Sediment will transport because of the drive of hydrodynamic elements in macroscopic view .Direction of suspended load is basicly the same as tidal current .Flood tide makes suspended load transport to tip of the inner Bay and to the Mouth in exterior Bay .The direction of longside sediment transport in two sides of the Mouth mainly focus in the Mouth .Because the coastline along the exterior Bay is very meandering and it belongs to the type of bedrock ,besides some sediment going into the inner Bay ,so actual net sediment discharge rate is less than calculation .It develops an ebb delta out of the Mouth and forms tidal sand ridge ,tidal washing canal ,barrier bar and marine physiognomy ;The result of model simulation disclosures that differences of sediment erosion and siltation between single tidal action and wave-current action are very big .From the analysis of sediment composition、sediment sources and stability of beach and ridge ,this article gets the conclusion that the channel has the possibility to silt ,though the course maybe very slow.

通过分析研究文章得出如下结论：沉积物平面分布与水动力的时空变化存在很好的相关性；口门外发育落潮流三角洲，形成潮流沙脊、潮流冲刷槽、浅滩、拦门沙等水下动力地貌；乳山湾河流来沙已不是湾内泥沙主要来源导致沉积水动力平衡发生改变，宏观上表现在泥沙受水动力驱动发生不断运移；悬沙运移方向与涨潮流方向基本一致，湾内涨潮流带来的悬移质泥沙向湾顶运移，湾外悬移质泥沙主要向口门方向运移；湾口两侧岸段沿岸输沙方向均指向口门方向，由于乳山湾外海岸线曲折，两侧岸段以基岩为主，加之部分泥沙进入湾内，实际净输沙量小于计算值；数值模拟发现潮流单独作用与波流共同作用下泥沙蚀淤模拟差别较大；从沉积物组成、泥沙来源及滩槽稳定性三个方面分析，文章认为研究区存在航道淤积的可能性，但过程相对较慢。

Results By using optical microscope,the neurocytes of hippocampus in experimental group were observed to denaturalize,tumefy,destroy and disappear.And under electron microscope,the karyon was irregular,nucleoles deviated,chondriosome tumefied,crista collapsed,membrane was damaged,substance cavitated.Such changes were more evident with the increased paroxysm of epilepsy,the parameters between control group and operation group had no difference（P＞0.01）.But make a monofactorial variance analysis among cells' number,area,circumference and integral optical density in different groups,it showed that there were significant differences between optional two groups（P.01;at the same time,the more serious injury in hippocampus,the more powerful GFAP immunoreaction was.

结果： 实验组海马区光镜下可见神经细胞变性、肿胀、坏死及神经细胞脱失改变，电镜可见细胞核形态不规则、有切迹、核仁偏位、线粒体肿大、嵴断裂、膜破损和基质空化等改变，随癫痫发作次数增加上述改变越明显，对照组与手术对照组比较，各参数差异无显著性（P＞0.05），将不同组别大鼠细胞数、面积、周长、积分光密度分别作单因素方差分析，不同组别间均差异有显著性（P.01），同时观察到海马区GFAP免疫反应阳性的胶质细胞随海马损伤的加重而GFAP免疫反应增强。

The friction performances of carbon face were investigated with an inertia friction tester. The torque curve of carbon face was ideal, the coefficient of static friction was lower than that of dynamic in 0.28 MPa, the friction coefficient of static and dynamic decreased with the braking pressure increasing. To the fiber face, the coefficient of dynamic friction of carbon face was more stable in cycle braking process, the wear rate was lower, and it was efficient to protect the couple plate not to be worn.

结果表明：碳质层的摩擦力矩在制动初期上升较快，中间过渡区平稳，尾部翘起较小；在制动压力小于0.28 MPa时静摩擦系数小于动摩擦系数，且动、静摩擦系数均随制动压力增加而减小；相对纤维层而言，采用碳质层摩擦时摩擦力矩曲线形态更好，连续制动时摩擦系数波动较小，磨损率低且能够有效保护偶件，是1种静/动摩擦系数比较低且适用于高载荷工况条件下使用的摩擦材料。

The rate of c-kit+ cells in the heart increased gradually from E10 with the highest level of 12.6±3.2% at E11, which was nearly similar to the fetal liver, except for E12 when the c-kit+ cells was 3.4±1.2% in the heart compared to the fetal liver with 11.6±4.1% c-kit+ cells. The rate of c-kit cells in the suspension cells from the heart at E11 maintained stable after 24h culture based in the stromal cells of the heart and AGM region with the same conceptus age, but the rate of c-kit cells obviously decreased in the condition of the stromal cells from the fetal liver. The c-kit cells of the three conditions were all at low level at 48h without significant difference.

通过流式检测c-kit+细胞我们发现，胚胎期心脏和胎肝c-kit+细胞比率几乎一致，E11时c-kit+细胞明显增多，分别高达(12.6±3.2)%和(9.6±2.8)%，但E12时心脏中c-kit+细胞明显减少，仅为(3.4±1.2)%，此时胎肝中c-kit+细胞为(11.6±4.1)%。E11的悬浮细胞与心脏内皮细胞和AGM区基质共培养24h时，c-kit+细胞数量保持稳定，但在胎肝基质细胞中c-kit+细胞数量明显减少，在共培养48h，三组中的c-kit+细胞均呈较低水平，组间没有显著性差异。
