism, improving liver function and having anti-lipid peroxidation effects.

结果 与病理模型组、东宝甘泰组比较调脂护肝方组大鼠体重、肝指数血清tc值、tg值均降低，hld-c值增高，血清alt、ast、mda值均较低，sod值较高（各组比较p.01）。结论调脂护肝方干预非酒精性脂肪肝的药效机制为：降低体重与肝指数，调整脂质代谢，改善肝功能，抗脂质过氧化。

The results showed that two of the ball cactuses tested could growth well in solution culture , in which the growth rate was significantly higher than or equal to that in peatmoss culture. Among the four solution culture formulae , formula 4 had the highest biomass increment and uptake of N , P and Kfor Ferocactu horridus. The biomass of Echinopsis calochlora did not differ significantly among the four formulae , but significantly increased higher than medium culture. This study indicated that ball cactuses could grow well in nutrient solution culture.

结果表明：经100 d 种植，供试的仙人球在这4 种营养液配方静置水培中均能正常生长，而且生长速度显著大于基质栽培或与之相当；在4 种营养液配方中，巨鹫玉在完全硝态氮的配方处理中球体质量的增加比基质栽培的快1 倍以上， N、P、K的吸收量也显著高于其它含有铵态氮配方的；而金盛球在所有营养液配方中生长量均显著高于基质栽培，球体质量增长量超过基质栽培的1 倍以上， 4 种配方间无显著差异。
