The results showed that sevoflurane was the most prevalent volatility halogenate anesthetics and had the highest concentration at sampling areas. All study hospitals exceeded the exposure limit for halogenate anesthetics (2ppm) recommended by NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health).The median level of N2O at the two medical centers was 1.87 ppm. Although regional hospitals seldom use N2O, its concentration was very high (median 120.85 ppm).

结果显示，Sevoflurane为使用最多之挥发性卤化麻醉剂，环境浓度亦最高，各医院均有高於NIOSH对於单一卤化麻醉剂暴露建议值(2ppm)的情形；医学中心笑气浓度之中位数为1.87 ppm，然区域医院虽极少使用笑气，环境中位数浓度高达120.85 ppm，有管路或开关阀泄漏之可能性。

Four field strains of infectious bronchitis viruswere isolated from chicken kidney, trachea and lung of the young layer flocks in some regions of Shaanxi province. Biological characterizations of the virus were investigated by virus pathogenicity to chicken embryo and healthy chickens, hemagglutination test, hemagglutination inhibition test, dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs, electron microscopy and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. It demonstrated that allantoic fluid of each passage virus could hemagglutinate chicken red blood cells by treatment with 1% trypsin. The standard positive serum to IBV could inhibited the hemagglutination. The isolates could make respiratory and kidney diseases in chickens.

采集陕西省宝鸡市、扶风县、兴平市和榆林市等地鸡场疑似传染性支气管炎发病鸡病料，通过9～11 日龄非免疫鸡胚进行了病毒的实验室分离和传代，并对分离毒株进行了病毒的血凝性、血凝抑制性、致病性、鸡胚矮小化、电镜特征等生物学特性鉴定，结果表明，4 株分离株经1%胰酶处理后的各代病毒尿囊液均可凝集鸡红细胞，标准阳性血清可特异性的抑制其凝集性，回归试验可复制出与自然发病相同的病例，病毒传代物有明显的致鸡胚矮小化作用，透射电镜下可见有近似球形、直径100 nm左右的冠状病毒粒子，将分离鉴定的4 株IBV 定名为BJ-04、FF-04、XP-03 和YL-04。

结果第14天时，C组、D组气管上皮鳞状化生，C组气管纤毛多呈片状缺损，而D组多呈灶状缺损；两组气管黏膜炎性细胞浸润均较第7天为重，伴气管浆液腺上皮黏液腺化生（D组≥40%、C组≤20%）、肺泡淤血、水肿。C组皮肤表皮呈不规则皱缩、毛球数明显减少；C组、D组足垫部皮肤表皮增厚、汗腺减少伴结缔组织增生。

When initial NO3--N was leached, the correlation coefficients between soil initial NO3--N and mineral N extracted by CaCl2 before aerobic incubation with raygrass nitrogen uptake were decreased to 0.613 and 0.607, respectively, and both reached 5% significantly level. However, the correlation coefficients between mineralizable N extracted by aerobic incubation, soil initial mineral N and mineralizable N extracted by aerobic incubation, N0 and soil initial mineral N and N0 with raygrass nitrogen uptake were raised obviously, and all reached 5% and 1% significant level.

The analytical results have shown that p ro ducts mainly consisted of some monosubstituted, disubstituted and a few trisub stituted naphthalenes. Except the low activity of HZSM-5 catalyst, all other z eolite catalysts have higher activity. HY and Hβ catalytic activities were the highest, and their naphthalene conversions attained to 79.12 and 55.79 percent respectively, but their selectivities for 2-isopropylnaphthalene, 2,6-diisopropylnaphthalene(2,6-DIPN) and 2,7-diisopropylnaphthalene ( 2,7-DIPN) were too low. ZM catalysts had good activity and much better selecti vity, especially for ZM4-3, of which its 2,6-DIPN/2,7-DIPN ratio was 2.97. Th er efore, some zeolite catalysts are recommended for shape selective isopropylat ion of coal tar naphthalene.

研究结果表明，煤焦油萘异丙基化产物主要由一取代萘、二取代萘以及少量三取代萘组成；除HZSM-5活性较低以外，其它催化剂均有较高的反应活性，其中HY和Hβ反应活性最高，萘转化率分别达75.15％和55.96％，但β位产物的选择性较差；ZM类催化剂既有一定的活性，又有较高的β选择性，是萘择形异丙基化反应理想的备选催化剂。

The positive signal of ER and ER mRNA distributed in parenchymal and non-parenchymal hepatic cells, especially near the hepatic centrolobular and periportal areas. Ovariectomy decreased ER level and ER mRNA expression significantly (P＜0.05). Hepatic ER and ER mRNA concentration were elevated after treatment with estrogen in both ovariectomy and sham ovariectomy fibrotic groups (P＜0.05), and the elevation of ER was correlated with a marked decrease in hepatic damage and fibrosis.

Comparing the nucleotide sequences of 16S rRNA gene and ribosomal protein gene, we could find that these two strains have the highest homology of 99.4% and 99.8%, respectively. The nucleotide sequences of 16S rRNA gene for the CWB-YN strain shared higher homology (98.5%,98.9% and 98.0%) with phytoplasma strains in Tomato big bug 16SrI-A group, Western aster yellow (16SrI-B group and Clover phyllody (16SrI-C group). But it is obviously under 97.0% with other phytoplasma groups. The CWB-GZh strain shared higher homology (98.7%,99.1% and 98.3%) with phytoplasma strains in Tomato big bug(16SrI-A group ),Western aster yellow (16SrI-B group) and Clover phyllody (16SrI-C group).

苦楝丛枝病植原体云南株系与其它组16S rRNA基因序列的同源率进行比较，结果与16SrI-A组中的番茄巨芽病植原体(Tomato big bug，BB)、16SrI-B组中的西方翠菊黄化病植原体(Western aster yellow，SAY)和16SrI-C组中的三叶草变病植原体(Clover phyllody，CPh)同源率达最高，分别为98.5%、98.9%和98.0%，而与其它组的植原体16S rRNA基因序列的同源率均低于95%；苦楝丛枝病植原体贵州株系与16Sr I-A组的番茄巨芽病植原体(Tomato big bug，BB)、16Sr I-B组的西方翠菊黄化病植原体(Western aster yellow， SAY)和16SrI-C组中的三叶草变叶病植原体(Clover phyllody，CPh)的同源率达最高，分别为98.7%、99.1%和98.3%。
