The stability of the interface between two-layer fiber flow is essential for getting high quality multi-formation and layer purity. Some measures of keeping the stability of interface are got from theoretical analyse. The measures is close reducing the velocity difference between two layers; putting the fiber of lower density on the upper layer and the fiber of relatively higher density on the lower layer; and using low pulsation pump as the pumping equipment.
