The experiment results were as following:All cytoplast recipients derived from oocytes of rabbit, bovine and goat can support early development of cloned embryo, the fusion rate of reconstructed embryos of goat-bovine and goat-rabbit were 59.91% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 57.48% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 9.59% and18.06% respectively, and the fusion of reconstructed embryos of goat-rabbit and goat-goat were 60.01% and 74.10%, their cleaved rate were 56.68% and 72.57%, blastocyst rate were 11.76% and18.06% respectively.

试验获得了如下结果：1。以山羊耳成纤维细胞为供体，以牛、羊、兔卵母细胞做为胞质受体构建重构胚，并经体外培养，发现不同的胞质受体均能支持重构胚的早期发育，但受体胞质对重构卵的重构胚早期发育速度和卵裂率均有显著影响。

RESULTS: ADMSCs at passage 3 were positive for CD13, CD59 and CD44, but negative for CD34 and HLA-DR. Chromosomal morphous, structure and number were normal, showing diplont structure. Under the microscope, there were complete Golgi complex, plenty of rough endoplasmic reticulum, and some glycogen granules in cytoplasm.

结果：第3代脂肪间充质干细胞CD13，CD44，CD59均呈阳性表达，而造血干细胞表面标志CD34及成纤维细胞表面标志HLA-DR均呈阴性表达；染色体的形态、结构和数目均未见异常，呈二倍体结构；镜下可见完整的高尔基复合体，数量较多的粗面内质网，部分糖元颗粒分布在胞浆中。

Among the three types of parent material,the yield of rape( above-ground dry weight) was the best(NPK treatment was the best in purplish soil ), Quaternary red soil and in granitization red soil were followed respectively(both of the two types of parent material have weak growth vigor and have a consistent yield). 2.With plant rape,NPK treatment could get more harvest among the three types of parent material , M treatment and CK were followed restectively.

结果表明：1、三种母质以紫色土油菜产量为最高（紫色土以NPK处理为最高），四纪红土次之，花岗岩油菜产量为最低（二种母质油菜生长均不好，产量差不多）。2、三种母质种植油菜均以NPK处理为最高。

Silicalites, predominated by pelitic silicalite, occur in collisional zones and back-arc basins. In the collisional zones, they occur as rock sheet as an important part ofophiolitic mé lange, belonging to ophiolitic mélange type silicalite. In the back-arc or interarc basin, they occur as pelitic silicalite intercalation varying in thickness, characteristic of "silica merl",and belonging to abyssal back-arc basin type or carbonate type silicalite. In the magmatic arc, they occur as intercalation related to volcanic hydrotherm or volcalic exhalation, belonging to volcanic arc type silicalite.

在硅质岩方面：冈底斯构造带侏罗系硅质岩主要属泥质硅质岩，在各个碰撞结合带和弧后盆地中均有产出，主要的产出状态有：①在碰撞结合带中呈岩块产出，构成蛇绿混杂岩的重要组成部分，属蛇绿混杂岩型硅质岩；②在弧后或弧间盆地中呈厚度不等的泥质硅质岩夹层产出，常具"硅灰泥"特征，属弧后深水盆地型硅质岩；③呈夹层状产于弧火山岩系中，属火山热液或火山喷气型硅质岩。

Results (1)The permillage of myocyte apoptosis in infarct area in elder patients with sudden death caused by AMI was significantly higher than that in control group(663.00‰±117.12‰ vs 34.30‰±20.68‰,P＜0 .01).However the permillage of myocyte apoptosis in 1-vessel,2-vessel,and 3 - vessel disease were 514.28±165.12‰,564.38‰±102.33‰ and 668.25‰±127. 19‰,respectiverly,significantly higher as compared to control group(All P＜ 0.01).But no significance was found among the three groups.(2)The size of DNA f ragment about 180～200 bp was found only in those patients with two and three ve ssels involoved.(3)The electron microscope showed the characteristics of myocyte apoptosis episodes,the others showed the characteristics of necrosis.

结果 TUNEL法发现，猝死者梗死区的心肌细胞凋亡千分数老年组(663.00‰±117.12‰)明显高于正常对照(34.30‰±20.68‰)(P＜0.001)；心肌细胞凋亡千分数在冠脉1支病变者(514.28‰±165.12‰)＜2支病变者(564.38‰±102.12‰)＜3支病变者(668.25‰±127.19‰)，虽然均明显高于正常对照(均P＜0.01)，但三组之间比较则无统计学上的差别(均P＞0.05)；冠脉2～3支病变者梗死区的心肌细胞DNA电泳可见相差约180～220 bp的阶梯片段；电镜发现猝死者梗死区内的心肌细胞核膜完整、染色质浓集、电子密度增加的凋亡特征，有的则出现核膜破裂、染色质溶解成碎屑的坏死现象。

Recombinant plasmid pSVH 7 DNA of avian influenza virus H7 subtype heamagglutinin gene was encapsulated with DC-chol/DOPE liposomes and PC/chol/SA liposomes separately. Two-week old SPF chickens were intramuscularly inoculated with 50 μ g/0.2ml of the liposome entrapped PSVH 7 DNA. Four-weeks later, each chicken was challenged with 0.1ml 〓 AIV . One week after the challenge, the secretion of the cloacas was collected and transfected to chicken embryos to isolate the virus. The virus was isolated from 6/6 of the control group, 1/6 of the naked DNA group, 1/6 of the PC/chol/SA entrapped DNA group and 0/6 of the DC-chol/DOPE liposome entrapped group. The HI antibody titers (log2) of the four groups were 6. 83±0.98, 7. 0±1. 26, 7. 83±1. 17 and 8. 00±0.89 respectively 1-week after challenge, and 8. 5±0.55, 8. 17±0.82, 8. 68±0.45 and 9. 33±0.54 respectively 2-week after challenge. The results showed that inoculation of liposome entrapped DNA significantly enhanced resistance to virosis in animals.

将含禽流感病毒H7亚型血凝素基因的重组质粒pSVH7用DC-chol阳离子脂质体和胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹，免疫2周龄SPF鸡，4周后用同型禽流感病毒进行人工感染，1周后采集泄殖腔分泌物分离病毒，结果未免疫组6／6分离到病毒，裸质粒DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒胆固醇／卵磷脂／十八胺脂质体包裹DNA免疫组1／6分离到病毒，DC-chol脂质体DNA免疫组没有分离到病毒（0／6）：人工感染后1周各组的HI抗体（Log2）分别为6.38±0.98，7.00±1.26，7.83±1.17，8.00±0.89，2周后为8.50±0.55，8.67±0.82，8.68±0.45，9.33±0.52，脂质体包裹组在同期均高于未免疫组和裸DNA免疫组，表明脂质体包裹质粒DNA免疫动物后，能增加动物对病毒感染的抵抗力和反应能力。

The study showed the recombinant wt/mCREG protein depressed the VSMC proliferation depending on dose and the optimal concentration was 400nM;2biologic function of CREG protein and the membrance receptor mechanism:①effect on VSMC migration: the wound healing experiment showed the OB2 cells migration was slower significantly after added wt/mCREG(400Nm) in supernatant. The HITASY cells migration were very slowly and no remarkable change. The gelatinase digestion and Western blot analysis showed the matrix metalloproteinase was decreased and TIMPs was increased;②effect on differentiation: after added wt/mCREG(400nM), the expression of myocardin, SMα-actin, MHC and caldesmin were increased and that of LM-1 and FN were decreased in OB2 cells. These effects were more significant when adding wtCREG.;③effect on VSMC proliferation: Cell cycle assay and BrDU stain showed: after added the wtCREG and mCREG protein, the ratio of cell in G0/G1 phase increased to 0.5773 and 0.5572 from 0.5308 respectively in OB2 group, which increased to 0.7369 and 0.7034 respectively from 0.6297 in HITASY group;3Role of M6P/IGF2R in CREG biologic function:①ELISA and co-immunoprecipitation showed the wt/mCREG binding to M6P/IGF2R directly.②antibody blocking test: when the anti-IGF2R was added to medium at the same time with wt/mCREG at different concentration(2μg/mL、4μg/mL、8μg/mL),the effects of CREG protein which depressing proliferation, migration, secretion and promoting differentiation were blocked, which had the positive correlation to the concentration of added anti body. The studies showed two combinant CREG promoted VSMC switch to differentiation phaenotype, at the same time, depress VSMC proliferation, migration and secreting extracellular matrix.

上述实验结果证实：两种重组CREG蛋白对VSMC增殖均有剂量依赖性的抑制作用，并且相同浓度的糖基化的CREG蛋白对细胞增殖的抑制效应更为显著，最佳效应浓度为400nM；2两种重组CREG蛋白添加后对HITASY和OB2细胞生物学行为的影响：①CREG蛋白对VSMC迁移的影响：刮伤实验发现，加入最佳效应浓度的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白24h后，OB2组迁移能力下降，HITASY组无明显变化；细胞外基质金属蛋白酶-2，9(Matrix metallo-proteinase 2，9，MMP2 ，9)明胶酶电泳检测和Western blot检测结果证实，两种CREG蛋白均可以使OB2细胞合成细胞外基质MMP2，9减少，而组织金属蛋白酶抑制物(Tissue Inhibitors of Metalloproteinases，TIMPs)增加；②CREG蛋白对VSMC分化的影响：加入400nM的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白12h后，OB2细胞myocardin、SMα-actin、MHC、caldesmin表达增加，LM-1、FN表达减少；③流式细胞仪分析细胞周期和BrDU染色分析证实，加入400nM的wtCREG和mCREG蛋白后，OB2组G0/G1期细胞由0.5308分别增加至0.5773和0.5572，HITASY组G0/G1期细胞由0.6297分别增加至0.7369和0.7034；3M6P/IGF2R在重组CREG蛋白的生物学功能中的调控作用：①免疫共沉淀和免疫荧光双染色分析结果显示，CREG蛋白与M6P/IGF2R存在直接结合；②应用抗体阻断实验：将不同浓度的anti- M6P/IGF2R(2、4、8μg /mL)与两种CREG蛋白同时加入培养液中，CREG蛋白抑制VSMC增值、迁移和合成细胞外基质、促进分化的效应减弱，而且与加入anti- M6P/IGF2R浓度正相关。

He type of TGF β1 expression was related with lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients. The positivity rate of TGF β1 expression only in mesenchyma in the group on lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in no lymph node metastasis, but the positivity rate of TGF β1 expression only in cytoplasma was higher. The prognosis of TGF β1 expression only in mesenchyma was better, but the prognosis of TGF β1 expression only in cytoplasma or both mesenchyma and cytoplasma was poor.

GF β1的阳性表达类型与肺癌的淋巴结转移及预后有关，淋巴结转移阳性组TGF β1的单一间质阳性表达率显著低于淋巴结阴性组，而单一胞浆阳性表达率高于淋巴结阴性组；半年内死亡组的TGF β1单一间质阳性表达率低于5年以上生存组，而间质胞浆均阳性的表达率及单一胞浆阳性表达率则高于5年以上生存组(P均＜0.05)。

After the exposure, the retinas were examined with light and electron microscope. results: under light microscope, irregular nucleoplasm and unclear border of nucleus in the ganglion cell layer were found in the experimental groups of 2 h, 12 h and 24 h. these changes were also found in the inner nucleus layer. under the electron microscope, swollen mitochondria and vacuolized endoplasmic reticulums were found in all the layers of retina in the groups of 2 h, 12 h and 24 h, most obvious in the group of 24 h. in the group of 72 h, only lightly swollen mitochondria and dilated endoplasmic reticulums were found in the ganglion cell layer of retina.

结果： 光镜：实验组中2，12及24 h组均可见视网膜神经节细胞层内细胞核出现核质不均匀，核边界不清，内核层细胞核也有同样改变；电镜：实验组中2，12及24 h组视网膜各层均出现线粒体肿大，内质网空泡样变，以24 h组最为严重，72 h组仅见视网膜神经节细胞层出现轻度线粒体肿大，内质网扩张。
