Thirdly, specific binding of GILR protein was measured ,by SDSPAGE, its molecular weight is about 1 19KD.

The results showed that the brown pigment had scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and aliphatic radicals on lipid-peroxidation.
