Results indicated that the variation was significant from treatment to treatment. S-deficiency caused bulging chloroplasts, loosening and dishevelled grana lamella, reducing organelle, and damaged chondriosome in mesophyll cells of the leaves, and empty cells of the roots, while S-excess, however, led to densification, condensation and randomization of grana lamella of the chloroplasts of the leaves, and separation of cytoplasms from walls of the cells of the roots.

结果表明，受S素营养胁迫的水稻，其根系及叶片的超微结构均发生了显著的变化：低S胁迫会造成水稻叶片叶肉细胞内的叶绿体结构肿胀，基粒片层松驰、散乱，细胞器减少，线粒体结构被破坏，根系细胞内几乎没有内含物；S浓度高则会使叶片叶绿体基粒片层致密、浓缩，无规则化，根系细胞发生质壁分离。

When grown in the light and with nutrition as the limiting factor, the wild type was less influenced due to its capability of photosynthesis and quickly became predominant over the mutant that has no photosynthetic apparatus. However, when grown heterotrophically in the dark, the mutant remained less competitive than the wild type, showing that the euglenoid proplastids play a role in competition.

在光照情况下，当营养物质成为限制因子时，由于具有光合能力野生型生长受影响较小，在与没有光合器的突变株的竞争中很快地显示出优势；在黑暗中二者均只能以异养方式生长，但突变株仍然处于竞争弱势，显示原质体结构对于生存竞争的作用。

RESULTS: Compared with control group, SDNN, SDANN, TP, VLF and scattergram length in organic heart disease group were significantlylow. Results of Lorenz plot showed that most of controls were comet shape (82.22%) as well as organic heart disease patients were complex shape (42.22%), triangularshape (35.56%) and torpedo shape (8.89%). L correlated well with SDNN, SDANN, TP and VLF. Scattergram dispersion correlated well with rMSSD, PNN50 and HF.

结果：与对照组比较，器质性心脏病组的SDNN、SDANN、TP、VLF及Lorenz散点图长度均显著下降，对照组散点图82.22%为彗星状，器质性心脏病组复杂形、扇状及鱼雷状分别占42.22%、35.56%及8.89%； L与SDNN、SDANN、TP、VLF呈显著的正相关，散点图离散度与rMSSD、PNN50、HF呈显著的正相关。

METHODS: 384 healthy Han people were selected from Beijing, Changchun in Jilin provence, Tangshan in Hebei province and Chengwu in Shandong province between April 2001 and September 2002. All subjects did not have the history of organic disease or evidence of organic disease in all clinical and biochemical examinations; they were Han people without sibship, and informed consent about the study.

于2001-04/2002-09选取北京市、吉林省长春市、河北省唐山市和山东省成武县的健康体检者384例，均通过问诊没有任何器质性疾病史，临床和生化检查未发现有器质性疾病证据；均为汉族，没有任何血缘关系。

Their results were compared with the values of ring gas sparger. Both KLα and Eo2 of two micro-orifice spargers were higher than those of ring gas sparger. The new gas spargers had superior mass transfer and mixing performance. It is beneficial to increasing oxygen concentration in non-Newtonian fluid.

结果表明：在相同条件下，微孔型气体分布器条件下所得KLα和Eo2均高于环状气体分布器的对应值，可以取得较好的传质混合效果，有利于提高非牛顿流体中的溶氧水平。

RESULT: 1.Ouabain act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane discontinuous,epithelium cells clustered,occluding zonule seperated,lens fiber layers fractured.Under the EM,cells totally hollowed,mitochondria swelling,myelin figure appeared.RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.2.Digoxin act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens cell oedema,linkage distructed,extensive exfoliation.Under the EM,plasma appeared little half-transparant hollow region,mitochondria swelling and ridge disappeared. RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all decreased.3.Amphotericin B act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens epithelium cells linked tightly,arranged in-line,lens fiber layers arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,abbundant cellular organes,exuberant cells function indicated. RT-PCR examine the expression condition of αsubunit of sodium pump on mRNA level,α1 and α3-isoform are increased significantly,demonstrated isoform-specific action.4D-thyroxine act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens plasmalemma integrated,cells arranged tightly and regularily.Under the EM,nucleus fission appeared,desmosome half-desmosome and tensile microfilaments linked the cells. RT-PCR examine,α2 and α3-isoform are increased, also demonstrated isoform-specific action.5.Vitamin E act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane continuous and smooth,epithelium cells tightly linked,lens fiber layers appearede hollow region occasionally.Under the EM,lateral membrane high density belt appeared,abundant nucleolus. RT-PCR examine,onlyα1-isoform are increased, demonstrated significantly isoform-specific action.6.DMSO act on lens sodium-pump,under the LM,lens anterior capsular membrane slightly thicker,cells linkage partly distructed.Under the EM,plasmalemma denaturation,mitochondria swelling.RT-PCR examine,α1、α2 and α3-isoform are all altered slightly and haven't significant meanning.

结果：1、哇巴因作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜断裂、上皮细胞聚积、闭合连接分离、纤维板层裂隙，电镜下全层细胞空泡化、线粒体肿胀出现髓样结构，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。2、地高辛作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体细胞水肿、细胞连接破坏、广泛剥离，电镜下胞质见少许半透明空化区、线粒体肿胀嵴消失，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达均减弱。3、两性霉素B作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体上皮细胞紧密连接、线状排列、纤维板层紧密规整，电镜下细胞器丰富、细胞功能旺盛，RT-PCR法检测α1及α3表达显著增强、具有一定的重整异构作用特异性。4、D甲状腺素作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体质膜完整、细胞排列紧密规整，电镜下胞核见分裂像、细胞间有桥粒、半桥粒及张力微丝，RT-PCR法检测α2及α3表达均增强、亦有一定的重整异构作用特异性。5、维生素E作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜连续光滑、上皮细胞紧密连接、纤维板层偶见空化，电镜下囊侧膜内有高电子密度带、细胞核仁丰富，RT-PCR法检测仅有α1的表达显著增强、具有极强的重整异构作用特异性。6、二甲基亚砜作用于晶状体钠泵后，光镜下晶状体前囊膜轻度增厚、细胞连接部分破坏，电镜下质膜变性、线粒体肿胀，RT-PCR法检测晶状体钠泵α亚单位α1、α2及α3三种重整异构体在mRNA水平的表达无显著改变。

After selective extraction, the cyst wall of two kind of resting cysts displayed a filament network. In the resting cysts of Tachysoma pellionella and Euplotes encysticus, the filament was located in mesocyst and endocyst respectively. On the other hand, a special filament scaffold region was observed below the cyst wall in two kind of cysts. Compared with the true IF which was located in central part of cyst, the filament of this region was net as well as uniform, and no any cytoplasm residue can be seen in this region. In the resting cyst of Euplotes encysticus, a filamental boundry which partitioned the special filament scaffold region and the true IF region was observed.

两类休眠包囊的包囊壁经生化分级抽提后均显示纤维结构，急纤虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于中间层，包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中纤维定位于内层壁；其次，在两类休眠包囊的包囊壁下，相当于细胞质表质层的位置，均有一个特殊的纤维网络区，与细胞质深层的网络区相比，此部分的纤维纯净、均匀，未见附着细胞器及细胞质残留物，在包囊游仆虫休眠包囊中此纤维网络区与真正的细胞质纤维网络之间由纤维构成的界膜隔开。

目前实验动物相关国家标准对此类设备各项技术指标的检测并无说明，笔者对该类产品按江苏省地方标准[1]检测进行了初步的探索。1空气洁净度和落下菌目前江苏省IVC系统、隔离器产品空气净化大致有两种气流组织方式，一种为顶送顶回：IVC送回风直接通过含有过滤膜的笼箱盒盖，硬质隔离器在内室顶上送回风；另一种为同一面平行送回：IVC送回风在笼箱同一侧面含有滤膜孔内进行，软质隔离器由内室一侧送风对面回风，两种气流方式均为非单向流行式。
