结果：该例主要临床表现为腹痛、排黑便，上腹部CT、磁共振和胃镜检查均提示十二指肠肿瘤，行十二指肠肿瘤切除术，术后病理检查示十二指肠梭形细胞瘤，免疫组化结果示肿瘤细胞CD117，CD34，结合蛋白，S-100蛋白，肌动蛋白，最后确诊为十二指肠良性间质瘤。

The novel primers were evaluated by detecting BTV serotypes 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 11, 21 and 22. The specificity of the primers was estimated by comparing to gene sequences of viruses published in GenBank, and further assessed by detecting BTV serotype 1-12 and Epizootic hemorrhagic disease virus serotype 1-4.
