The presence of REE tetrad effects in apatites and whole rocks of S-type granites has been reported by Sha and Chappell (1999) and Zhao et al.(1999), respectively. The REE tetrad effect in minerals, such as apatite, spessartite, beryl, alkali feldspar and spodumene, from all zones of Altay No. 3 pegmatite has been found remarkable, and the fractionations among isovalent incompatible elements in these minerals are also significant. This paper puts forward that the REE tetrad effect is one of the basic features of peraluminous melts and the origin of REE tetrad effect might be probably related to some processes prior to the formation of pegmatite magma. The immiscibile liquid separation between silicate melt and hydrosaline melt may be responsible for it.

由于阿尔泰3号伟晶岩脉各带磷灰石以及与其共生的石榴石、绿柱石、碱性长石、锂辉石矿物均存在明显的稀土"四重效应"以及相同电价、相似离子半径的不相容元素间存在显著的分异，并结合最近赵振华等(1999)和Sha and Chappell(1999)报道S型花岗岩全岩和单矿物(磷灰石、独居石、长石、黄玉等)均存在稀土"四重效应"这一现象，本文研究提出，稀土"四重效应"是富挥发分过铝质岩浆体系的一个基本特征，其机制既不可能由含稀土的副矿物早期结晶引起残余熔体相中REE含量变化的结果，也不能定性地归因于流体相与熔体相相互作用过程中稀土元素在流体/熔体之间分异的结果，而很可能与伟晶岩岩浆形成之前某些过程密切相关，S型花岗岩岩浆在液相线以上存在硅酸盐熔体与高盐熔体的不混溶液相分离有可能是过铝质岩浆体系产生稀土"四重效应"的主要原因。

The result indicates the t-BHP or diamide both cause the mass loss about the membrane protein thiol in hepatocytes, the fast oxidization about glutathione in hepatocytes, the leakage of lactate dehydrodenase, but the level of t-BHP is larger than of diamide. In the aspect of lipid peroxidation, only the t-BHP produces apparent change. As to actin and tubulin, they both find fall-off and present time-dependency effects. The result in Confocal fluorescent microscope also show these two cytoskeletal proteins are related to cell blebbing, but they don''t play the same role during the porcess. Tubulin may be more important than actin. If the study predispose dithiothreitol before adding t-BHP or diamide, then the damage by the diamide is repressed, but just partly protection for the damage by t-BHP.

结果显示t-BHP或diamide均可造成细胞膜蛋白硫醇大量流失与胞内GSH快速氧化，亦显著导致乳酸去氢□渗漏，但t-BHP诱发的渗漏程度大於diamide；在脂质过氧化方面，则仅t-BHP处理组产生明显的脂质氧化情形；至於肌动蛋白与管蛋白单体均可见减少且呈现时间依赖效应；在雷射共轭焦萤光显微镜观察中，亦显现这两种架构蛋白与细胞膜起泡有关，但两者在小泡生成的过程中扮演的角色并不完成相同，可能管蛋白较肌动蛋白重要；如果细胞在t-BHP或diamide加入前预先以dithiothreitol处理，则diamide 所造成的伤害显著的受到抑制，但DTT对t-BHP所诱发的伤害则仅有部分保护效果。

In the group of treatment with ZKK,the AST,ALT and the lipid in the liver decrease significantly and differ from the natural recovery group'sbut the normal group's.In the group of treament with Simvastatin,the affection to the ALT,AST and the lipid in liver is no apparent,there is no difference campared to that of recovery group,but very difˉferent from that of treatment group with ZKK,In the combined treatment group,the effect to decrease the bloodlipid is significant,the influence on liver is similar to the ZKK's.Conclusion Rich-fat food can induce dyslipidemia,atheromatous patch and hepar adiposum.

辛伐他汀组对成模时增高的ALT、AST和肝组织中的脂质及脂肪肝影响不大，与模型组相比无差别；之可康组和联合治疗组均可明显降低成模时升高的AST和ALT及肝组织中的脂质，逆转脂肪肝，与正常组相比无差别，与模型组、辛伐他汀组分别相比差异有显著性；联合用药组血脂水平调节幅度最大，对肝脏的影响与之可康组相比无差别。3个治疗组均可使动脉硬化斑块回缩。

The results show that the compound conductive fiber has typical structure of sheath-core consists of black greened polyaniline electric conductive deposition as the skin and the white polypropylene matrix fiber as the core, which makes the compound fiber preferable physical mechanical property. The intensity and the elongation ratio of the electric conductive fiber are decreased but the thermal stability is enhanced after modified. The compound fiber has the good acid resistance but poor base resistance. The thermal stability of the compound fiber prepared by 4-methyl-benzene sulfonic acid is better than that prepared by hydrochloride acid. Moreover, the compound fiber can be re-doped by other organic or inorganic acid after freed from the adsorbed acid. Furthermore, the electric conductivity of the compound fiber decreases with the temperature increasing but hardly changed with the humidity. The adsorptive ability and therefore the content of the polyaniline, the constant of electric conduction, and the durability of the compound fiber can be enhanced by thinning the diameter, section heteromorphosis, section heteromorphosis and plasma treatment of the surface or blending with COPET of the fiber.

结果表明：复合纤维是聚丙烯与聚苯胺的共混体系，具有典型的皮芯型结构，皮层为墨绿色的聚苯胺沉积层，形成连续的导电通道，芯层为白色的聚丙烯基质纤维，提供物理机械性能；导电改性后纤维的强度、强力和伸长率均有下降，但热稳定性得到提高；复合纤维的耐酸性比耐碱性好，以对甲苯磺酸做掺杂酸比盐酸掺杂聚苯胺热稳定性好，脱掺杂后的复合纤维，可用其它无机酸或有机酸进行再掺杂；复合导电纤维的电导率随温度升高降低幅度较大，但几乎不受湿度影响；基质纤维细旦化、截面异形化、表面等离子体处理或共混COPET等改性处理均能提高纤维的吸附性，进而提高复合纤维表面聚苯胺含量、电导率和耐久性。

METHODS: 384 healthy Han people were selected from Beijing, Changchun in Jilin provence, Tangshan in Hebei province and Chengwu in Shandong province between April 2001 and September 2002. All subjects did not have the history of organic disease or evidence of organic disease in all clinical and biochemical examinations; they were Han people without sibship, and informed consent about the study.

于2001-04/2002-09选取北京市、吉林省长春市、河北省唐山市和山东省成武县的健康体检者384例，均通过问诊没有任何器质性疾病史，临床和生化检查未发现有器质性疾病证据；均为汉族，没有任何血缘关系。

But the latent period for reaching the platform above the water in Morris Water Maze of the Mn-exposed group was not different from that of control group. There was a significant increase in the areas,glial fibrillary acid proteinimmunoreactivity and the average proportional densities of GFAP-positive elements in nucleus caudate and accumbens in the high Mn-exposed group, and a significant reduction in the tyrosine hydroxylase immunoreactivity and average proportional densities of TH-positive elements in substantia nigra,ventral tegmentum area of midbrain and nucleus caudate in the high Mn-exposed group.

The physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition and mineral elements of Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were determined. The results showed that 20 kinds of fatty acids in the Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were identified, in which the main components were oleic acid (33.34%), 8,11-octadecadienoic acid (28.24%) and palmitic acid (22.55%); the seed oil contained 6 kinds of essential mineral elements including Ca, P, Mg, Fe, K and Mn, and their contents were in the reasonable range of body requirement.

测定了水红木油的理化指标；用GC/MS法测定了脂肪酸组成及含量，共检出20种脂肪酸，主要成分9-十八碳烯酸占33.34%，8，11-十八碳二烯酸占28.24%，十六烷酸占22.55%，3种脂肪酸共占84.13%；用ICP-OES法测定了矿质元素的种类和含量，检出的Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K、Mn 6种矿质元素均为人体必需元素，含量均在人体所需合理范围内。

Almost all CF was released from Dansyl-PE by CTX-IX that osmosed the Dansyl-PE liposome like detergent; CF releases from PE or PS liposome induced by CTX-IX were related with both of CTX-IX and phospholipid concentrations, this indicated that the phase seperation should be a reasonable mechanism for CF permeability of PS or PE liposome in the presence of CTX-IX rather than CTX-IX channel formation on the membrane. CTX-IX influence of CF release of PC liposome was very slight. CF release from Dansyl-PE、PE or PE liposome in response to CTX-IX could be inhibited by Ca〓.

CTX-IX对靶脂如此种种强烈的作用，使得它引起含Dansyl-PE脂质体CF的泄漏犹如击污剂那样强烈；引起含PS或PE脂质体CF渗透的增加为一个与CTX-IX及磷脂浓度有关的二级反应过程，这种动力学特征提示渗透性增加的机制可能是CTX-IX在脂膜上产生的脂质分子相分离，而不是CTX-IX脂膜上形成通道；CTX-IX对PC脂质体渗透性几乎没有影响，而对上述脂质体渗透性增加作用均可被Ca〓所抑制。
