The histopathologic changes included lymphocyte and monocyte infiltration,hyperplasia of synovial cells and small vessels,interstitial fibrosis,hyaline degeneration and cartilaginous metaplasia.The immunohistochemical observations showed that the high expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 were significantly different between the pathologic plicae and the control groups（P＜0.01）.The positive expressions of IL-1 and IL-6 were the synovial cells and monocyt-lymph cells in the pathologic synovial plicae.The positive expressions of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 have significant difference between the experiment and control group（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）.The expression of MMP-1 was positive in synovial lining cell,monocyte,fibroblast,endothelial cell in small vessel and chondrocyte.The TIMP-1 expression was detected in the synovial lining cells and a small quantity fibroblast.

结果 正常滑膜皱襞和病理性滑膜皱襞在滑膜细胞增生及小血管增生、间质纤维化及玻璃样变、软骨化生组织学改变方面，差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）；IL-1、IL-6在病理性滑膜皱襞内的增生滑膜细胞、单核及淋巴细胞和在正常滑膜皱襞内的表达差异均有显著性（P＜0.01）； MMP-1、TIMP-1在病理性滑膜皱襞和正常皱襞内的阳性表达，差异具有显著性（P＜0.01，P＜0.05），MMP-1在增生滑膜衬里层细胞、单核和纤维母细胞、血管内皮细胞和软骨化生的软骨细胞呈阳性表达；TIMP-1只在滑膜衬里层细胞和少量纤维母细胞有表达。

A competitive ELISA kit for detect ENR was developed with ENR mAb and its traits were tested.Two hybridoma lines were filtered and the best one was 4G1-B3,which secreted ENR mAb with indirect ELISA titers of 1∶1.024×10~6 in ascites.Isotype of the two mAb was IgG_1.ENR mAb had a high affinity constant with 9×10~(10)L/mol.The ENR-Kit had the linear detection range of 0.05～101.6μg/L,the sensitivity of 0.05 μg/L and a good sensitivity with an IC_(50) of 1.1μg/L to ENR,cross-reactivity to other compounds less than 0.01%.The average recoveres of ENR spiked in chicken,liver,fish and milk were 81.5%,87.6%,84.3% and 95% respectively.The coefficient variation was below 10%.

结果表明：筛选出的2株杂交瘤细胞，单抗亚类均为IgG1型，其中4G1-B3株的ENR mAb间接ELISA效价为1：1.024×106，亲和常数为9×1010L/mol；竞争ELISA试剂盒的线性检测范围为0.05~101.6μg/L、灵敏度0.05μg/L、半数抑制浓度(IC50)1.1μg/L，与其他化合物的交叉反应率均小于0.01%，鸡肉样、鸡肝样、鱼肉样和牛奶样的平均添加回收率分别为81.5%8、7.6%、84.3%和95%，不同基质添加恩诺沙星标准品做竞争ELISA对ENR-Kit检测结果影响小，试剂盒保存期6个月以上。

Qualitative and quantitative analyses were carried out for the analyte under the multiple reaction monitoring mode after the chromatographic separation on a Waters Atlantis T3 column (150 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm). The quantitation was performed with deuterated N-nitrosodiethanolamine as internal standard. The limit of quantitation for N-nitrosodiethanolamine was 50 μg/kg. The mean recoveries were 89.1%-98.2% at the spiked levels of 50-250 μg/kg, with the intra-day precision less than 9% and the inter-day precision less than 11%.

NDELA经waters Atlantis T3色谱柱(150mm×2.1mm， 3μm)分离后在多反应监测模式下进行串联质谱定性及定量分析，以d8-NDELA为内标定量NDELA的方法定量限为50μg/kg；在50~250μg/kg的3个添加水平范围内的平均回收率为89.1%~98.2%，日内精密度均小于9%，日间精密度均小于11%。

The oxygen index was higher in the lung protect group than that of in the control group at 0, 6, 12 and 24 h after CPB (P.05). In both groups, compared with the baseline values, plasma levels of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α were gradually increased after CPB. Compared to the control group, the level of MDA, IL-6 and TNF-α were lower in the protective group at different time point after CPB (P.01). Histologic analyses showed intra-alveolar edema, capillary hyperemia and neutrophil accumulated in the control group, whereas no significant changes in the protective group.

结果 保护组各时点血氧指数均高于对照组(P.05)，CPB后血浆MDA、IL-6和TNF-α水平较术前升高(P.05)；在CPB后各时间点，肺保护组患者血浆IL-6、TNF-α和MDA均低于对照组(P.05)；对照组肺组织可见中性粒细胞浸润、肺间质水肿、肺泡壁小血管扩张、充血，保护组肺组织炎性反应较轻微。

The result of our study reveals that there are significant differences in expressions of ER-α and ER-β in stomal cells between eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis.

Results SDF-1/CXCR4 was present in the basal epithelial cells of normal conjunctiva. Of 20 pterygia cases, 17 expressed SDF-1/CXCR4 in the full thickness of the epithelium and CXCR4 was also found in the inflamed cells and vascular endothelial cells in the tissues; 3 primary pterygium cases showed the same staining pattern as that in normal conjunctiva.
