The area ratios of 980/1022, 980/1047,(980+1047)/1022 and 980/(1022+1047) cm^(-1) were decreased as the degree of acetification increased which indicated that acetification induced a decrease of crystallinity of starch. And the crystal structure changed from A-type to V-type. For the cross-linking of POCl3, the area ratios of 980/1022, 980/1047,(980+1047)/1022 and 980/(1022+1047) cm^(-1) were also decreased as the degree of cross-linking but the decrease was little compared to that of acetification. The result indicated that cross-linking of POCl3 had little effect on the starch crystal structure.

随着醋酸酯化取代度的增大，980/1022、980/1047、(980+1047)/1022和980/(1022+1047)的相对峰面积的比值均呈现下降趋势，表明醋酸酯化改性会导致淀粉结晶程度降低，结晶形态从A型转变为V型；随着交联度的增大，980/1022、980/1047、(980+1047)/1022和980/(1022+1047)的相对峰面积比值均呈现下降趋势，但下降程度较小，表明三氯氧磷交联对淀粉结晶结构影响不明显。

RESULTS: High and medium dose (30, 10 μg/kg) of selenocarrageenan syrupus increased mononuclear phagocyte englobement function, T lymphocyte proliferating function and delayed hypersensitivity significantly. All 3 doses increased serum haemolysin, IL-1, 2 activity and B lymphocyte proliferating function significantly.

结果：硒化卡拉胶口服液(30、10μg/kg)均可增强T淋巴细胞增殖能力及DTH；硒化卡拉胶口服液30、10、5μg/kg均可升高单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、血清半数溶血素值，增强B淋巴细胞增殖能力及IL-1、IL-2活性。

The results shows that all these elements are enriched in the glass phase except for Al and Mn, and all the elements are depleted in the mullite-corundum phase except for Al.The iron group elementsand the ore-forming metalsare enriched in the ferruginous spheres, but the rest elements are depleted.

结果表明，除Al、Mn外，其他元素均在玻璃相中有不同程度的富集；除Al外，其他元素则在莫来石-刚玉相中有不同程度的贫化；除Ti以外的铁族元素以及除Ga、Pb以外的金属成矿元素均在铁质微珠中富集，其他元素则在其中贫化。

The results show that the compound conductive fiber has typical structure of sheath-core consists of black greened polyaniline electric conductive deposition as the skin and the white polypropylene matrix fiber as the core, which makes the compound fiber preferable physical mechanical property. The intensity and the elongation ratio of the electric conductive fiber are decreased but the thermal stability is enhanced after modified. The compound fiber has the good acid resistance but poor base resistance. The thermal stability of the compound fiber prepared by 4-methyl-benzene sulfonic acid is better than that prepared by hydrochloride acid. Moreover, the compound fiber can be re-doped by other organic or inorganic acid after freed from the adsorbed acid. Furthermore, the electric conductivity of the compound fiber decreases with the temperature increasing but hardly changed with the humidity. The adsorptive ability and therefore the content of the polyaniline, the constant of electric conduction, and the durability of the compound fiber can be enhanced by thinning the diameter, section heteromorphosis, section heteromorphosis and plasma treatment of the surface or blending with COPET of the fiber.

结果表明：复合纤维是聚丙烯与聚苯胺的共混体系，具有典型的皮芯型结构，皮层为墨绿色的聚苯胺沉积层，形成连续的导电通道，芯层为白色的聚丙烯基质纤维，提供物理机械性能；导电改性后纤维的强度、强力和伸长率均有下降，但热稳定性得到提高；复合纤维的耐酸性比耐碱性好，以对甲苯磺酸做掺杂酸比盐酸掺杂聚苯胺热稳定性好，脱掺杂后的复合纤维，可用其它无机酸或有机酸进行再掺杂；复合导电纤维的电导率随温度升高降低幅度较大，但几乎不受湿度影响；基质纤维细旦化、截面异形化、表面等离子体处理或共混COPET等改性处理均能提高纤维的吸附性，进而提高复合纤维表面聚苯胺含量、电导率和耐久性。

In this paper, as a case of Karamay, we have studied on space-time changement of soil quality in oasis of arid area. We measured quality for different land use types and years in same type by combinativing field sampling for Karamay in Xinjiang and analysis in laboratory, which is directed by former theory of soil quality. Then we did integrated evaluation of soil quality for different land use types, and had drew some conclusions as followed: In four land use types, the soil bulk density of layers(0～15cm) for farmland and tree land is bigger than the other land use types.The organic matter of every layer in manpower Tamarix Bulrush land is bigger; organic matter of Tamarix Bulrush land release efficiency nitrogen which result ration of C/N is higher; total nitrogen of all layers in farmland variety great as being effected by mass use of nitrogen in agriculture; deadwood and defoliation of tree、shrub and bulrush pooled in 5cm layer to result that quick nitrogen is the biggest among all layers. The total salt of nature shrub tree land for every layer being bigger than farmland explain that nature shrub thee land strongly stand salt and farmland for basification in this area; that the nutrient of face layer is bigger than the ground layer may be explained by that vegetation gather nutrient to be stored in deadwood and defoliation.

本文对以克拉玛依为例，对干旱区绿洲土壤质量的时间空间变化进行研究，在有关土壤质量的研究理论指导下，通过田间调查取样和室内分析相结合的方法，对新疆克拉玛依市农业开发区的不同土地利用方式及同一土地利用方式下不同利用年限土样土壤理化性质进行测定，从而对新垦绿洲不同土地利用类型土壤质量进行综合评价，结果如下：四种土地利用方式中，农地、乔木林地表层(0-15cm)土壤容重较大；各土层人工柽柳芦苇地的土壤有机质含量均较大；柽柳芦苇地的有机质在矿化过程中所释放出有效氮，导致柽柳芦苇地的C/N比例较高；受到农业耕作使用大量氮肥的影响，农地各土层全氮含量变异较明显；乔木、灌木及芦苇的枯枝落叶主要集中在5cm范围之内，导致几种土地利用方式类型下该层土壤速效氮最大；天然灌木林地的土壤总盐在各层均较大，其次是农地，说明天然灌木林地的高耐盐能力，以及该区农业生产用地的土壤盐碱化程度较重。

Results: In experimental group, dynamic changes from alveolitis to pulmonary fibrosis could be observed in the slices by pathological method.

结果：实验组肺组织病理切片按时间顺序呈现由肺泡炎至纤维化动态改变，实验组肺泡炎和纤维化程度均高于对照组（均P.01）。

RESULTS: APC promoter 1A was methylated in NCI-H460 cells, and unmethylated in NCI-H446 and SPC-A1 cells. Hypermethylation was detected in all 5 CpG islands (687, 707, 714, 719, 726) of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells. The expression of APC in NCI-H460 cells was decreased by 26.04% of that in NCI-H446 cells and by 32.36% of that in SPCA1 cells. After treatment of 1, 5, 10, 15μmol/L 5-aza-dC, the expression of APC promoter 1A in NCI-H460 cells was enhanced by 4.59, 5.78, 9.58, 5.98 folds, respectively.

结果：SPC-A1和NCI-H446细胞APC甲基化阴性，NCI-H460细胞APC甲基化阳性；甲基化芯片检测Ncl-H460细胞在APC启动子1A 5个CpG位点均存在甲基化(687、707、714、719、726)，SPC-A1和NCI-H446甲基化阴性，荧光定量结果NCI-H460的APC转录较SPC-A1和NCI-H446有明显的下降，仅为二者平均的30.04%；经5-aza-dC脱甲基化作用后，NCI-H460细胞的APC表达增加了约5~10倍，其中10μmol/L浓度作用下，APC表达增加最多。

With famous flow-field analytic software CFX we also simulated the flow's details in the homogenizers head, and analyzed it's infection to the homogenization process using the simulation results. We also established the dynamic model of the stator-rotor of shear homogenizer system, and analyzed important factors that affect the system's stability with the help of the poincarémaps, axes contrails, phase plane portraits, times-history and amplitude spectrum which were attained by Fortran language and Matlab program.

然后，本文运用商业通用流体动力学分析软件CFX对均质头内部的流场进行了仿真模拟，并与数学模型相结合，探讨了剪切式均质机内部的流场对均质效果的影响，得出提高转速是提高均质机效率的关键，但是转速的提高又直接关系到系统的稳定性，于是紧接着建立了剪切式均质机转子系统的动力学模型，经无量纲化和必要的简化后再运用Fortran语言和Matlab软件对该模型编写相应的程序，得到了庞卡莱图，轴心轨迹图，相图，波形图，频谱图等图谱。

There is not a significant difference in these groups by one-way analysis of variance. 2 Among 51 cases with lung cancer, 7 specimens showed malignant cells in bronchial lavages, including 4 cases in central lung cancer and 3 cases in peripheral lung cancer. Concordant results were observed in 20 cases. 6 specimens showed malignant cells on cytological analysis, and NMSP was positive in at least one gene tested. 14 samples did not show malignant cells on cytological analysis, and the NMSP results were correspondingly negative. The results of cytology and NMSP were discordant in 31 samples. 30 samples were cytologically negative, but NMSP positive in one or more genes. In addition, there was one case that the cytology was positive for malignant cells, but the NMSP was negative in all of the three gene tested.

51例肺癌患者支气管灌洗液细胞学检查发现肺癌细胞7例，其中27例中心型肺癌患者4例支气管灌洗液发现肺癌细胞，24例周围型肺癌患者3例支气管灌洗液发现肺癌细胞。20例支气管灌洗液细胞学检查和过甲基化检测得到一致结论。6例支气管灌洗液发现肿瘤细胞，过甲基化分析至少一个基因阳性。14例灌洗液未发现肿瘤细胞，三个基因过甲基化分析均为阴性。31例支气管灌洗液细胞学检查和过甲基化检测得到不一致结论，30例细胞学检查为阴性，但过甲基化分析一个或一个以上基因为阳性。1例细胞学检查阳性但过甲基化分析阴性。

Methods: 458 postmenopausal endometrial polyps were all treated by transcervical recection of polyp,and diagnosed by pathology.The presence of ER,PR, Bcl-2 and Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Following up these cases, 160 cases recured in three months to three years after treatment.These recurrence were treated by large dose mifepristone.After three months, 55 cases remainder EP were detected by hysteroscopy and treated by TCRP,then detected the presence of above receptors in the same way.

绝经后子宫内膜息肉患者458例，均接受宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术，术后病理诊断均为子宫内膜息肉，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达；随访以上患者，术后3个月～3年复发160例，均予大剂量米非司酮口服治疗，3个月后行宫腔镜检查，有残余息肉者55例，再行TCRP，并采用免疫组化法检测子宫内膜息肉中雌、孕激素受体及Ki-67、Bcl-2的表达。
