Photosynthetic traits of Ningai 1 and its 4B-monosomic, nullisomic line were investigated in this paper(Rht3 gene was located in 4B-chromosome). 4B-chromosome has the positive effects on photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, RuBP carboxy lase content and activity, leaf conductance, chlorophyll relatve steady phase and photosynthetic avtive duartion and these effects are accumlative. So 4B-chromosome has the promoting influence on photosynthesis.

本文系统地研究了带有Rht3基因的4B染色体二体(宁矮1号)、单体(宁矮1号M4B)、缺体(宁矮1号N4B)材料的光合特性，发现带有Rht3基因的4B染色体对光合速率、叶绿素含量、RuBP羧化酶含量及活性、叶片导度均有正效应，并有累加作用，而且对叶绿素含量缓降期和光合速率高值持续期也有正效应，因此带有Rht3基因的4B染色体具有促进光合作用的效应。

The Fourier transform infra-red spectroanalysis revealed the structure characeristics of the sulfonated copolymers, in which the characteristic absorption peaks of all the functional groups appeared in the corresponding spectrogram, and there was no olefinic band at 1635-1620cm〓.

They enhanced decomposing in fat, amino acid, and xanthine metabolism. On the other hand, absorption of glucose was hindered.

阿苯哒唑和奥芬哒唑对体外培养猪六钩蚴，未成熟期和成熟期猪囊尾蚴，以及体内发育未成熟期和成熟期猪囊尾蚴的糖无氧分解途径，丙酮酸羧化支路与逆向三羧酸循环途径均有一定程度抑制作用，代偿性促进糖异生及蛋白质，脂类和核酸分解途径，葡萄糖吸收受阻。

In acid pulp, the depressing abilities of reagents on diaspore are in the order of hydroxamic acid starch＞dialdehyde starch＞carboxymethyl starch＞cationic starch＞primary starch. In addition, hydroxamic acid starch and carboxymethyl starch can activate kaolinite without influence on the recoveries of pyrophyllite and illite, so the two reagents have great potential and prospect to be the depressant of diaspore and the activator of kaolinite in bauxite reverse flotation.(3) By oximation of the copolymer of acrylamide and methyl acrylate, hydroxamic acid polyacrylamide is synthesized.

3对丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物肟化制得氧肟酸聚丙烯酰胺，将它同非离子聚丙烯酰胺、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和两性聚丙烯酰胺分别应用于四种矿物的单矿物浮选试验，结果显示，改性聚丙烯酰胺对一水硬铝石、高岭石和伊利石均具有活化作用，其中，药剂对高岭石的活化最强，使它的回收率在整个pH值范围达到80％左右，在一定pH条件下超过一水硬铝石的回收率，解决了高岭石难浮选的问题。

We can see that the low energy states absorption of Ho〓, Er〓, Tm〓 in oxyfluoride glass-ceramics sample is strong. Strong absorption makes for high pump efficiency, and easy to sensitization. Further more, strong absorption in wide frequency range will be avail to the choice of pump sources.

The electric conductivity of solid polyiodides increases largely as the aggrandizement of polyiodide anions"polymerization degree. The solid polyiodides have excellent sterilizing effects and the effect of tetra-n-butyl ammonium undecaiodide is the best of them, and the sterilizing effects increase as the aggrandizement of polyiodide anions" polymerization degree. The sterilizing effects of resinic polyiodides increase as the aggrandizement of polyiodide anions polymerization degree, the heptaiodide resinic polyiodide has better sterilizing effects than the triiodide and pentaiodide.

固体高聚碘系列化合物的电导率随着高聚碘阴离子聚合度的增加而增加，并且增幅较大；固体高聚碘对常见细菌均具有很好的杀灭作用，并且随着高聚碘阴离子聚合度的增加，杀菌能力也随着增强，其中正四丁基十一碘化铵杀菌剂的效果最佳；树脂高聚碘随着高聚碘阴离子聚合度的增加，杀菌能力增强，碘七树脂高聚碘的杀菌效果要明显好于碘三树脂和碘五树脂高聚碘。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

Results: Human stem cells were successfully transplanted into 6 fetal sheep and 5 lambs were born and lived. PCR analysis showed that there was human derived cell engraftment in the liver of the 5 lambs. Immunohistochemical staining and ISH with Alu probe showed human derived hepatocytes in the lobes or around periportal area, expressing albumin and CR18. Alu ISH also showed there were positive cells in the epithelia of bile duets.

结果：在移植的 6 只胎羊中，5 只顺利生产；PCR 检测显示 5 只实验羊肝脏组织中均有人源性细胞的嵌合：免疫组化及 Alu 探针原位杂交显示人源性细胞分布於门管区周围和肝小叶中，表达白蛋白、CK18 等肝细胞分化标志；Alu 探针阳胜细胞也分布於胆管上皮中。
