Results indicated that the variation was significant from treatment to treatment. S-deficiency caused bulging chloroplasts, loosening and dishevelled grana lamella, reducing organelle, and damaged chondriosome in mesophyll cells of the leaves, and empty cells of the roots, while S-excess, however, led to densification, condensation and randomization of grana lamella of the chloroplasts of the leaves, and separation of cytoplasms from walls of the cells of the roots.

结果表明，受S素营养胁迫的水稻，其根系及叶片的超微结构均发生了显著的变化：低S胁迫会造成水稻叶片叶肉细胞内的叶绿体结构肿胀，基粒片层松驰、散乱，细胞器减少，线粒体结构被破坏，根系细胞内几乎没有内含物；S浓度高则会使叶片叶绿体基粒片层致密、浓缩，无规则化，根系细胞发生质壁分离。

Results: The tHey and blood fat level in blood plasma and expression of MCP-1mRNAof aorta on model group is obviously higher than that of control group (P＜0.05);the result of immunohistochemistry shows that the expression of VCAM-1 and MMP-2enhanced, Bcl-2 is lower; aorta slice shows endarterium discontinuation, strippingpartly, smooth muscle cell arrange puffly and chaotic, infiltration of lipoid ofdifferent degree are observed in aorta wall, pathological changes suffusion, morexanthoma cell, plaque protrude lumens. The they and blood fat level in blood plasmaand expression of MCP-lmRNA, VCAM-1, MMP-2 of aorta on intervention group aremuch lower than that of model group (P＜0.05); Bcl-2 of intervention group isstrengthened, and the pathomorphology and immunohistochemistry of aorta showpathological changes are slighter than model group.

结果：模型组，血浆中同型半胱氨酸浓度、血脂水平、主动脉MCP-1mRNA表达显著高于正常对照组(P＜0.05)，免疫组化示主动脉内皮细胞VCAM-1、MMP-2表达增强，Bcl-2表达降低；主动脉切片发现动脉内膜不连续，部分剥脱，平滑肌细胞排列疏松、紊乱，主动脉壁均见到程度不同的脂质浸润，其病变弥漫，泡沫细胞较多，可见斑块突出管腔；干预组，血浆中同型半胱氨酸含量、血脂水平显著低于对照组和模型组(P＜0.05)，主动脉MCP-1mRNA、VCAM-1、MMP-2表达显著弱于对照组和模型组(P＜0.05)，Bcl-2表达增强(P＜0.05)，主动脉病理形态学和免疫组织化学检测示病变轻于模型组。

结果：该例主要临床表现为腹痛、排黑便，上腹部CT、磁共振和胃镜检查均提示十二指肠肿瘤，行十二指肠肿瘤切除术，术后病理检查示十二指肠梭形细胞瘤，免疫组化结果示肿瘤细胞CD117，CD34，结合蛋白，S-100蛋白，肌动蛋白，最后确诊为十二指肠良性间质瘤。

A schematic model was proposed to illustrate the occurrences of various lithologies and lithofacies associations. The erosional surfaces on siliciclastic mudstones, funnel-shaped structure, and the exhuming of massive cold-seep carbonates exposed might have been occurred concurrently during a tectonic unstable time in SW Taiwan. The deposition of fossiliferous mudstone interfingered with the conglomerate lithofacies, and represented the rapid facies transition from siliciclastic (non-carbonate) into carbonate environment.

综合岩相观察结果，建构一个符合台湾西南部更新世珊瑚礁与基底泥岩接触关系的沉积相模式；其中，基底泥岩顶部的不规则冲蚀面、充填碳酸盐胶结泥岩砾与碳酸岩烟柱的漏斗状沉积，以及块状冷泉碳酸盐岩的出露，可能均为区域地质构造活动时期所造成；至於与含化石泥岩同时沉积的砾岩相，可能均为基底泥岩在快速浅化的过程中所沉积，标志古环境由矽质碎屑快速转变为碳酸盐环境的过程。

In the present study, the expression of bFGF and TGF β1 in normal and hyperplasic prostate were determined with immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization.

本研究采用免疫组化及原位杂交方法检测bFGF和TGF-β1在正常前列腺及BPH中的表达情况，结果显示，正常及增生前列腺组织中上皮及间质细胞中均见bFGF、bFGFmRNA及TGF-β_1、TGF-β_1mRNA阳性染色，间质细胞染色强于上皮细胞。

Results: The normal epithelial cells were intactly lined with microvilli, and lesions on the surface of Ct infected cells were showed by SEM. The expression of actin was obvious throughout the cytoplasm of uterine epithelial cells but appeared to be most intense along the apical plasma membrane on day 4, 5 and 6 of pregnancy. On the day 7, levels of actin had increased along the apical surface. The expression of actin in the infected group was weaker than that in of the normal group.

结果：SEM示对照组子宫腔可见有微绒毛的分泌细胞；实验组腔上皮细胞表面有的可见破损，微绒毛少见；免疫组化结果显示荧光强度主要定位于腔上皮细胞胞质／胞膜，妊娠第4，5，6天沿胞质顶部分布较密集，而底部较弥散；妊娠第7天顶部强度有所增加；感染组的荧光强度均弱于相应正常组，在妊娠第5天存在显著性差异(p.05)。

At postnatal 1st week immunopositive reaction of NGF was detected mainly in sustentacular cells and the spermatogonia also showed positive staining. NGF positive staining in the testes was observed in interstitial cells, spermatogenetic cells, sustentacular cells and Leydig cells at 3rd week. After the postnatal 5th week, NGF-positive immunostaining was also detected in intersitial cells and spermatogenetic cells, but the intensity of reaction was weaker than that at 1st and 3rd weeks.

免疫组化定位分析显示：睾丸组织的神经生长因子蛋白表达于小鼠出生后的各个时期内，1周龄睾丸组织免疫阳性反应主要位于支持细胞，精原细胞也有着色；3周龄睾丸组织的间质细胞、各级生精细胞、支持细胞、管周肌样细胞表达均呈现阳性；5周后的睾丸组织内神经生长因子呈低水平表达，主要表达于间质细胞和生精细胞内。

The histopathologic changes included lymphocyte and monocyte infiltration,hyperplasia of synovial cells and small vessels,interstitial fibrosis,hyaline degeneration and cartilaginous metaplasia.The immunohistochemical observations showed that the high expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly different between the pathologic plicae and the control groups（P＜0.01）.The positive expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 were the synovial cells and monocyt-lymph cells in the pathologic synovial plicae.The positive expressions of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 have significant difference between the experiment and control group（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）.The expression of MMP-1 was positive in synovial lining cell,monocyte,fibroblast,endothelial cell in small vessel and chondrocyte.The TIMP-1 expression was detected in the synovial lining cells and a small quantity fibroblast.

结果 正常滑膜皱襞和病理性滑膜皱襞在滑膜细胞增生及小血管增生、间质纤维化及玻璃样变、软骨化生组织学改变方面，差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）；IL-1、IL-6在病理性滑膜皱襞内的增生滑膜细胞、单核及淋巴细胞和在正常滑膜皱襞内的表达差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）； MMP-1、TIMP-1在病理性滑膜皱襞和正常皱襞内的阳性表达，差异具有显著性（P＜0.01，P＜0.05），MMP-1在增生滑膜衬里层细胞、单核和纤维母细胞、血管内皮细胞和软骨化生的软骨细胞呈阳性表达；TIMP-1只在滑膜衬里层细胞和少量纤维母细胞有表达。
