基于对我国传统政治文化以上的界定，探讨了我国传统政治文化的形成和发展过程的四个阶段：德、道、义、理；其赖以生存的土壤：小农自然经济的长期延续、宗法族制的社会结构、儒学的国家意识形态化、权力阶层的支配与匡约；以及其外在的表现特征：家长本位的政治文化、权力崇拜的政治文化、重民的政治文化、自律诉求的政治文化、"潜规则"的政治文化、均平取向的政治文化。

研究结果发现随著解严后从「威权—民主」的政治转型过程，政府推动一连串政治改革，台湾政治进入自由化、民主化与族群化时期，各类选举也牵动政党政治的发展，改变台湾政党政治的型态，同时政治自由化均降低了人民表达其意识形态、观念、理想的成本，因而促成原住民族运动在内的政治、社会运动风潮，原住民运动历经从原住民社会运动到原住民族运动到各民族的主体重建运动等历程，就是在这样的政治发展情势与原住民族运动压力下，多元文化主义的原住民族政策就成为台湾原住民族政策的新方向。

温室盆栽测定结果表明，在烟嘧磺隆大田常规用量60g ai/hm2下，各品种对药剂的敏感性差异显著，泰玉2号、金珍珠、泰玉15号、紫糯等7个品种对烟嘧磺隆表现较为敏感，株高抑制率均在40.4%以上，鲜重抑制率在31.37%以上，表现为植株生长受到抑制，叶片黄化，新叶牛尾状扭曲不能正常抽出；淄玉2号、泰玉2号、聊玉18、鲁单50、鲁原单14、郑单958等品种的株高抑制率在30.6%～38.1%，敏感性略低；而农大2008、农大108、鑫玉958和泰玉12号生长正常，耐药性相对较高，无明显药害症状。

Block-copolyimide film from pPDA/ODA-PMDA was studied by TEM, SEM, PLM, ultra-deep three-dimensional microscope, TMA, and WAXD, which showed that the extensile strength and modulus of b-PI film were higher than that of irregular copolyimide film. It was also revealed that there was a large amount of crystallite formed in b-PI film, which was mainly attributed to its chain structure: rigid pPDA-PMDA chains were easy to form crystal nucleus because of phase separation, based on which semi-rigid PMDA-ODA molecular chains began to crystallize.

以pPDA／ODA-PMDA型嵌段共聚酰亚胺薄膜为对象，借助TEM、SEM、PLM、超景深三维显微镜、TMA、WAXD等手段，研究结果表明：b-PI薄膜的拉伸强度、弹性模量均高于无规共聚酰亚胺薄膜；b-PI薄膜中形成了大量的微晶，这是由于刚棒状的pPDA-PMDA分子链段因相分离容易形成晶核，然后半刚性的PMDA-ODA分子链段以PMDA-pPDA为晶核进行晶体生长造成的，而且ODA-PMDA分子链的结晶和酰亚胺化反应基本上是同步进行的。
